I was on a business trip and stayed here based on a recommendation from a client. The service was friendly, and they provided plenty of bottled water (branded 'clear', two 500ml bottles). There's also separate bottled water from Bhutan available for purchase at the restaurant on the ground floor. I arrived late at the hotel and went for dinner after 8 PM, and all the food seemed freshly prepared, perhaps because it was served then. Since I was there for business, I can't really comment on the location or surrounding area. However, it's definitely a good place to stay, worthy of being recommended for business trips.

There is also a walkway with a golf course view on the first floor, so it was nice to enjoy a short walk sometimes. Overall, it was not crowded, so I was able to spend a leisurely time.

Some rooms are clean, some are dirty, as i got a dirty room earlier which they changed to a better room later. Tv in the room won’t work and the intercom was not working either. Food taste is decent but the utensils are not cleaned properly. Staff behaviour is nice.

The staff were very responsive and went out of their way to help us. They arranged an early check-in for an extra fee. On our last day, before our flight, they even let us keep one room for the three of us. The hotel has a restaurant where you can eat. It's located near the exhibition center, so you can get there quickly by taxi. During our stay, they also provided free shuttles to the exhibition in the morning and back in the evening. The rooms themselves are old and in need of renovation. The cleanliness also wasn't great... On our last day, there was a noisy party above our room, but thankfully it stopped at 11 PM.

The waiters in the hotel are very friendly and nice. Help with luggage, breakfast is also good. There are elevators up and down the building. There is no problem at all for business stay. The road ahead is also wide. Easy to pick up and drop off.

Property is very good. Rooms are spacious. Only issue is staff service during breakfast. Even parantha took 20 -25 mins. No tissues on table. Cutlery order on table was wrong. Staff is unavailable. We have to get up to ask coffee, tea anything. Otherwise no issues in room.

I stayed at Crowne Plaza for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was courteous, making sure everything was well-arranged. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities provided. The bed was comfortable and ensured a restful sleep after a long day. The hotel’s ambience is elegant, with a professional yet warm atmosphere. Breakfast offered a good variety with fresh and well-prepared options. Service throughout the stay was attentive, and the staff was quick to respond to any requests. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable short stay, and I would definitely recommend Crowne Plaza for both business and leisure travellers.

The staff were very responsive and went out of their way to help us. They arranged an early check-in for an extra fee. On our last day, before our flight, they even let us keep one room for the three of us. The hotel has a restaurant where you can eat. It's located near the exhibition center, so you can get there quickly by taxi. During our stay, they also provided free shuttles to the exhibition in the morning and back in the evening. The rooms themselves are old and in need of renovation. The cleanliness also wasn't great... On our last day, there was a noisy party above our room, but thankfully it stopped at 11 PM.
