The hotel is located outside of the city centre of Rome. Although it is situated near a station on Line C of metro, it is not convenient to carry your baggage to the hotel. We took uber when we check out. However, I would recommend this hotel to budget travellers as everything is decent except the location.

The hotel is in a nice location with a train entrance just down the street. It was very clean, our room was very nice for the four of us and the hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed their breakfast every morning- it had a.good selection of breakfast food. Several great restaurants in the area. We enjoyed the wine bar next door - great food and wine. We also had wonderful drinks at Gatsby’s on the other side of the hotel. It was a 15 minute walk from the main train station which was not bad at all. We had a wonderful dinner around the corner at Vecchia Roma- you must make a reservation or get there before they open to get in line. We got there 15 minutes after they opened and waited 35 minutes for a table but it was worth it. We enjoyed our visit and would stay here again.

The hotel I chose for my trip to Rome after the spring break in 23, the location is convenient for travel, the environment is very good, the room facilities are new and spacious, the breakfast is delicious and rich, and the service is extremely thoughtful. There is a service center next to the front desk, which is convenient for passengers to plan their itinerary. It is a trustworthy hotel hotel~

Spagna Rome|1.46km from city center
Deserves to be a five-star hotel, the service is amazing, and the bedding is very comfortable. Excellent location right on top of the Spanish steps. Because I booked six nights, I got a free room with a small balcony. As soon as I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised. There were welcome fruits and a welcome card with my name printed on it (still bilingual in Chinese and English). The cleaning service is professional and clean. Free water and chocolate every day and a bottle of red wine. There is a Mixing restaurant on the sixth floor of the hotel. Unfortunately, I did not go to taste this time. Before I left, I went to the restaurant on the first floor of his house. Angus steak was superb and delicious. In short, such a hotel is worth going to Rome again.

The location is a little closer to the Spanish steps, but it is also necessary to walk for at least 15 minutes, but it is safe and there is no pressure at night. The lobby is ok, the room is especially small, and somehow, a special sofa is placed in front of the TV. It is bigger than the door. I don’t know how to get it in. I especially wanted to move it to the door to let the hotel Look at how far this is outrageous, but the door can't move out, it is also convincing. Breakfast is not good, the food is not fresh, especially the ham, it has deteriorated when eaten, and the fruit is also very poor. Milan, Bologna, Florence, Naples, Sorrento, along the way, this is the worst quality hotel in the same price, has been staying at the end of October, the price is still 3000. + one night, the price is poor. This was my second stay here visiting Rome unfortunately, each time we were plagued with a challenge-not the fault of the hotel but nonetheless challenging. This time a broken water main resulted in a very challenging situation. The staff did the best they could under the circumstances but I was disappointed that the hotel offered no compensation for the disruption. We tried changing hotels but were offered no options. Thankful the water was restored by the end of the day but it was very challenging. The staff did a great job but IHG should have offered something to the guests. It is still a good landing place to visit Rome and we will return

The hotel is rebuilt from an ancient monastery. It is located in the center of the scenic spot. Within 300 meters of going out, there are various monuments such as Trajan's Column. It is walking distance to the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. The hotel is taking a niche luxury route, except that the instant coffee in the room is slightly downgraded, a small bottle of mineral water in the refrigerator is 2 euros, and there is room service at night. You can think of yourself as eating in Disneyland at the price of various services. Can. However, the air conditioner in the room is only cooling but not heating, so it was very cold after the heating was stopped in April.

This is a congress hotel where various seminars and so on are constantly held. Therefore, a lot of people come to work. A little uncomfortable because of this. Plus Hotel is located far from all attractions. (Vatican 15 minutes by car) Walking is unrealistic, as it is on a hill and there is virtually no road for walking. It can be seen that the last renovation was at least 10 years ago, but its obsolescence is not very depressing, as the hotel is really well looked after! Really Very clean everywhere! The room is just huge, with a seating area and a balcony. Not a bad spa area with a pool (though for a hotel cost of 20 euros)

The best thing is that the breakfast restaurant is good, the products are rich, there are many kinds of bread, there is a yard outside the restaurant, the weather is good, you can sit outside, the environment is good, it deserves praise, the staff are very polite, the hotel security is also good, the distance is The train station is a few hundred meters away and two streets away, so it's relatively okay.

The staff of the Grand Hotel Palace was knowledgeable and helpful with our every request. They summoned taxies, gave recommendations for restaurants which were very good, and were always very welcoming. The rooms were large, clean, and bright. We especially enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet which offered both hot and cold options and was kept well stocked. The hotel itself is in a good location, across from the American Embassy. Termini Central Station Rome|1.62km from city center
Really convenient location with only 3-min distance to Roma Termini giving you quick and easy transfer to the airport and elsewhere in Italy by train. Rooms have been renovated too. However, front desk staff was really rude. When I dropped my room keys in the transparent plastic box placed on the front desk for an express check-out and turned around leaving the hotel, staff shouted at me asking me to wait in line. The staff said I haven’t cleared my payment and tried to charge me full room rate plus city tax even though I have prepaid the room rate to Agoda in full. True that I haven’t paid city tax but they have swiped my credit card upon check-in or they could have asked me to pay upon check-in either. I suggested the hotel should have hided their express check out box if there is no such option available. The staff bluntly replied it is for guests who have cleared all the payment. It is really ironic who can enjoy express check out, if the hotel doesn’t charge city tax upfront nor charge it to credit card. Meanwhile, the room cleaning is so-so and forgot to refill shampoo/shower gel/fresh tower quite a few times during our stay. Also, the windows isn’t good at isolating street noise. Same review posted on Agoda.

Hotel location is very good, you can walk anywhere, whether it is Spain Square or the Colosseum walk in 20 minutes, the subway station is also within a few hundred meters, the service staff is also very kind. However, the hotel bedding is not clean, and the building is relatively old, and the hot water is often stopped. On first glance of this Hotel, the reception / the chill out area really speaks for itself. But the hotel is in itself, is very small, and very, very basic. As for.the room we had (obviously cannot speak for all) in my opinion, the hotel should be liable for faulse advertising. The best rooms are shown, but what you actually get is something completely different. The Receptionist of any business is the front of house, so your personality, your warm-welcome (Hotel Ripa) really matters ie the 2 male Receptionist upon our arrival. However, one out of the two, was a lil better than the other. I was not happy with our room. The one out of the two was happy to find us something else, the other, aggressively said ”No” three times. Challenged me. He went on to say, we're fully booked, come back tomorrow. RESTAURANT: From Breakfast to evening meal. Wonderful service, good selection of food. Michele from the evening restaurant, he could not do enough for us. My 14 year old granddaughter is quite fussy and so he advised her what was best for her to eat, brought out accomdiments for her. He gave a service with a smile. Just the way it should be. Would I recommend to a friend. No way. I value mine and my friends relationship.

The room is spacious enough for me and my friend to open our luggage at the same time and still lots of room to walk around with the case opened. The bed and linens are comfortable. Desk to long and wide, with two chairs allow us to use and put on daily skin care together. Only if they could setup slippers in room and add in tooth brush and tooth paste in the bathroom then it will be perfect. Location wise there are quite a lot of restaurants around and it is very close to the central terminal, just a 5-10 minutes walk. You can also take bus or train around to travel around attractions in Rome very easily. There are 2-3 receptionists in the check in counter, they are very knowledgeable to Rome and hotel product knowledge, hope they could keep smile on faces and more friendly. Also I request a non need service to our room to the housekeeping attendant on the second day, but we came back to the room and found it was cleaned. Attached the photo is the door stopper which I found good for the attendant they don’t need to bend their back and also to protect the door from getting starches at the same time.

We stayed at Hotel ISA for 12 nights, and couldn't have picked a better location. It was in walking distance to many of the sights, and convenient to the Metro. The breakfast on the terrace was wonderful with a great view and variety of food. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was not on yet (which we found out is normal for Europe this time of year), and we requested a fan for our room. Within an hour or 2 they had delivered a floor fan which was a big help sleeping at night. The room was also equipped with soundproof widows. Great location. Any major attraction can be reached within 20 minutes. Spacious room with a very comfortable mattress. Very helpful staff both at the reception and during room service. We initially had a corner room, but found it a little noisy for us. At the reception they changed it without any problems for another one. There are several good restaurants nearby. Reception's recommendations were also excellent. The hotel does not have its own parking lot, but in the same building on the base floor there is a garage (not the hotel), which can be accessed without entering the ZTL zone. Price 35 euros per day. But opposite the garage there is a paid city parking lot, where you can also leave your car. To get into the hotel from a garage or parking lot, you need to call from downstairs so that a receptionist will come and open the door to the elevator hall. We liked the breakfast. There was a bit of a lack of variety in egg dishes, but there was plenty of other stuff. I think the main disadvantage is the paid gym and spa. And if the spa is somehow explainable, then the gym is usually free for hotel guests. The price for visiting guests is 9 euros. Restaurant is fine. You get the voucher with 20% discount when check-in so the price becomes reasonable. Overall we enjoyed our time at the hotel and will return here again. Room (401) was perfect, had booked this as it was my Husband’s 70th birthday and our 50th wedding anniversary which Citalia had noted on the Hotel reservation but nothing was done/said about those. We did receive a bottle of bubbly which came as a gift with the room plus there was a free mini bar. Room was nice, spacious and spotless as were all areas of the Hotel. Food in the restaurant at night was delicious and the Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast Staff once again could not be faulted and the room itself was perfect, the food was adequate but not as shown on the information on the tv in the rooms, was fine if you wanted continental breakfast but not much choice of hot food, what was there was tasty The terraces above the restaurant gave great views and was a nice place to have a drink and relax. The small lounge downstairs (we used it once to read while it was raining) wasn’t very relaxing as it appeared to be used as a meeting point for business people but was fine when they left. Concierge/ Reception were helpful until we came to check out, we paid the tourist tax then were given a bill for the mini bar which was free in our room, luckily I had screenshot the information about Superior rooms which shows that it is free plus my Husband confirmed that after we had checked in to make sure just in case we used anything. After a few minutes of discussion and another receptionist getting involved ( shrugging of shoulders) the bill was removed, no word of apology, just made to feel that we were wrong. Didn’t spoil our holiday but left us both a little bit upset and annoyed.

We're still trying to reconcile the fact that this hotel is a Relais & Chateaux property because the experience was so extremely mediocre. We've stayed in properties around the world and have never encountered such a three-star property. The best way to characterize it is if a Radisson Blu tried to be a luxury hotel. But rather than provide impressions, I'll just share some specifics: Pros: - good central location - quiet Cons: - politely, indifferent service: before we came, we asked them about the parking situation because we were arriving in a car. They gave us two options, self-park a little ways a way or the hotel could park it for us. We asked the hotel to park it, but they did not warn us that they are on a one way street that is difficult to navigate, so we ended up going around in circles (Google Maps tried to lead us down an alley that was half the width of a standard car). When I got out of the car to ask, the front desk was astonishingly indifferent, also pointing out that the only way to arrive at the hotel was to drive through a street that was prohibited for non-locals (which is different than the response we got via email). - the room: tiny and felt like a radisson blu. there is no coffee machine in the room, only a cheap hotpot and teabags. (not a big deal but this should be standard issue at this level). capsule coffee is available by the front desk. - shampoo and soap are in cheap plastic dispensers that are attached to the bathroom walls. You squeeze the bottle to get some. The quality of both were unremarkable. The shampoo and conditioner. I understand that small bottles are wasteful. However, at this level, there are better ways to present this. They might take a lesson from Aman properties, who puts branded products in very nice dispensers. - bathtub is very narrow and the ”rain forest” shower on one end is attached so far to the edge that you have to stand partly on the sloped edge to fully stand under the water. - box of tissues was empty except for a couple tissues stuffed in at the top (which shows that the cleaning person knew it was empty) - the bathroom was so small that the towel holder was right next to the shower head inside the glass enclosure. - the bed/mattress: the hotel has the weirdest feature ever, which is that it has an outdated adjustable feature that ”lets” you move the head, foot and middle of the mattress. It's a feature that no one looks for in a hotel bed, and because the technology is so old, it's not great. Long story short, the mattress actually never laid exactly flat, so I had the most uncomfortable sleep. The foot of the bed was a little raised, so it felt like the middle of my body was in a hole. On top of that, the bed had an extremely soft mattress pad (as if you're sleeping on a bunch of comforters). If you like a firm bed, this is a non-starter. The only explanation for this hotel still being a Relais & Chateaux is that they have not done an inspection in a long time

Originally lived in the Flower Square, temporarily moved over. Rome is expensive and crowded, it is not easy to book a satisfactory hotel in Rome, plus it is the peak season, it is really difficult to choose. Now let's evaluate George Indigo this time: 1. Location: The hotel is still in the historical center, this location is still more convenient; 2. Room: Don't expect the room to be big in Rome (except for money and willfulness), this room is already big, the bed is big enough, and the mattress is comfortable; 3. Breakfast: breakfast is average. But it seems that the Italian breakfast is like this, there are not many types, bread, egg, ham, sausage, yogurt, anyway, there are several kinds of each. Can't compare with domestic. Can eat enough. 4. Service: Service is still warm and professional. Professional. Overall: Overall it is not bad. This time we stayed in Italy for 20 days, and we stayed in Rome for 6 or 7 days. The old local hotels in the 16th century have also lived, the B&B apartments have also lived, and the resort hotels have also lived. This international brand group hotel chain is relatively stable, not too amazing, But there will be no big omissions, (there are always surprises or surprises in the homestay) Going to Rome in the future should include options.

This is a really very good hotel. I enjoyed the quality of the staff, the room ,the location and general quality of the Hotel. It would have got 5 stars but for 2 things.. and both relate to Cielo bar..a superb place for a visitor to Rome staying in the hotel to enjoy the great views of Rome particularly at sunset and a drink. Firstly,we arrived at the rooftop bar to find it full of people not staying in the hotel and there was no priority whatsoever for guests of the hotel. Here the bar and the views were filled with locals paying 16 euros for a drink and the guests paying hundreds of euros each night could not get a seat..and the Restaurant above not open till 7.30. Secondly, the appalling loud music at the bar was totally disruptive to a sophisticated enjoyment of the view trumpeted in the hotels advertising.. It detracted from the general quality of the hotel.. The Hausler next door has a total priority policy for guests next to the De La Ville on their rooftop and indeed our existing hotel in Portifino the same,. Pity it detracted from our stay.

Before we went to the hotel as the first commentator, we were also worried about the hotel's good or bad. Because there were no commentators, it was a new hotel for several months. The room was still available for small suites and 2 bathrooms. A total of 30 square meters in one bedroom, I have never been to Rome before, and I don’t know what other hotels are like, so I can’t compare them. The hotel lobby is basically the same as no, but it does not affect the room. It is close to the wishing pool of 500 meters. Also prosperous

This hotel is incredible. It's a little green haven away from the busy city! The hotel grounds are stunning and almost impossible to believe you are in such a crowded city full of buildings. The pool is a great touch as not many in Rome provide this. The standard of our room was great. the room was HUGE and we had a lovely balcony. Bathrooms have a bath and shower and also a double sink. The bed was ginormous and we slept wonderfully. The breakfast is lovely and just what we needed before our long days in Rome. The staff are really helpful and helped us get a taxi t o the airport. The hotel is tucked away but right next to the colosseum. It probably takes about 25 minutes to walk from here to the centre where the Pantheon and Trevi fountain are so if you don't mind walking it's perfect and you see so many beautiful ruins. If walking isn't for you, there are bus options and the trains which are fairly easy to use. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and so glad I found it!
