Cute and quaint stay. The hot tub and pool were still not functioning during our stay, which was a disappointment for the kids. Other nice amenities for this area were that there was cable tv in the room and Wi-Fi available which other hotels I’ve stayed at in this area did not offer. I did not realize this hotel was actually located across the street from the water so it’s not actually waterfront as I had anticipated mentally when I thought about where The Tides was located. It’s still a very nice location and very close by to The Tides, though. I would stay here again.

Beautiful granite countertops with a gas stove, full size refrigerator and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. This two bedroom, two bath vacation rental is part of a three unit property, and the perfect place to rest and rejuvenate. This is an upstairs unit and our guests need to be able to climb stairs. Guests that book this unit also need to be mindful of the guests that may be booked in the unit below you. The noise transfers in our historic home. We ask that you remove shoes inside (bring slippers or socks) and please, no running or jumping. For this reason, we encourage our guests that have younger children or pets to book their stay in our lower unit one. Living room and both bedrooms are equipped with smart TV's. Guests will need to log into their own streaming apps (Netflixs, Hulu, etc.). Views of the bay from your bedroom windows...watch the sunrise as you wake up in your queen sized comfortable beds. The living room area has a wood stove to keep you cozy. Guests need to bring their own small sized wood logs (16" or smaller), duraflame or presto logs. A private balcony hangs over the water with 4 hightop chairs & a weber grill (guests please bring charcoal). Explore a little further and go to Bodega Head where gray whales tend to come the closest to the shore.The house itself welcomes you to a spacious redwood front deck, wrapping around the house. There is a hot tub and a small garden located on the side of the house.Step through the front door and feel right at home with the brightly lit open floor plan. The living room windows look out onto the deck with a scenic view of Bodega Bay. Feel cozy with the gas fireplace in the evening hours. In the dining area, the hand-built wood slab table seats 8 people. With a full set of serving and dining ware, you have all you need to cook your favorite meal. Directly adjacent to the dining room is open layout kitchen. Hand built wood cabinets and modern equipment make it both inviting and functional. Thera are: stainless steel fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a gas stove. Step outside through the French doors and barbecue on our gas grill. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, both feature French doors opening up to the back deck. One room includes a California King Bed and the other two twin beds. The downstairs bathroom has a bathtub and a shower over bathtub. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and bathroom. The main bedroom with King bed is spacious with high ceilings and bay windows with seating area, perfect for reading a book or gazing out onto the bay. The queen size bedroom overlooks the garden. Cute and quaint stay. The hot tub and pool were still not functioning during our stay, which was a disappointment for the kids. Other nice amenities for this area were that there was cable tv in the room and Wi-Fi available which other hotels I’ve stayed at in this area did not offer. I did not realize this hotel was actually located across the street from the water so it’s not actually waterfront as I had anticipated mentally when I thought about where The Tides was located. It’s still a very nice location and very close by to The Tides, though. I would stay here again.

Very impressed with the Lodge, great restaurant and the service was top notch by all the staff. Grounds are beautiful with awesome views of the Bay and Ocean. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms extremely spacious.

Cute and quaint stay. The hot tub and pool were still not functioning during our stay, which was a disappointment for the kids. Other nice amenities for this area were that there was cable tv in the room and Wi-Fi available which other hotels I’ve stayed at in this area did not offer. I did not realize this hotel was actually located across the street from the water so it’s not actually waterfront as I had anticipated mentally when I thought about where The Tides was located. It’s still a very nice location and very close by to The Tides, though. I would stay here again.
