The Regent Cha-am We booked a Deluxe room including breakfast. We were not expecting much as the price was really good but, what a fabulous surprise when we found it was a suite with a lovely welcoming plate of fruit and cookies! I began to wonder if theyd mixed us up with some - march 2026 honeymooners somewhere!!!! I wasn't expecting how big the place was with 2 huge balconies each big enough for sunbeds and a table!! It's own kitchen, lounge, king sized bed and ensuite and office. -The pool is a beautiful, sparkling clean, heart-shaped affair with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas as shade is definitely required! The pool along one side must be about 30m+ so it was great for lap swimming as well as chilling out!!! -Beautifully landscaped and next to the sea, the only drawback is that the beach is almost non existent most of the time and while we were there the red flag was up as the sea was quite rough with the wind. The pool more than made up for it. -Breakfast is buffet style like many of these resort places with cereal, pastries, fruit, cooked asian foods and western style ham, crispy bacon, eggs cooked to order, toast and jam. My only criticism is the hot foods, not cooked to order, were luke warm. Don't bother with tea, it's weak and tasteless but the coffee machine does a good variety and there's hot milk to top up with. -The bar in the lobby does happy hour 2 for 1 early evening. -The hotel is around 25km from hua hin centre but a 5 min walk just outside the hotel is a road ”village” where there are a choice of local Thai restaurants, bars, tailors, massage/mani/pedicure places plus a useful 7-11 for essentials. All the restaurants we tried were excellent. They may look empty but will cook to order at all times and the prices are really cheap. The bed was really comfy and the room was serviced daily with clean towels and the usual stuff. -Pool towels were available by the pool and changed as often as you please. -All The staff were friendly and welcoming and most spoke very good English. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a quiet, laid back holiday at this time of year. We might have to return next year!!!!

It's a new hotel, and all the staff are very friendly and energetic. The facilities are complete, and there's free parking. The hotel only has one main pool, but it's large enough; it's a shame there's no beach. The breakfast is a must-buy, definitely worth praising! 👍💯 Many choices and very delicious. The hotel is a 20-minute drive from Hua Hin city center. The room is comfortable with ample space, but being a new hotel, there are no USB sockets by the bed. We stayed for 3 nights, and it offered great value for money! GOOD

I traveled with my daughter. The room we booked was unfortunately very old, worn, and unclean (couch, bed, window). It was in an older building. We then received an upgrade, and the room was much better, with a balcony and a view of the beautiful pool. The grounds are absolutely wonderful, and the breakfast buffet is plentiful and very reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's definitely worth booking a higher room category here. Thank you so much. We had a great time.

The hotel is mid size but I feel very cozy throughout our stay. The room we stayed was by the pool. Very convenient for families. Breakfast was superb; all kinds of western food, Chinese, noodle stall and Thai food was brilliant, speaking as Thais. The beach is clean and also small good vibe bar and massage place by the beach next to hotel. Sunrise is breathtaking. My mom never asked to extend stay anywhere lease but here. Unluckily , the hotel was fully booked after our checkout date. We definitely going back there again.

This place is excellent for a family vacation with kids. The pools are great, but the beach entry isn't very good. The food is top-notch. The masterclasses in the kids' club are a bit pricey, and renting extra equipment is also quite expensive. There's a village nearby, but no shops or pharmacies. It's very difficult to call a taxi through apps like Bolt or Grab; we waited several times for 1-1.5 hours and ended up canceling. We saw jellyfish in the sea and decided not to swim there. We also encountered huge cockroaches in our room and smaller ones around the hotel. The staff is very friendly and polite.

The room didn't match the photos. The beds were two identical twin beds pushed together, which was fine, but strange because the headboards were bedside tables that had to be moved down to meet the beds. This left the headboard area empty. My boyfriend asked for an extra pillow... A while later, a male staff member knocked on the door to deliver it. My boyfriend was in the bathroom at the time, and I was walking from the bed to open the door. The staff member knocked twice because I might have been a bit slow, but it wasn't even a minute before he used a card to open the door and entered. I was really surprised by this. Luckily, I was already dressed and had engaged the internal lock, so he couldn't push the door all the way open. I hope they improve this, especially since we had just requested the pillow, were clearly in the room, and it was nearly 10 PM. The beds were soft and comfortable. There were two small swimming pools, but the kids liked them. The breakfast was a typical buffet with average taste.

Highly recommended! When I first arrived at the main gate, I thought, ”Oh no, this place is way too desolate.” Then I decided to walk towards the beach, and suddenly there was a bustling street! There's a 7-Eleven just 30 meters away, and the entire road has over a kilometer of shops. It's just that this area isn't a popular tourist spot, so most places close down right after 10 PM.

We stayed in a family room, which was nice and spacious. It was a little stuffy, and the hotel is older, but overall it was okay, except for the bathroom. I hope they'll improve it. The sink and bathtub were stained and grimy; I wouldn't even let my kids sit in it. We only let them stand for showers. There was a slight drain smell, but it was bearable.

I was very happy with the view in our hotel room. Whilst there was a small problem with the air conditioning towards the end of our stay, the hotel ended up providing up a full refund for the remaining days despite the fact that we had to cancel our booking due to a change in travel plans. The restaurant is so underated and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The atmosphere was quiet, safe, and peaceful. Parking was convenient, and the rooms were a short walk away. The room price was a bit high considering its location in a business district, but that's understandable. I'd like to see improvement in the food quality; the fried chicken, for example, should be served hot and fresh. It seems it might have been fried in the morning, and by the time guests arrived around 9:30 AM, the chicken was starting to get a bit chewy. The pineapple and watermelon, however, were fresh and sweet. Overall, it was a good experience.

The rooms are not very well maintained, with some small stains on the sheets. The TVs are older models without smart tv capabilities so you can only use it to watch Thai TV channels. There is also no elevator from what I saw, so if you are an elderly you might have trouble going up and down the stairs if you have one of the rooms on the 3rd-4th floor. The beach by the hotel is at the moment full of trash and has a lot of people fishing there making it not so nice to swim.

Cheap accommodation, newly renovated, very beautiful paint, separate male and female bathrooms and showers, great view, common area, clean and soft bed, storage at the head of the bed, easy to fold work desk, cool air conditioner, only bad thing is I couldn't find the hair dryer, it was late at night so I didn't call the staff. If you have a car you have to enter behind Katreeya Condo on the forest side. Coming alone feels very safe because the condo belongs to the juristic person who screens people entering and exiting. The accommodation is on the top floor.

Stayed here recently and had a very good experience overall. The facilities are excellent and the service was great. When we arrived, staff took us to our room by golf cart and carried our bags in for us, which was a nice touch. Gorgeous view and spacious. The hotel has three pools, so it never felt crowded, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options. The location is a bit far from town, so getting to Hua Hin or Cha-am can take a while if you order a Grab. However, the hotel is fairly close to the Summer Palace — we walked there in about 30 minutes. From the hotel we also went to the Hua Hin Night Market, which was incredible and definitely worth visiting. One thing to note is that the ocean water in that area looked a bit dirty and polluted, so it’s not the best spot if you’re planning to swim in the sea. For transport, I would recommend using the Grab or Bolt apps rather than the hotel taxi. The hotel taxi is more convenient in terms of timing, but it costs roughly twice as much.

The villa is located on the beach of Cha Am. It takes less than a minute to walk to the beach. There are almost no people on the whole beach, which is very suitable for family trips. The hotel has almost no services. If you can choose this villa, you must not need any services. Just basic breakfast delivery, cleaning, etc., and there are no other excessive requirements. As for the hotel environment, it is still good. There are several villas in one yard, and there are very few guests. We stayed for a week and knew that there were guests, but we never met other residents. It is a lovely small boutique hotel with very clean rooms and very good service from the staff. You can go directly to the beach from the hotel. The seats next to the infinity pool are also shaded by big trees, which is suitable for lying down and watching the sea and blue sky. There is a live performance in the restaurant at night. It is super relaxing to watch the colorful clouds, listen to music and feel the sea breeze. The reservation date was wrong. The front desk PARIDA was very enthusiastic and patient to help practice adoga and Ctrip to solve it. Thank you very much and will stay again

I had an accidental slip and fall during my stay. The path by the pool was quite slippery, but the hotel took excellent care of me. I'd suggest improving some facilities, such as the garden pool area, where there are several spots with rotting wood. The ground surfaces could also be made less slippery. The beach was clean. Overall, I was very impressed!

Excellent service and clean rooms with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. The room service dinner, especially the shrimp fried rice, was incredibly tasty. It wasn't greasy, the shrimp were huge and fresh, and even the chili fish sauce was superb!

The atmosphere is perfect for relaxation. The swimming pool is spacious, and it's right on the beach, so you can just walk out and enjoy it. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. 🏖️

The room didn't match the photos. The beds were two identical twin beds pushed together, which was fine, but strange because the headboards were bedside tables that had to be moved down to meet the beds. This left the headboard area empty. My boyfriend asked for an extra pillow... A while later, a male staff member knocked on the door to deliver it. My boyfriend was in the bathroom at the time, and I was walking from the bed to open the door. The staff member knocked twice because I might have been a bit slow, but it wasn't even a minute before he used a card to open the door and entered. I was really surprised by this. Luckily, I was already dressed and had engaged the internal lock, so he couldn't push the door all the way open. I hope they improve this, especially since we had just requested the pillow, were clearly in the room, and it was nearly 10 PM. The beds were soft and comfortable. There were two small swimming pools, but the kids liked them. The breakfast was a typical buffet with average taste.

The hotel is mid size but I feel very cozy throughout our stay. The room we stayed was by the pool. Very convenient for families. Breakfast was superb; all kinds of western food, Chinese, noodle stall and Thai food was brilliant, speaking as Thais. The beach is clean and also small good vibe bar and massage place by the beach next to hotel. Sunrise is breathtaking. My mom never asked to extend stay anywhere lease but here. Unluckily , the hotel was fully booked after our checkout date. We definitely going back there again.

Positive: Great hotel in a good location. Cinema, kids club, basketball court free to use. Lovely village at entrance with lots restaurants, 711 etc. Negative: The pool slide is a joke (Literally all the guests had a giggle going down because it doesn't work). You get halfway and grind to a halt. For the price the hotel charges, you could think they would close it for a day and give it a new coat of paint/lacquer.
