I recently stayed at The Bath Hotel Beaumont from 25th to 26th April, where we had booked two standard rooms with windows. Unfortunately, the experience was quite inconsistent. One of the rooms was very good, clean, and comfortable. However, the second room was extremely disappointing and in poor condition. It was significantly below expectations, especially considering both rooms were booked under the same category. I would strongly advise avoiding the smaller standard rooms, as the quality seems to vary greatly. On a positive note, the hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. The spa and swimming pool facilities are also good; however, it should be clearly noted that these come at an additional cost per person, which is not communicated transparently at the time of booking. Parking is available but costs around £25 per day. Unfortunately, the service associated with this was very poor. Our car was parked under a tree and was left covered in bird droppings. When we raised this concern, the staff were unhelpful and stated they did not have the manpower to clean it. Instead, we were given cleaning supplies and expected to clean the car ourselves, which is highly unprofessional given the price charged. Additionally, the valet service was unreliable. On multiple occasions, we had to wait 15–20 minutes for our car, and twice we ended up retrieving it ourselves after being told to wait. This defeats the purpose of a paid valet service. The staff, particularly at reception, came across as rude and unprofessional, especially when handling complaints. For a hotel of this standard, the lack of basic service, including room service or an efficient call service, was surprising. Overall, while the location and some facilities are good, the inconsistency in room quality and poor customer service significantly impacted our stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless improvements are made.

Reception and Breakfast staff very helpful. As others say it does strike a good match between value and price. Room and bathroom v. clean. Rooms are actor/celebrity themed with a few pics of the star in question on the walls (clue is in the name). Breakfast is a buffet arrangement and fine. Probably, as we stayed over the weekend, it was a bit noisy with groups returning to the hotel at night but this had been advised when booking and it is Bournemouth. Location great for getting onto the beach and is near the eastern end of the town centre. About 10 mins walk from train station. A  small Asda is located nearby as part of gas station for basics.

Was a great stay, room was clean and comfy. The only issues I had is that there was no blind on the bathroom window and there was rooms across. There was no bin in the bathroom either. There was entertainment every night. The receptionist were friendly.

Upon checking in was told breakfast is till 10 am Next day in the morning was coming to have breakfast with kids at 9:40 apparently too late. Went back to the reception they said oh sorry it’s open till 10 am on weekends. Left with 2 kids without breakfast and no complimentary was offered considering misleading information from the receptionist on check in. We travelled on hottest day by train with delayed service 4 hours to get here. Also, felt intimidated by pool staff teice on 2 different days asking me who I am and are we were guests ?:( seriously? Did they think I just walked in randomly from the street? Shocking! Me and my two kids felt unwelcome and placed in embarrassment in front of others because I had to verify that I am guest and I had paid to be here:( that’s not 4 stars customer service! I travel around the world but here felt either ****** or discrimination not sure what it was felt odd. Had to book another hotel because didn’t like the whole experience and attitude from the staff! Also their spa and indoor pool is actually in the other hotel next by. Which was odd we never made as didn’t want to move around from one building to another for spa. Receptionist were abrupt and couldn’t be bothered to spare simple smile. Not happy at all. Bathrooms shower it terrible no power couldn’t even wash my hair off the soap. Basically not recommend due to these issues I had experienced.

The hotel is a bit old, domestic three-star level, but still clean and tidy. very quiet. It is about 100 to 200 meters away from the sea, which is very close, but it needs to go down a small slope of about 50 meters. The weather in July is still a bit cold, and it is impossible to go to the sea. The city is very small, turn right out of the hotel for about 1 kilometer and you will see the landmark of the Ferris wheel. It is not far to go to Old harry rocks and Durdle door within half an hour and 1 hour.

Food and service was very good, also location was excellent, and rooms really nice plenty of room, only one complaint the bottom big window, needs cleaning or replacing, you can't see out it as well as it's got all water marks all down the inside. Apart from that everything perfect. And the sea view and across the park was lovely, shame that window spoilt view abit. We will definitely be back, when we visit Bournemouth again. 😀.

The hotel is undergoing refurbishment. We had a family room which was beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. We used the pool which is quite dated and small for the size of hotel but a nice bonus. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. We will definitely will be back again. The hotel has a lot of families staying there, would be nice to do a early evening disco/ something for the children to make use of the empty bar area

I had read the reviews so I was not expecting much. All the staff appear to work really hard. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is really grubby and in much need of new carpets, redecoration and maintenance. (Sorry you maintenance guys, it might be a case of not enough hours in a day). Its NOT good enough to say ”there is only one pump” when no water comes out of the shower and then its brown for several minutes! I believe the pool is a new addition but why let the weeds grow up around it? The room was disappointing, my clothes hangers kept falling out of the holes and my clothes were then laying in the bottom of the wardrobe. I requested some hangers from reception, but no hangers existed? It was recommended that I book a table for dinner, I opted for 7pm and the steak. Forty minutes later it was still being chased up! Chatting around the pool it appears two people can stay for £80 per night but I was charged £133 with breakfast. Breakfast was buffet style and barely warm. I visited the hotels in the group and they are by far better. I will not recommend this hotel or stay again!

The first day we were given a room with a double-bed instead for a room with a kingsize bed which we have paid for. Very disappointed with the manager Rose who kept saying that we got the right room instead of admiting that the Indian guy at the reception has given us the wrong room. Sometimes it is better to admit that a misstake was made instead of covering up for the staf. Very grateful that the receptionist Jasmin identified the problem the second day and gave us the room that we have paid for. She was excellent at customer service. However, dealing for 45 min with the manager Rose the night before left us very dissatisfied. The staff att the coaching breakfast was very nice and the breakfast was good.

Great location with parking space, which is quite luxury in Bournemouth at this popular season. We were arranged a large room next to the road. However, the night club was so annoying in the evening. After complaining, the staff immediately changed a quieter room. The high ceiling in the guest room is a good selling point. However, the swimming pool is a bit tiny and close too early at 8:00. Over all, it meets our expectations.

I was here for the first time a month ago. I enjoyed my stay here so I came back a month later. I booked for a single room but when I arrived the hotel upgraded it to a double room. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful. I enjoyed using the shower. It was a good shower with the right amount of pressure. I used this hotel to visit the beach. It is a short walk to the beach and is in a good location. The staff are very nice.

We specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor. On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool. Parking was £10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay. Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel for my holiday and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The hotel location was perfect, close to the beach and local attractions. I especially enjoyed the food at the restaurant and the relaxing swimming pool area. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere made the holiday very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Amazing hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms, and excellent food. The location was perfect for our holiday, and the service was outstanding. I would happily stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Sea Stone Hotel in Bournemouth. The location is amazing and very convenient, and the hotel is clean. I enjoyed the location of this hotel. It was so close to the beach. The hotel did not serve breakfast due to construction I assume. However the sister hotel next door , the Carlton treated us as their own guests. The rooms were roomy and clean when we arrived. Towels and bedding clean and super white. Bed was comfy, view spectacular even if we did not have a front facing view. Side view still provided a good view of the sea. East cliff was in walking distance of city centre and beaches. Lots of eating establishments on beaches and city centre. A QR code at reception need to be scanned and service requested if you needed any room services. Due to our short stay, we did not request any services. Breakfast at Carlton very good. Sustained us while we spent whole morning into late afternoon at the stunning beaches. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Cost was reasonable. Hotel reception area is beautiful. Our hotel stay was fit for the purpose we intended for our short stay.

Was greeted by a lovely lady at reception who explained how our key fob worked. Lovely room with everything we needed. Location is close to beach and town. With free parking on site I was able to leave my car there with peace of mind. Only issue is we dropped a pair of socks down the side of the bed, on retrieving the sock it was caked in thick dust. But this will not stop me from staying again if we visit again.

Spent a lovely 2 night break away with friend’s , we stayed in the lodge . I had a Single room which had a double bed so that made my day and it had a walk in shower. Breakfast was good with a great choice and we used the Swimming pool and jacuzzi which was wonderful . We will definitely be back , good location a short walk into Bournemouth , hilly on return but we got a taxi for £5 . Bus stop at the end of the road if needed overall a very relaxing break

I'm giving 5 stars based on the staff's behavior and the cleanliness of the room. The staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful. My room was clean, as was the bathroom, the bed, and the room in general. I'm not the type of person who wastes time checking under the bed, behind the bedside table, or the TV. The room was clean, period. People often complain that the hotel is old, but you get what you pay for. It's not a 5-star hotel, otherwise I would pay much more for the room. My only complaint is about the guests. Some people don't know how to behave in a hotel and still think they're at home. The rooms aren't soundproof, and everyone notices this when they hear someone talking loudly in the next room. That being said, people should be more respectful and not behave as if they were at home. It's not the hotel's fault, but the lack of respect people have for each other. I had no problems in my room. Some guests shouted, spoke loudly, or banged on doors, which, thankfully, didn't happen every day. But, should any problem arise, my rating would be based on how the staff handled the issue, not on the problem itself, since problems happen in any hotel, even the most expensive ones. Definitely I will go back and I bet they still remember me 😊

HOTEL: Everything was brilliant from the time we arrived to the time we departed. This was our second stay at this hotel. STAFF: Mike at reception made us feel welcome and catered for our needs and wants. He was friendly, informative and generally helpful. He is a credit to the hotel and we appreciated the customer service we recieved from him. Also the filipino lady at breakfast time was very friendly and made us feel welcome as if we knew her a long time. She even remembered my diet requirements every morning without me having to tell her. At the bar/restaurant, they did not have a non alchoholic pina colada on the drinks menu but all the members of staff that made us non alchoholic pina colada did so without question and made it absolutely delicious. I suggested they put that on the drinks menu, I'm sure other customers will enjoy it too. FOOD: The portions were excellent on the starters and main meals and quite filling. The desserts were very limited compared to the last time we stayed at the hotel. I know the reason for this however there was very little to choose from, again I now know why. The chocolate cheesecake on the dessert menu was very disappointing, the base was way too wet with no crunch. At this point I was glad it was a small portion. The lemon sorbet portion was too much but delicious. ROOM: We booked a 3 night stay and by the third day there was a slight smell (maybe the carpet) as if a dog had been in the room but we did not make an issue of it.. (The room next to us had a dog so assumed the room we were in was also a pet inclusive room). We were grateful for the upgrade. SUMMARY: On the whole our experience at the hotel was brilliant. We look forward to booking again in the future.

We enjoyed a packaged deal for a 1 night stay..it was excellent. Everywhere throughout the hotel was very clean, room comfortable, a good night's sleep. Breakfast very nice buffet, my only comment here is a poor selection of fruit options for that particular breakfast choice. We had tea and cake provided which was very nice. Our 3 course dinner in the restaurant was good. I used the outside pool, unheated but do-able in May...a lovely addition. Most staff efficient but not overly friendly. Could do with knowing that 3 hotels (all one group apparently), all next door to each other, have use of the pool but saying that, at our time of year stay there were plenty of sunbeds and pool space. Smallish, bit of a restrictive car park, has free spaces on a 'first come, first served' basis. Nothing regards eats/drinks around immediate location but short steepish walk down to get to gorgeous sandy beach area. Would stay again for sure.

We recently stayed here as a family of four and found the superior room much smaller than expected. It felt quite cramped for a family, and the bathroom was also very small. The hotel is quite expensive for what it offers. The regular price is around £230 per night, which I don't think is good value. I booked it on a deal for £170, but even at that price, it still felt overpriced. Another disappointment was the air conditioning. Even when set to the lowest temperature (16°C), the room never became properly cold. On top of that, we were constantly disturbed by heavy footsteps from the room above, waking us up every couple of hours around 12am, 2am, 4am, and 6am, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. No fridge at the same time which other hotels cheaper have. We also had an issue with the toilet, which wouldn’t flush throughout our stay. This was a major inconvenience and should have been fixed promptly. On the positive side, the front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The swimming pool was also clean and well maintained. Overall, while the service and pool were good, the small room, tiny bathroom, ineffective air conditioning, noise issues, and high price made the stay disappointing.

This was our second visit to this hotel, we have unfortunately had the same experience twice. The hotel itself is lovely with great facilities. Rooms are lovely, Beds are huge and extremely comfy. Fluffy, luxury towels. The Pool area and pool are lovely, feel like you are abroad on a hot day. Although it is a fight for a Sun lounger. However it’s completely let down by the staff. The bar staffs attitude was appalling, it was an inconvenience for them to get our drinks each time. We had a Roast dinner at Old Harry Rocks - staff were much better in there and v accommodating, although I do believe this this a separate company to the hotel and it shows. Beef was tough in parts but still nice. Pork was lovely. On booking, breakfast is charged at £22 at but in the hotel it’s £15 so don’t fall into that trap. The staff had no idea what they were doing. They first couldn’t get our drinks order right, then they messed up our simple breakfast order. Some of us nearly finishing our breakfast before others even got their meal. The breakfast itself was very small, we were also only given half a mushroom?? For £22/£15 I would at least expect to have a whole Mushroom… They then didn’t know how to use the card machine..  Before we left we used the Spa, small but nice. Sauna was closed & pool was freezing. Hot Tub also wasn’t very warm.  Overall it was not a great experience, we will not be returning. To pay £260 minimum for a room for extremely poor service is criminal.

Facilities: A bit old. The room decor was decent, but the whole hotel felt dated, and the floors creaked. Cleanliness: Okay. The bedding had some black marks. Ambiance: The sea view room was beautiful with three large windows and high ceilings. I was told this room had the best sea view, but it was located above the restaurant, so there was some restaurant music noise. Service: The hotel was quite busy. We had to queue for breakfast, and there was a long wait for check-in and at the front desk. Initially, I asked front desk agent A twice, but the room wasn't ready. Another front desk agent, B, was much nicer and gave us two bar drink vouchers because we had waited so long. Location: Very close to the beach, about a 5-minute walk. There are stairs down and a cliff lift, but the lift costs a few pounds per ride – I can't quite remember the exact price. Restaurant: It's a French restaurant. The escargots were delicious, and the view was great.

I have lived a few times because of the location. Stayed for 11 nights this time, the longest time Room size is small Breakfast is so-so Catch up with the elevator maintenance for three months. It takes a lot of effort to carry the big suitcase upstairs. The room is just above the restaurant, every night the music collapses to 9:30 after, affecting sleep... Don't eat steak in the hotel, pizza is still ok

staff were wonderful however, the inside and outside pool closed. the sauna was closed. the hotel does not deserve a 3 star rating. no air condition in very small roon, no place for your luggage, the room was that small. no phone in the bedroom. im disabled and was on the first floor, no lift to that floor. they do not cater for the disabled and there are lots of steps. the place was shabby, everywhere needed painting. the table and chairs outside the sun had taken away all the varnish. the room was clean and the bathroom was ok. the place needs a total overhaul. very disappointed as i stayed for only one night and it cost 85.74 euros. i then stayed for 6 nights at another hotel in camborne and only paid £300 for 6 nights, it was 3 star and included a full english breakfast. at bournemouth eastcliffe the cost didnt include breakfast. i spoke to some of the staff and they told me that they were tired of having to apologise to tourists when so many complained. apparently the owners for so long either do not listen or dont care. this hotel should be downgraded.

Great location with parking space, which is quite luxury in Bournemouth at this popular season. We were arranged a large room next to the road. However, the night club was so annoying in the evening. After complaining, the staff immediately changed a quieter room. The high ceiling in the guest room is a good selling point. However, the swimming pool is a bit tiny and close too early at 8:00. Over all, it meets our expectations.

I recently stayed at this hotel for my holiday and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The hotel location was perfect, close to the beach and local attractions. I especially enjoyed the food at the restaurant and the relaxing swimming pool area. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere made the holiday very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We recently stayed here as a family of four and found the superior room much smaller than expected. It felt quite cramped for a family, and the bathroom was also very small. The hotel is quite expensive for what it offers. The regular price is around £230 per night, which I don't think is good value. I booked it on a deal for £170, but even at that price, it still felt overpriced. Another disappointment was the air conditioning. Even when set to the lowest temperature (16°C), the room never became properly cold. On top of that, we were constantly disturbed by heavy footsteps from the room above, waking us up every couple of hours around 12am, 2am, 4am, and 6am, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. No fridge at the same time which other hotels cheaper have. We also had an issue with the toilet, which wouldn’t flush throughout our stay. This was a major inconvenience and should have been fixed promptly. On the positive side, the front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The swimming pool was also clean and well maintained. Overall, while the service and pool were good, the small room, tiny bathroom, ineffective air conditioning, noise issues, and high price made the stay disappointing.

Facilities: A bit old. The room decor was decent, but the whole hotel felt dated, and the floors creaked. Cleanliness: Okay. The bedding had some black marks. Ambiance: The sea view room was beautiful with three large windows and high ceilings. I was told this room had the best sea view, but it was located above the restaurant, so there was some restaurant music noise. Service: The hotel was quite busy. We had to queue for breakfast, and there was a long wait for check-in and at the front desk. Initially, I asked front desk agent A twice, but the room wasn't ready. Another front desk agent, B, was much nicer and gave us two bar drink vouchers because we had waited so long. Location: Very close to the beach, about a 5-minute walk. There are stairs down and a cliff lift, but the lift costs a few pounds per ride – I can't quite remember the exact price. Restaurant: It's a French restaurant. The escargots were delicious, and the view was great.

We specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor. On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool. Parking was £10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay. Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel.

I recently stayed at The Bath Hotel Beaumont from 25th to 26th April, where we had booked two standard rooms with windows. Unfortunately, the experience was quite inconsistent. One of the rooms was very good, clean, and comfortable. However, the second room was extremely disappointing and in poor condition. It was significantly below expectations, especially considering both rooms were booked under the same category. I would strongly advise avoiding the smaller standard rooms, as the quality seems to vary greatly. On a positive note, the hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. The spa and swimming pool facilities are also good; however, it should be clearly noted that these come at an additional cost per person, which is not communicated transparently at the time of booking. Parking is available but costs around £25 per day. Unfortunately, the service associated with this was very poor. Our car was parked under a tree and was left covered in bird droppings. When we raised this concern, the staff were unhelpful and stated they did not have the manpower to clean it. Instead, we were given cleaning supplies and expected to clean the car ourselves, which is highly unprofessional given the price charged. Additionally, the valet service was unreliable. On multiple occasions, we had to wait 15–20 minutes for our car, and twice we ended up retrieving it ourselves after being told to wait. This defeats the purpose of a paid valet service. The staff, particularly at reception, came across as rude and unprofessional, especially when handling complaints. For a hotel of this standard, the lack of basic service, including room service or an efficient call service, was surprising. Overall, while the location and some facilities are good, the inconsistency in room quality and poor customer service significantly impacted our stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless improvements are made.

Reception and Breakfast staff very helpful. As others say it does strike a good match between value and price. Room and bathroom v. clean. Rooms are actor/celebrity themed with a few pics of the star in question on the walls (clue is in the name). Breakfast is a buffet arrangement and fine. Probably, as we stayed over the weekend, it was a bit noisy with groups returning to the hotel at night but this had been advised when booking and it is Bournemouth. Location great for getting onto the beach and is near the eastern end of the town centre. About 10 mins walk from train station. A  small Asda is located nearby as part of gas station for basics.

Room was ok, couldn’t fault it, there was an inroom kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer, sink, plates cups cutlery, for the price it’s actually decent value, breakfast available, it’s not Dubai, it’s bournemouth, not far off the beach like a 10 min walk. Room was very spacious, digital tv, ac works (very cold under the correct settings), car was parked right outside my room, smoking outside the room, it was actually a decent place to stay for £100, if you want posh standard, go pay £300 for h!ltons. Bed was comfy as my misses had to drag me out for breakfast. Pool was under construction so hopefully that gets sorted soon
