Hotel Krebs is very conveniently located, just about a 3-minute walk from the train station, making it extremely easy to reach even with luggage. This was another lovely stay at Hotel Krebs, and it felt great to return once again. The staff were as kind and welcoming as ever, with consistently warm hospitality that made the stay very comfortable and familiar. Guests staying at the hotel receive a 10% discount at the hotel’s restaurant, which is also a well-known and popular restaurant among locals. The food quality and atmosphere make it well worth dining there. In addition, the hotel offers discounts on various activities in Interlaken, which is a nice benefit for travelers planning to explore the area.

The room is big, the bathroom is also big, and the stay is very comfortable. The front desk service is great, and check-in and storage are very convenient. The breakfast is standard, and the dining environment is good. Snow-capped mountains, churches, cherry blossoms, green trees... The hotel is in a great location. Going out to the left is the main street, where you can eat and shop; going out to the right for a few minutes is Interlaken East Station, which is very convenient to go to Jungfrau! PS: The paragliding gathering point is just across the road from the hotel, which is very convenient.

Hotel is dated and with very basic amenities. Read some reviews that room slippers are not provided so I bought my own. Beds & pillows are comfy and blankets are warm enough to keep us warm. Stayed 3 nights. Breakfast is awesome with quite a decent spread. There's a bus-stop right in front of the hotel, where you can take to go to Interlaken Ost. Shout-out to the reception, Ms Linh, who was super helpful in assisting us with our inquiries abt transportation & sightseeing spots.

Facilities: Absolutely loved the room, it was an unexpected delight. It was spacious, almost like a mini-suite, with a charming old European house vibe. The building itself is historic, filled with antique items. The decor was very comfortable, and the bed was great. The room had multiple balconies and windows with mountain views, and even old-fashioned keys, all contributing to a very reassuring atmosphere. There's also a public common area on the first floor where you can eat food brought from outside. Breakfast was good, very Swiss. Cleanliness: Very clean, especially the bathroom. Compared to other old houses I've stayed in, there weren't many insects here. It was cleaned daily. Environment: It's very close to the East Station, but actually only a twenty-minute walk to the West Station, making it super convenient to get to the town's main attractions and shopping areas. It's also very quiet. Service: The gentleman at the front desk during check-in was incredibly enthusiastic and meticulously explained everything. We also received an Interlaken City Card, which offers free public transport. Another lady was also very welcoming. One day later, a male staff member wasn't quite as understanding, but he still provided the necessary service, so it wasn't a big deal. It seemed like most of the hotel guests were Asian.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Bellevue Hotel in Interlaken. The location is fantastic — with plenty of restaurants just around the corner and the train station within easy walking distance, making it very convenient for exploring Interlaken and nearby areas. Parking is convenient, which is a big plus if you’re travelling by car. Our room had a kitchenette, which was extremely helpful and added a lot of level of comfort and flexibility to the stay. The hotel is well maintained, rooms are comfortable, and the experience was smooth and hassle-free throughout. The staff were friendly and supportive. A great option for travellers who value location, convenience, and practicality. We would happily stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

Sorry it took me awhile to give my review as I just returned home. We are so grateful to Hey Hotel for saving our holiday in Switzerland! We had originally booked an Airbnb (to experience stay in a house) near the interlaken west train station. Upon checking in, to our horror, the flat is so disgustingly dirty and smelled rotten. Not only that, there was roadwork in front and the security to the unit is also lacking. We immediately booked our remaining stay at Hey and our trip was saved! The service staff, a bespectacled gentleman, gave us a free check-in early in the morning and upgraded us to the best room for 4 — no qn asked! We have clean room and best view. The breakfast has amazingly good spread. And at a much cheaper rate than the Airbnb which offered nothing but burnt spice, dirty broken toilet and sticky, greasy flooring.

The hotel is located in Interlaken West, a few minutes walk from the train station! Along the way and nearby, there are many shops and restaurants, and of course there is a COOP supermarket. Although the bathroom is shared, it takes only a few steps to get out of the room and it is clean and hygienic! Before check-in, I have received a confirmation email from the hotel. You can check in online in advance to simplify the check-in process. Although I missed the counter duty service time at check-in, there is an email notification, room key, transportation card, WiFi password is placed there! Although they have not officially communicated with the staff, they always smile and nod to say hello every time they meet! I was worried that the room was located on the restaurant before, it would be very noisy or have a cooking taste, but I didn't feel it at all when I checked in!

This hotel is closer to Interlaken West Station than East Station. The bathrooms are shared, not en-suite, and the light sensor is by the door, so the light kept turning off while I was showering, which was annoying. The room itself was spacious and in good condition. However, during my two-night stay, there was a lot of banging and stomping from the room above, so it seems like the soundproofing isn't very good overall. When checking in, they give you two keys: one for your room and one for the bathroom. The owner asks you to always keep the bathroom locked.

We expected a bad experience when we looked at the Google review but was pleasantly surprised by the actual room presented to us. We had a quadruple room and saw a near-new bathroom, in contrast of the photos we saw on Google review. Apart from the bathroom, the room itself is a bit of a disappointment, the one of the bed frames were faulty and one of us had to sleep with her hips lowered to the floor. And the other facilities were outdated, but they were at least clean. Our overall experience was pleasant, but similar to most things in Switzerland, the price was a little steep, but probably one of the cheaper hotels in the area.
