The hotel receptionists were helpful and assisted me in getting back the 10% discount when dining at its collaborated restaurant. Bear in mind that no air conditioning services in the room and it might get abit warmer during summer, but fans were provided.

stayed for 2 nights at this lovely hotel. strategically located near Interlaken West station, you do not have to worry as both the train and bus are just a couple of steps away. lots of restaurants, gift shops and convenience stores nearby as well. room has the basic amenities that you will be needing during you stay - a comfortable bed, small refrigerator, clean bathroom and cool fan. breakfast spread was the same for both days of my stay, but that is okay because their croissant, sausage and scrambled eggs were delicious! will definitely come back if given the chance. shout out to Jerome for a great service at the desk.

They also have a small elevator, so you don't have to lug your luggage around, which is a huge plus! I really enjoyed the lovely snacks provided, as well as the coffee and tea bags. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's pretty standard for a four-star hotel.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Interlaken West train station, with a COOP supermarket right downstairs. The room was clean but it was really hot in mid-June, the heatwave in Europe this year was no joke. Luckily, it only started on the day I flew back home. Most hotels here don't have air conditioning or fans, so you'll need to bring your own. Also, the hotel breakfast was really substantial, good enough to keep me full until the afternoon.

We stayed for 2 nights in end-April at the Hotel Rossli Interlaken and the experience was just amazing. We were impressed by the hospitality and kindness shown by the host Jean-Louis and his team. He went the extra mile by gifting us with a Swiss film made by himself and his friend on DVD and USB so we could take home the good memories of Swiss and share these with family. The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood and close to the Interlaken West train station. There are a few good bars nearby the hotel and you can enjoy free coffee and tea in the hotel lounge any time of the day. We really love the warm ambiance of the hotel. Great job Jean-Louis and your fabulous team!

The hotel is conveniently located just 500 meters from the train station, and it's only one bus stop away, making it super easy to get to all the attractions. The breakfast spread was excellent. There's a Japanese-style fish pond garden and an old church right next door. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, with a traditional European decor. Definitely recommend this place!

Hotel cost is super expensive during summer time in Interlaken......but I still think this is a brilliant hotel.

First, the hotel locations is very near to Interlaken West train station and it's walking distance to Interlaken city centre as well as Interlaken Ost. So it's great and easy access to most of the places like grindelwald, spiez, thun, and brienz. The hotel itself it's abit old and honestly I dont really like the bathroom as it abit like run out. The cupboard and hanger also having some dust which makes me feels uneasy. I booked room with single bed, it has window but because now they are doing some outdoor renovation which blocked the view outside my window, that's really like a minus point to me. Overall I think, with the price I pay, I should get a better hotels than this.

First, let's talk about the location. From Interlaken Ost station, turn right and walk straight for about 280 meters, and you'll arrive. Actually, you don't even need to exit the station; just walk to the end of the platform, and it's much closer. We discovered this later and always used that route – just make sure you know which platform to walk along directly, avoiding the underground passage. Second, the hotel service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. They gave a thorough introduction to the hotel and important notices, specifically mentioning not to put food waste in the bins. For self-catered food, there's a dedicated dining area (Pic 8) where they provide free plates and cutlery, which you just need to return to the bar counter after use. We had to book a suite because all other rooms were full. The room was quite spacious, with a small balcony offering a nice view of the mountains behind (Pics 1, 2). The bathroom had a massage bathtub with lavender and ice salt available, which was incredibly relaxing after a long day. Breakfast was served in the back garden, and the setting was lovely. The only drawback was that the temperature hit 30 degrees Celsius during our first few days, and the room had no air conditioning. (Hotels with AC are rare there, which is understandable, but I still hope they'll improve this in the future, especially with global temperatures rising). After contacting the front desk, they provided a fan, which helped a lot. In the following days, the temperature dropped, and it was fine; after all, it gets cool in the mountains at night. The hotel's decor style truly resembles a vintage European hotel. Plus, there's a row of seats and tables outside the entrance, which is a great spot to sit and enjoy the street view in the evening. Directly opposite the hotel is the cable car station for the Harder Kulm viewpoint, and Hohematte Park is just a short walk away. Third, directly across from the train station is a large Coop supermarket that has pretty much everything. As others have mentioned, the roasted chicken is indeed cheap and delicious, about 7 CHF for half a chicken. It closes at 7 PM, but there's also a smaller Coop supermarket inside the train station that closes at 9 PM. It has fewer varieties than the main one, but it still covers basic food needs, even if the selection isn't huge.

I'd give it a 9 out of 10. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, about a ten-minute walk from the Ostbahnhof. It's a bit far from the town center, so dining and shopping require a 15-20 minute walk. Overall, the hotel is very clean, and the breakfast spread is quite good. If I visit Interlaken again, I'd definitely consider staying here.

Take 2 bus stops from Interlaken Ost and you’ll find yourself in front of Hapimag Interlaken. The room we got only had Type-J (3 pins) power sockets, but they gladly borrowed us free of charge. Breakfast was wonderful, especially the cheeses. Inside the laundry room, you’ll find a wash basin, 2 washing machines, 2 drying machines, and an ironing board. Would be coming back here if I ever found myself Interlaken.

The hotel is very carefully arranged, very clean and comfortable. It feels like a hotel run by a couple. Although the scale is not very large, the experience of staying is excellent. Our room is on the 3rd floor. There is a large outdoor balcony. You can see the tourists who play paragliding on the mountain. Flying in the sky, very happy, There is coffee and tea in the room, and there is also a pot for boiling water. The warm and thoughtful service of the proprietress feels very warm.

The hotel is super easy to find, just a 3-5 minute walk from Interlaken West Station. From West Station, you can buy tickets to anywhere, and it's also very close to the boat pier, making the location really convenient. They offer free luggage storage too. The building itself is a bit old, so the facilities aren't super modern, but the bedding was dry and pretty clean. Room 4 gets sun from two sides and is great for ventilation when you open the windows, so it was quite comfortable. Breakfast is simple but they have boiled eggs, which are a must for refueling. There are fresh food supermarkets nearby for plenty of supplies. Oh, and the ice cream shop in town is delicious, highly recommend it!

This is great, an old-style hotel with mechanical locks. The main door is locked after 10pm. It is best to change the key at the front desk before going out. The most important thing is that the door key is too heavy. There are many rules in the hotel. You must avoid dirtying the room. The deposit is 200 Swiss francs. Overseas cards are refunded on the same day, but it is hard to say for domestic credit cards. The balcony has a good view, facing the snow-capped mountains

Other than that, the room was a little dim, but clean and they do day cleaning and top up of room. There is a smart TV and water heater which were useful. Breakfast was average. We like that there is a pantry with free snacks for guests. The location was superb!

The location is a few tens of meters on the right hand side of Interlaken W. It is entered from the left-hand glass door of the Asian Garden Restaurant. The location is very convenient. Here is the E on the first floor, and the first floor is the upper floor. The room is large, the bed is very comfortable, the station is outside the window, the glass is soundproof and not noisy at all. This apartment is self-service, the hotel will send you an email to tell you the room code. I like the small kitchen very much. I go to the nearby coop to buy some food and cook it myself. It is very suitable for families with children. It is delicious and cost-effective. The disadvantage is that there is basically no service, check out and knock on the door to remind you, it depends on personal preference.

The hotel has no air conditioning, and the room felt quite cramped as soon as we entered. Although an electric fan was provided, the space still felt confined. The window could theoretically be opened, but despite multiple attempts we were unable to open it and eventually had to go down to the lobby to ask staff for help before it finally opened. There was no telephone in the room to contact the front desk, so any requests or needs required us to go in person to the nearby hotel lobby to seek assistance. On the positive side, the hotel breakfast was quite good. Given Switzerland’s high prices, having such a hearty breakfast available can really save you the cost of lunch, as you’re full enough after breakfast that you might skip eating at midday. The hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful. In particular, a German front-desk staff member was very kind and did his best to help us resolve the window issue, which is worth praising.

This hotel, 'Pillow Brother' (Zhen Ge), was the best during our trip to France and Switzerland. The facilities are quite new, and the price is reasonable. It's a 15-minute walk from Interlaken Ost station, which made taking the scenic train and boat tours incredibly convenient. We didn't even use our car for three days because of this. Across from the hotel is a large grassy field, with the famous Jungfrau mountain visible in the distance. We could clearly see the weather at the summit, which was really helpful for planning our itinerary. Parking was 9 Swiss francs per night, which is quite affordable. The hotel staff were polite, and one even greeted me in Chinese, saying 'Ni Hao'. Overall, it was the best hotel in terms of all-around conditions.

Very convenient. Hotel room furnishing is very old fashion. Room a bit not clean. Pilow really flat, like a thicker floor mat. The bed is not comfortable too. Toilet bowl base is a bit disgusting. No slipper, toothbrush or shower cap etc provided. Having to leave the room key at the reception is a hassle or you carry a heavy key chain out. This hotel do provide chargeable use of washing machine and dryer.

We had a great stay in the Junior Suite, which was very suitable for three people. One of the beds was a sofa bed, but the mattress quality was still comfortable. After contacting the front desk, they provided a fan, which helped a lot. In the following days, the temperature dropped, and it was fine; after all, it gets cool in the mountains at night. The hotel's decor style truly resembles a vintage European hotel. Plus, there's a row of seats and tables outside the entrance, which is a great spot to sit and enjoy the street view in the evening. Directly opposite the hotel is the cable car station for the Harder Kulm viewpoint, and Hohematte Park is just a short walk away. Third, directly across from the train station is a large Coop supermarket that has pretty much everything. As others have mentioned, the roasted chicken is indeed cheap and delicious, about 7 CHF for half a chicken. It closes at 7 PM, but there's also a smaller Coop supermarket inside the train station that closes at 9 PM. It has fewer varieties than the main one, but it still covers basic food needs, even if the selection isn't huge.

Actually, you don't even need to exit the station; just walk to the end of the platform, and it's much closer. My stay was great, even though my tight schedule didn't allow me to experience the sauna. The shuttle to Taipei 101 runs once an hour in the evening, which was actually very convenient. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hostel in Interlaken and would highly recommend it. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the common areas and bathrooms. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, giving me plenty of space to relax and unpack after long days of exploring. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk from the train station, which made arriving, leaving, and taking day trips completely stress-free. There was also a spot to refill drinking water nearby, which was such a handy little touch, especially before heading out for a hike.

This hotel, 'Pillow Brother' (Zhen Ge), was the best during our trip to France and Switzerland. The facilities are quite new, and the price is reasonable. It's a 15-minute walk from Interlaken Ost station, which made taking the scenic train and boat tours incredibly convenient. We didn't even use our car for three days because of this. Across from the hotel is a large grassy field, with the famous Jungfrau mountain visible in the distance. We could clearly see the weather at the summit, which was really helpful for planning our itinerary. Parking was 9 Swiss francs per night, which is quite affordable. The hotel staff were polite, and one even greeted me in Chinese, saying 'Ni Hao'. Overall, it was the best hotel in terms of all-around conditions.

My stay was incredibly comfortable and pleasant. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of Amsterdam, making it super convenient to explore the canal district. The room facilities were spotless and well-equipped, and the overall cleanliness was excellent. The front desk staff were polite, patient, and provided thoughtful, attentive service. Overall, it was a very comfortable living experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Amsterdam.

Stayed 2 nights. Location is fantastic! Surrounded by many shops and eateries. Short walk to Interlaken OST station or just hop on to a bus just 1 stop away. Bus stop is just 2 mins walk from hotel. Very convenient. Hotel room furnishing is very old fashion. Room a bit not clean. Pilow really flat, like a thicker floor mat. The bed is not comfortable too. Toilet bowl base is a bit disgusting. No slipper, toothbrush or shower cap etc provided. Having to leave the room key at the reception is a hassle or you carry a heavy key chain out. This hotel do provide chargeable use of washing machine and dryer.
