This stay far exceeded my expectations, a definite must-give good review. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the pillow height was just right. I slept soundly all night, and all my fatigue vanished. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation, and the water pressure was stable, washing away all the dust from my journey. I especially want to commend the service; everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff was smiling and responded quickly. The breakfast was plentiful, and even staying for three days, the options were never the same. The location is also very convenient, with a subway station right outside. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with plenty of good restaurants nearby, and IKEA and a shopping mall are just next door. The hotel facilities are complete, including a well-equipped gym and sauna. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. The hotel service was excellent 😌, and it's not far from the airport. My flight arrived at 12 AM, and I couldn't register for taxi or food delivery apps. The front desk staff kindly helped me out. The breakfast experience the next day was also great, with Bright providing warm and thoughtful service. Also, the lady at the front desk helped me arrange a taxi to the attractions I wanted to visit and then to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for solo female travelers – you can stay here with peace of mind.

In my opinion this hotel seems to be a 2* hotel rather than 4*.  We received a room with an AC not working. Nobody answered our calls and requests and I had to complain in person to change my room after several calls.  The breakfast is normal. You easily hear the conversations in the corridors and rooms next to you ! As my experience Waize navigators is wrong in addressing the hotel and you must be very careful when using your navigator. (Pin the location upon your arrival)

Overall, Fraser Suites Muscat met our expectations. We stayed here twice, including three nights at the start of our Oman trip before Ramadan and two nights at the end during Ramadan. As we arrived late at night and departed for an early flight, a 24-hour front desk was essential. Check-in and check-out were smooth both times. Parking is plentiful, with spacious options both in front of the hotel and in the basement, which is at street level. On both occasions, we were assigned One Bedroom Deluxe Suites with a beautiful view of the Mohammed Al Ameen Mosque across the main road. The rooms are spacious and feature a functional kitchen with a full fridge with freezer. However, we were disappointed that our request to stay in the same room for our second visit was not honoured. The check-in staff later explained they cannot reserve specific room numbers. We wish this had been clarified when we first made the request. This is one part of the service that I found lacking. The blackout curtains are excellent, effectively blocking out both the sunlight and the heat for mornings we wanted to sleep in. The suite also provides a box of laundry powder for the washing machine, which was very handy during our first stay. Muscat’s dry climate meant our clothes air-dried quickly overnight in the service yard. There are a good number of electric sockets, including some international ones, throughout the suite. While the rooms are generally clean, housekeeping was occasionally inconsistent with changing towels. Additionally, the shower area tends to flood due to the floor design, which was a common issue we encountered in other Omani hotels in this price range. The water pressure is adequate, but note that you must turn on the water heater in the room for at least an hour to ensure a consistently warm shower. This should be mentioned during check-in. Both stays were very quiet with no noise issues. Bottled water was given generously and topped up promptly upon request without limits. Our only minor struggle was the air conditioning. We could not quite figure out the wall controls, the system seemed only to cool rather than heat. With Muscat temperatures ranging from 18 to 28°C, the room felt a bit too cold at night, so we opted to switch the unit off entirely.

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt Muscat during our road trip from Riyadh through Dubai and finally into Muscat, and it turned out to be the perfect stop to unwind and explore the city. The hotel has a charming 90s vibe—classic, warm, and nostalgic in the best way. Despite its vintage character, everything is impressively clean and well maintained. The location is another big plus: right near the beach, making it easy to enjoy a morning walk or a relaxing sunset. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. After long hours on the road, that level of hospitality really stands out. Overall, a comfortable and memorable stay, and a great base for touring around Muscat.

Check-in was quick and efficient, and the hotel has a very nice, welcoming scent throughout the lobby and common areas. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the bathroom was spotless. The pool area is great, with different depths (1.1 m and 1.3 m), plus a dedicated kids’ pool around 30 cm, which makes it ideal for families as well. One of the highlights is the direct access to Qurm Beach, which is a big plus. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good buffet selection, and the staff throughout the hotel were very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Overall, a great stay and a classic, reliable 5-star experience in Muscat. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Collection in Muscat. From the moment we arrived, the reception team provided excellent service and made us feel very welcome. During our stay, we visited Qureshi restaurant, where both the food and service were amazing. A special thanks to Ashwani, who gave us excellent recommendations that made the experience even better. We also dined at Omny restaurant, where the chefs did a fantastic job preparing seafood exactly as per our request. The staff, especially Sonia and Amir, were warm, attentive, and looked after us throughout the meal. We also appreciated the hospitality from the manager, Shiva, which made the experience even more memorable. The only area that could be improved was the breakfast service. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem very engaged or friendly, even though the restaurant was not busy at the time. Aside from breakfast, everything else about our stay—from the reception to the restaurants—was outstanding. We truly enjoyed our time at the Radisson Collection and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you once again ..

I really enjoyed staying here. My room was spacious & clean. Great facilities- teas, coffee, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, bottled water etc replenished daily. Bed was big and comfy. Great location- 5-10min walk to cafes/restaurants (some local shops next to the car park). I relaxed around the pool everyday in the winter sun. Just what I needed. Staff were friendly. Breakfast -had a huge variety, cereal, cold meats, cheeses, omletes, pastries, etc I would recommend this hotel (&would stay here again). I stayed here from Boxing Day to New year's Eve- they had a decorated an Xmas tree inside & outside the hotel, how fabulous! 😊 Great effort. I ate/drank at the Irish pub, it was nice enough (typical English food lol) I'm a female solo traveller i never felt unsafe here, in fact, I was looked after, from going out in the evenings to catching a Yango. Not far from the airport, about a 10-minute drive. There's a large parking lot at the entrance with plenty of spaces. The room was incredibly spacious, even with an extra bed, it still felt very open. The air conditioning, a Gree unit, was excellent and cooled the room down quickly. About a 10-minute walk (700 meters) from the hotel, there are many restaurants, including a fantastic Turkish kebab place that you can easily find on Dianping (Chinese Yelp). There's also a big supermarket nearby where you can buy things at good prices, including many Chinese-made products. However, you'll need to cross the road a few times, and the traffic can be fast, so be careful. The price was very reasonable. I recommend staying here.

Generally good stay over, however just a few small things. All the staff were lovely, the king size bed was very comfortable and the rooms were spaciously sized. However twice with room service we were left without towels in the room, as well as other bathroom amenities (we ended up only receiving one towel for two people, miscommunication?). When we also asked to do laundry and requested a quote sheet to see how much it would be, staff were unable to answer. Instead we were given a blank sheet of paper to write down all our items. It ended up being quite expensive and we were requested to pay immediately on receipt of laundry rather than at check out (mind you, same day turn around of laundry). Staff were again great- just a few policy practices that could be refined.

This has to be one of my favourite hotels I've stayed at and I can see why people rave about this hotel and why it is consistently rated amongst the best in Oman. The staff are 10/10 and deal with every interaction with a smile. They are very knowledgeable and very clear with communications. The room was stunning with a partial sea view. It was very spacious with a bed that you get lost in. The bed was incredible and I dont think I have slept that well in years. The room itself is very quiet so you really do feel like you are alone on an island. The bathroom was done well and the shower head sprays water as if it was soft mist hitting you but with enough force to have a shower. The facilities were also amazing with a private beach that is clean and perfectly situated and you can walk out when the tide is low. There are also a few different levels you can sit on and relax as well as an infinity pool. The gym is well equipped and there are tennis courts outside and squash rooms available along with a steam room and sauna in both the men's and women's areas. There are 3 restaurants here and personally dukes was my favourite with a great selection of food. And each dish is well sized and there was not one miss for me. The Rib-eye steak was a personal standout. Overall this place is amazing and I will 10000% be returning. Thank you to all

We really had a good time on our friends outing, during check in and check out time we where served by Ms Minoli ever smiling lady, she gave us a warm welcome and upgraded our rooms during check in, this gesture made us feel welcomed and we couldn't wait to fully enjoy our stay. Housekeeper Mr Mohammed was always helpful whenever we requested for amenities, he acted fast which made us more happy, also experienced the swimming pool which is devided into 2, one side for us learners and the other for experts in swimming 🤣 this really was fun, thanks to Mr Joseph and Mr Shahul for good guidance. The 2nd night we requested for late checkout on our check out day and we were helped by Moses, thanks bro for that gesture, ohhhh l had forgotten the bar 😍, it was awesome cold drinks very affordable nice service but l forgot the guy s name as l had taken some shots🤣, with all being said we enjoyed every minute at Al Falag hotel, good location close to everything, last but not least thank you house keeping supervisor or manager l think Mr Lasantha, he was also running around to make sure we get everything we requested,, team Al Falag keep it up.

Extremely convenient for a long layover in Muscat. The family room for 12 hours, including dinner, was a big hit with all of us. I'm a luxury travel advisor who traveled here with my husband and our two children for our holiday. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning and conveniently located close to the airport. Because it sits on a public beach, the experience feels less like a private resort and more like a hotel that’s integrated into the local area, which may appeal to travelers looking for something less secluded. Unfortunately, the stay did not live up to the Mandarin Oriental standard we expected, particularly when it came to service and coordination. The concierge experience was a major pain point. We reached out multiple times, both before and during our stay, to help plan activities and experiences in Oman, but emails and calls routinely went unanswered. When responses did come, they were often delayed or incomplete, making it difficult to rely on the concierge for planning. Because we traveled a long way to Oman and were counting on the concierge to help us navigate the destination, this was especially disappointing. We ultimately left feeling like we missed out on fully experiencing Oman due to the lack of communication and follow-through. Additionally, the club lounge, accessible through certain suites, fell short in both food quality and service. Overall communication across the hotel felt inconsistent, and the property appeared understaffed at times. We heard similar feedback from other guests during our stay and did raise these concerns directly with the hotel.

He was informed and this error was repaired immediately. If you can book this hotel at a very cheap price, you won't go wrong. However, if they're asking around eighty euros per night, you'll find significantly better hotels. For the price I paid, I was satisfied. I couldn't check in until 3 PM because the room wasn't ready, and they didn't even offer a drink for the wait. The next day, all the towels were completely missing, and it took two attempts to fix it. The breakfast is rather below average, but you can certainly fill up. Now for the positives: a large, clean room. An infinity pool on the roof. You can sit there comfortably and enjoy the sunset; the restaurant also serves by the pool, and orders are placed via the in-room phone – super convenient. There's ample free parking. Everything is easily accessible by car. Conclusion: Because I got a very good price, I was overall very satisfied with my stay.

Extremely convenient for a long layover in Muscat. The family room for 12 hours, including dinner, was a big hit with all of us. It was clean, spacious, with comfortable beds that helped us recover after a long journey. The dinner was delicious. The staff were very welcoming and forgiving of our poor English. We'll definitely stay here again on our way back from Bangkok. I hope the experience will be just as good next time.

If you can book this hotel at a very cheap price, you won't go wrong. However, if they're asking around eighty euros per night, you'll find significantly better hotels. For the price I paid, I was satisfied. I couldn't check in until 3 PM because the room wasn't ready, and they didn't even offer a drink for the wait. The next day, all the towels were completely missing, and it took two attempts to fix it. The breakfast is rather below average, but you can certainly fill up. Now for the positives: a large, clean room. An infinity pool on the roof. You can sit there comfortably and enjoy the sunset; the restaurant also serves by the pool, and orders are placed via the in-room phone – super convenient. There's ample free parking. Everything is easily accessible by car. Conclusion: Because I got a very good price, I was overall very satisfied with my stay.

What a beautiful amazing hotel I came with family for one night I will definitely come again here, the welcoming from bell man mansour and receptionist Janat , marwa, and HK shajeeb and FB staff princess and jochelle and Anusha are outstanding, Iam a hoteler myself so I know what Iam saying and take my postive comment seriously, the rooms are clean and amazing I stay in 401 and 403 connecting rooms suite sea and pool views, wonderful what I can say more, the service also very good and I recommend this place when ever you are in this area close to airport only 15 minutes or less than that my wife and kids enjoy Voco, we are from Bahrain, I book online by Trip.com when I was searching for a hotel my eyes pick up this one as soon I saw only the building from outside it is different then normal building hotel so directly I book it, and when I come to reception I found out it is brand new hotel and also I have been upgraded to this amazing suite rooms as I said definitely next year visit will come here. The hotel is ten kilometers from the airport, and a taxi cost $20, which is quite expensive. Check-in was smooth upon arrival. The hotel facilities are decent, but there's a really unpleasant Middle Eastern perfume smell that just won't go away.

I've actually been staying at this hotel for a week now. It's been good, but today the cleaning staff might have been tired, I'm not sure, but they didn't clean well. They rushed through it. My things in the bathroom were supposed to be neatly arranged, but some items were knocked over and scattered. I think they might need to practice making the bed properly. I'm not a picky person and I don't ask them to clean every day, but I think it should have been cleaner and more organized. And the woman at reception should smile more. 😂
