We had a good time with a very bad start. First, the negative: beware that the hotel will charge you an extra fee when you get there! I was charged an additional $86 ”resort fee” when I arrived, and the guy next to me in line had an additional $540! Expect this hidden fee that they don't tell you about. Other than that we had a mostly positive experience. Most staff were very friendly (minus one lady working the water slides who wasn't very nice). The rooms were clean, nice, and big, with a few very small problems (a handle on the sink broken off, but still usable, and a partially broken switch for the fan in the bathroom which was also still usable). I put trash outside our room to be thrown out, and a day later when we left it still hadn't been removed. Overall the hotel is nice and the water park was a lot of fun, but the extra fees right when I arrived soured me on the experience.

Dellshire is a new resort and beautiful, but has many flaws that need to be corrected. The layout is not good. There are few elevators and large amounts of walking between floors and climbing stairs. For example there is no ice on first floor so you have to go to third to get ice. Also the shower leaks into floor.  No soap dish inside the shower if you choose to use your own toiletries, you have to sit them in the floor. Also, it’s impossible to turn on the shower without getting in and getting drenched to set the temperature first. No menus for the restaurants in the rooms to review. No microwave in rooms. Beds were nice and plush bedding. No DND tag to hang on door. No lifeguard at pool . A resort this size should have a lifeguard. Pools are shallow and small. Was hoping for more  at the pools.  Lots of arcade games

We had a good time with a very bad start. First, the negative: beware that the hotel will charge you an extra fee when you get there! I was charged an additional $86 ”resort fee” when I arrived, and the guy next to me in line had an additional $540! Expect this hidden fee that they don't tell you about. Other than that we had a mostly positive experience. Most staff were very friendly (minus one lady working the water slides who wasn't very nice). The rooms were clean, nice, and big, with a few very small problems (a handle on the sink broken off, but still usable, and a partially broken switch for the fan in the bathroom which was also still usable). I put trash outside our room to be thrown out, and a day later when we left it still hadn't been removed. Overall the hotel is nice and the water park was a lot of fun, but the extra fees right when I arrived soured me on the experience.

Dellshire is a new resort and beautiful, but has many flaws that need to be corrected. The layout is not good. There are few elevators and large amounts of walking between floors and climbing stairs. For example there is no ice on first floor so you have to go to third to get ice. Also the shower leaks into floor.  No soap dish inside the shower if you choose to use your own toiletries, you have to sit them in the floor. Also, it’s impossible to turn on the shower without getting in and getting drenched to set the temperature first. No menus for the restaurants in the rooms to review. No microwave in rooms. Beds were nice and plush bedding. No DND tag to hang on door. No lifeguard at pool . A resort this size should have a lifeguard. Pools are shallow and small. Was hoping for more  at the pools.  Lots of arcade games

We had a good time with a very bad start. First, the negative: beware that the hotel will charge you an extra fee when you get there! I was charged an additional $86 ”resort fee” when I arrived, and the guy next to me in line had an additional $540! Expect this hidden fee that they don't tell you about. Other than that we had a mostly positive experience. Most staff were very friendly (minus one lady working the water slides who wasn't very nice). The rooms were clean, nice, and big, with a few very small problems (a handle on the sink broken off, but still usable, and a partially broken switch for the fan in the bathroom which was also still usable). I put trash outside our room to be thrown out, and a day later when we left it still hadn't been removed. Overall the hotel is nice and the water park was a lot of fun, but the extra fees right when I arrived soured me on the experience.
