The hotel has a beautiful building and a huge park with lovely grounds. There's a fantastic pool with a spa, sauna, and hammam. The staff were attentive and polite everywhere except the lobby bar. In our room, we encountered mold and a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom. It didn't bother us too much as we were only staying for a couple of nights, but for the price, they really should fix the plumbing.

This hotel is located right in the city center. Step out and turn left, and you're on a long pedestrian street. The surrounding area is very vibrant and bustling. Most major attractions are within a 10-15 minute walk. The room itself was very clean, spacious, and bright, with a very standard Ibis style. The service was good, and I was able to book a day trip right at the front desk. Since I arrived in the afternoon, I could book a tour for the very next day, which was super convenient. The price was also very affordable, only $36.

Very disappointing. It's just like a budget hotel in China. The room was extremely small. Because all the surrounding hotels were oversized, I only booked two nights at the last minute and will never stay here again. The only advantage is the location; it's near Republic Square, and hotels in the area are not cheap, but this hotel was also expensive, making it poor value for money.

My friend and I stayed for one night and were very pleased with the hotel and accommodations. It's a beautiful and modern hotel, and the rooms are clean with fresh renovations. We booked a standard room, which was a bit small but had two separate beds. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens were clean and pristine white. The room included a refrigerator, kettle, and a large TV. We were also happy to find slippers and disposable hygiene kits. Breakfast is served buffet style. The staff were polite and friendly. Overall, our stay was excellent! I highly recommend it!

The hotel is good and left a positive impression. Pros: 1. Responsive, very friendly staff, always willing to accommodate and help; 2. Delicious and fresh breakfasts; 3. Large outdoor swimming pool; 4. Close proximity to the city center, all the most interesting attractions are within walking distance; 5. Several parks surround the hotel (lots of greenery); 6. The hotel has a gym with basic equipment and free weights; 7. Bottled water is delivered to the room every day. Cons: 1. Very small room. 2. The room's windows overlooked the park, but there's a road passing by below the hotel, so it gets noisy when the windows are open. This means you can't sleep with the windows open. I recommend getting a room with windows facing the pool/courtyard, not the park.

Great location and good breakfast. However, there's only one lift, so expect some waiting. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which makes it a bit messy and dirty.Hopefully, it will look much better once the work is done. I recently booked a private tour through hotel to visit Khor Virap, Noravank, Tatev Monastery and the Aerial tramway. While I appreciate the arrangement, I wanted to share some concerns about the experience. The driver did not provide any information about the destinations and only drove us between locations. Additionally, he dud not wear seatbelt, which led to a police stop and issue a fine. This was quite unsetting for us. The trip was cost AMD 99000.00. The driver never offer or stop for lunch and break. We hope the hotel will take this into consideration to ensure future guests have a safer and more comfortable experience.

The location is excellent in the heart of Yerevan. The views from the windows are also fantastic, especially from the higher floors. The room is spacious. The breakfast was great; it wasn't crowded, and the selection was wide. It wasn't the standard fare, but rather interesting and delicious options. The juice was natural, and the water wasn't dyed, like in many hotels. Among the downsides: there weren't enough disposable slippers. They promised a panoramic bar, but it wasn't working on our day. And the worst part was that the shower drain was clogged with someone else's hair, which was causing the water to drain slowly and stand at a height of 5 cm. I reported it to reception, and they sent a worker, but he said they needed a cleaner and left. The hair remained until we left the next day.

The road outside the hotel can get congested at peak weekday travel hours, but clear on weekends - my taxi trip to the railway station was under 10 minutes. Good choice of food for breakfast.The only minor thing regarding facilities was that the heating is centrally controlled and although my room was too warm, opening the room windows solved this problem. Tip - if you are arriving at night you need to know the street number because the hotel name is not illuminated and is difficult to see in the dark.

The location is excellent, close to all the top attractions. Yet, the hotel is set back on a second line, making it quiet. The hotel also has good soundproofing for the walls and floor (there's a carpet in the corridor). The room is small; if you lay out two suitcases, there's not much space left to walk. The bathroom is also small. There are no bathrobes in the room, and I would have liked more towels, at least one extra for each guest. However, there is an iron, hairdryer, and ironing board. The mattress and pillows on the bed are average; you don't get the feeling of a great night's sleep. The hotel and room are a bit worn. It's not critical, but in some other countries, you could get better accommodation for the same budget. The buffet breakfast has a rather limited selection, but all the products are high quality and well prepared.

Great hotel right in the city center. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, and the wonderful Jivan restaurant is right in the courtyard. The staff are very hospitable. The housekeeping is a little lacking, but nothing critical. The room itself is fine in terms of amenities, the only thing missing is a small mirror in the bathroom, if that's an issue for you. Otherwise, it's very quiet (I haven't experienced such quiet in a hotel in a long time!), the bed is comfortable, and the pillow is comfortable! Good toiletries. The breakfast is good and varied, with a separate children's buffet that's well-stocked. They kindly extended our check-out time as much as possible (free of charge) because we had a late flight.

The hotel is located in a quiet place, although not far from the central square. The rooms are not so many, so very comfortable. The room is clean, everything worked. Cleaning is honest, water was enough. Tomorrow is very worthy, juices and fruits are, baking is always different and very delicious. Four or five churchhells have been smiling especially in the evening. Sometimes I have been using the pool. Individual thanks to girls with the resepshne for helping to solve personal issues with obtaining documents in the state bodies of the RA. Never thought, What the regular (it turns out that unusual) hotel staff can provide such troubleshooting. What do we do without you? Thank you again for support. The hotel manager can be proud of such staff. Service and hospitality – is not a advertising slogan in your company. Where to stay next time in Yerevan? Why look for something if there is a Central Hotel...

The Staff were kind and polite we have no complaint there. However for a hotel of this price. What is on offer is not really good enough. It’s very old and needs a renovation Asap. Even the TVs are 15 years or so old which seems a bit odd for such a high end hotel even in the executive rooms. The gym works and is clean but is very small and limited. The location is phenomenal. The outside and the lobby are nicely looked after but rooms and furniture and even the beds are not great. All very worn out. I would only recommend coming for a max of 3 days to enjoy the location but not a long stay it’s not worth it. Breakfast is great though.

Friendly staff at the reception, that's all the pluses, well, they also parked the car in the underground parking lot, convenient. In the hamam, the steam generator did not heat anything in an hour, in the sauna the stove heated enough, the whole sofa there is in holes, the sauna is a fire hazard, sooner or later it will burn down, see the photo. Breakfasts are so-so, on the second day there were no forks, no glasses for drinks. It is located in some industrial zone with incomprehensible buildings, although maybe for this place it is the norm. Lux is a tribute to the old fashion, dark rooms, one day it was cold, but there is no way to fix it, the centralized system for heating does not work.

В отеле небольшая, но хорошая сауна с бассейном. Завтрак мы не брали, дороговато, но т.к. чайник и холодильник есть в номере, и недалеко есть большой супермаркет, завтракать можно и в номере. The hotel is incredibly comfortable, new, and clean. The people are so welcoming. The receptionist even walks you to the door at night. The interior is stylish. There's a hairdryer, iron, dryer, all three towels, dental kit, soap, gel, and shampoo. There's a refrigerator, a kettle with cups, glasses, and spoons. It's quiet outside; it's not a highway. The center (Vernissage Market) is a 15-minute taxi ride (it's cheaper) or an hour's walk. The towels are clean, even crisp. I definitely recommend it; it's worth the money.

Pros: good breakfasts, a swimming pool, and access to the water park. Cons: there's nothing around the hotel except the water park; no shops. You have to take a taxi to Yerevan city center. The biggest disappointment was the behavior of the guys at the reception. We arrived in the morning, and they wouldn't check us in, even though our room was free and ready. They asked for double the room rate to check us in just four hours early, which we refused. After that, they allowed us to wait on a torn leather sofa in the hallway. My child and I, after an overnight flight, slept on this sofa with people walking past us. Some guests even brought us water because the hotel staff didn't offer any. They also didn't suggest we wait on a sun lounger by the pool, or leave our luggage at reception, nor did they offer us breakfast, even though we were willing to pay for it. After several hours of waiting in the hallway, we were checked into room 112, which was in terrible condition (peeling paint on the walls, dirt, torn sheets). After I said that the room was unfit for habitation, they suggested we go to another hotel. I have never encountered such an attitude in any country, and I've visited many. Two hours later, a woman came and offered to move us to the adjacent room, which was in normal condition, meaning those guys deliberately gave us a dilapidated room even though a perfectly fine one next door was available. The situation repeated itself on our check-out day. The guy at reception told us we couldn't relax on a sun lounger by the pool after checking out of our room; we had to leave the hotel immediately, regardless of the fact that our flight was in the evening and there's nothing near the hotel. My son and I stayed by the pool for a bit, after which I had to listen to this guy's complaints for a long time. Either the staff are untrained and lack any education in the hospitality industry, or this is the hotel owner's policy.

This hotel is right in the city center. They provided free underground parking. The room was a bit dated but clean, on the 6th floor, room #603. A full set of towels was provided. There's an ironing board and iron in the hallway. The reception staff were very friendly. They spoke Russian without any issues and were always eager to help, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was an extensive buffet – you definitely won't go hungry. The only downside is if you have a room with a great view of the square, you'll have to sleep with the window closed due to noise. I definitely recommend it!

Our family stayed here in July 2026. The hotel isn't brand new, but it's perfectly decent. The family room with a connecting door was an excellent option for a family with children, and having two bathrooms was also very convenient. We stayed on the 8th floor, with a distant view of the Mother Armenia monument and the Ferris wheel, though residential buildings were in closer proximity. The hotel's convenient location is also worth noting; you can walk to the center (Republic Square and the Cascade). There are cafes and restaurants nearby. The price-to-quality ratio is excellent. We were also pleased to find an indoor pool with water at a suitable temperature for children. The staff were very friendly, especially in the spa area and by the pool, as well as at the reception. Breakfasts were standard, with a good variety.

The hotel's convenient location is also worth noting; you can walk to the center (Republic Square and the Cascade). There are cafes and restaurants nearby. The price-to-quality ratio is excellent. We were also pleased to find an indoor pool with water at a suitable temperature for children. The staff were very friendly, especially in the spa area and by the pool, as well as at the reception. Breakfasts were standard, with a good variety.

Fantastic hostel! I absolutely loved it! The hospitable and friendly guesthouse owners helped with everything. They let me store my luggage and even booked a taxi for me! The morning view of the mountains is stunning! The room was very spacious, cozy, and warm. It was also extremely clean. The room had its own mini-kitchen and all the necessary toiletries. The location is convenient, just a 10-minute taxi ride to the center, or a 20-minute uphill walk. This is a perfect hotel! Highly recommend!!

This hotel is right in the city center. They provided free underground parking. The room was a bit dated but clean, on the 6th floor, room #603. A full set of towels was provided. There's an ironing board and iron in the hallway. The reception staff were very friendly. They spoke Russian without any issues and were always eager to help, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was an extensive buffet – you definitely won't go hungry. The only downside is if you have a room with a great view of the square, you'll have to sleep with the window closed due to noise. I definitely recommend it!

The hotel is located in a quiet, cozy spot, about a 20-30 minute walk from the city center. The hotel itself is new, with a modern interior. Our room was very spacious, with two rooms for three people. The only inconvenience was that the bathroom was accessed through one of the rooms, which can be a bit disruptive if you have different sleep schedules. The mattresses, bedding, towels, and bathrobes were all of good quality, and all necessary toiletries (shampoos, shower gels, various kits) were provided. Housekeeping was timely, and the cleaning quality was excellent. Drinking water bottles were replenished daily. The soundproofing wasn't 100% perfect, but overall, it didn't cause any major issues. Currently, the hotel doesn't have a kitchen, so we bought food from a store and had breakfast in our room. If they added a buffet, it would be even better! My overall impression of staying at this hotel is positive. I can confidently recommend it if you're prepared to stay a bit outside the bustling city center and are happy to have breakfast out or buy your own groceries. Thanks to the staff for their excellent service!

The reception staff were friendly and helpful and quickly resolved some minor issues I had. The room was reasonably comfortable, although the walls were very thin making it noisy. The cleaning service seems disorganised: I was only given a hand towel when I arrived that I think may have been used, and the cleaning staff barged into my room without knocking when I was on the toilet. Overall I think it's a good choice for short stays of one or two nights but I wouldn't want to stay longer.

Due to some mistake I was put in a smaller room and was refunded the difference in price. Setting that aside, the host is responsive, room is as described and it's just fine if you're not picky.

Everything was great! We took a taxi from the airport, and it was a quick 20-minute ride. The hotel was renovated in February 2026, so our room was brand new and impeccably clean. It was incredibly well-lit, which was really convenient – I've never seen so much lighting in a hotel room before. Thank you so much!
