The room was spacious and the hotel was super clean and extremely comfortable. Everything felt brand new and the service was really 5 star. We were happily surprised to learn that the indoor swimming pool is actually just a giant jacuzzi. We spent an hour there on our last night which was super nice. The bed is really comfortable and the place is quiet. There is a valet service for parking your car and we got welcome drinks and snacks on arrival. Thanks again for the free bottle of wine and fruit bowl as a VIP welcome gift. We really enjoyed and will come back to this hotel if we ever visit Chania again one day.

The staff in reception is not so friendly the food is not like a 5 star hotel the most of the menu is frozen except the grill that they cook the meat the same time. They don’t have many rackets for the ping pong only 2. The list of the free cocktails for the all inclusive program is so limited and for the classic cocktails is extra charge.The bars and the restaurants is open until 23:00 after that only ghosts is outside. The heated pool is not so hot. The jacuzzi on the spa is not working. The only good thing is the rooms is very big very clean with nice views includes a kitchen fridge A/C and spurs and spoons and they gave us and an upgrade to a loft room.

Breakfast was buffet-style as and adequate. Location is very close to many shops and restaurants but without the noise. I enjoyed the deep tissue massage at their spa. Enhancement areas suggested for Room 11: shower door does not close; the queen bed was two separate single beds put together instead of one mattress, and with separate bedcover sheets instead of one queen sized bedcover sheet; a kettle would have been useful.

I normally don't do this but this hotel is so impressive, absolutely one of the best in the area with great service. Bathroom in the petite room is real petite but you can choose to see it as bring cozy. We had a lovely stay and will definitely come back when next we're in town. Highly recommend.

房間很好，位置很好，就在步行街入口進去一二百米，吃飯逛街都在附近，搜谷歌地圖就行，步行街口的大海和步行街裏的港灣非常漂亮，吃飯發呆都行。去公交總站大概600米（拖行李箱不太方便），大概500米處有個連鎖大超市，由於週末不開門，步行街上買了很貴的防曬霜等物品。民宿如大家所説要上樓兩段（圖一），行李箱要自己扛上扛下，進總門有密碼，房卡會留在箱子裏，房卡試了能存進手機NFC。民宿很漂亮，有可愛的陽台，要説缺點的話，大概差個洗衣機。溝通會有點慢，但是叫車啊寄行李啊都能滿足，我國內買了沃達豐電話卡過來裝了WhatsApp聯繫，好像歐洲普遍都是用這個APP。圖五是步行街入口，圖六是入口處大海，圖二是港灣，圖四兩側就是民宿一樣風格的房子。

Our check-in time was late, and the front desk lady was very warm and smiled beautifully and quickly checked in for us. The room was pleasantly surprised, clean and tidy, and there was a balcony. The room has an induction cooker, tableware, microwave oven, etc. It is very convenient to cook. The most pleasant surprise is that it takes only three minutes to walk across a road from the old city tourist area. Decisively stay for two more days. It’s too OK to choose Antel for Kaniya tourism.

This hotel was perfect on all aspects, the room was amazing, big very clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony and the swimming pool was brilliant! I really enjoyed the spa and the interior pool as well. The restaurant of the hotel was perfect too, the food was really good. But most importantly, the staff of the hotel was highly professional and the nicest people! All of them were very good to us and treated us so well. I include everyone in the staff including the cleaning lady who was so lovely too. All in all this might have been my best holiday in a very long time if not ever. I highly recommend this hotel! The location of the hotel is definitely very good and a plus point. We were greeted in a friendly manner and the lady at the bar gave us a welcome drink. The hotel looks quite high-quality at the entrance and you feel like you're in good hands. I would say it's not 5-star level, but around 3.5-4 absolutely. The room we were given unfortunately had no windows (the description said there was one). No problem for us. Our biggest criticism is that there was no door in the shower because it had been removed. So you couldn't shower properly without water spraying outside. When we told reception, they just said ”we didn't know” and preferred to answer the ringing phone and leave the guest standing there. Who would know if not the hotel, so unfortunately it's far from 5-star service. We expected a small apology and that the problem would be taken care of. I think it's a real shame that you pay so much money and then get a room that doesn't meet the standard and isn't really at the level you want it to be given to guests. Luckily we only spent one day here and had previously spent the week in a real 5-star hotel. I can really only give this hotel 3/5 stars overall.

This is a very large resort, and the stay experience exceeded expectations. First of all, the room is large and comfortable and clean; secondly, the overall environment of the resort is very beautiful and the facilities are complete. The hotel took great care of its guests. Two guest representatives take care of all the guests' needs and were very accommodating and provided us with a lot of information. We booked an elegant double room on the ground floor, and it was very clean and functionally furnished. Unfortunately, it wasn't very quiet due to the street directly in front of it. The room often smelled like a drain and was somehow musty. Unfortunately, the service in the Ophelia restaurant was sometimes really bad. Some employees seemed annoyed and unfriendly. There were often long waiting times before you could even place an order. The serving of the food was rushed and impersonal. The quality of the food was okay but not above average. The sauna and fitness area is well equipped and very clean. The path to the beach is short and there are enough hotel beach loungers. The location is also ideal for taking trips to the region.

Our stay at Gallini Sea View Hotel in Crete was average. The location with the beautiful sea view was definitely a plus point, and the staff were friendly. The rooms and the food were okay, but nothing special. There were no serious shortcomings or special highlights. In general, a solid stay that was neither particularly bad nor excellent.
