The hotel has a good location. The rooms are in a good condition. BUT! The service is not friendly or good at all. When we arrived in the morning we have asked if there was a chance to get in early. The front desk man said in the aggressive way that there is no such opportunity. He was making us to rush with our bags, making us feel as we disturbing him instead of be feeling welcomed. Then, after 6 hours we came back to check in and guess what. The room arranged for us, which was reserved with the ocean view, was given us wrongly, the tiny dark room in the end of hotel. I was not happy with this because I’ve booked the certain room with the view and paid for that. Then I came back to the reception and asked to change the room because it is not what I’ve booked. Then, with no any words like “we are sorry, let me help you” I was watching front desk workers faces being bothered by me again and showing me their attitude. The room was changed eventually, thank you “so much”. Better choose another hotel.

The room was spacious, and the toiletries were of good quality.

Cons * The staff were very neutral—not particularly friendly, smiling, or welcoming. * Very strict check-in and check-out rules. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. We arrived at 8:30 a.m. because of our flight, and there was no flexibility at all, even to check in just one hour earlier. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m., and if you want to stay longer, you have to pay ₩20,000 per hour. * The room is extremely small. The toilet has a sliding door and is right next to the bed. * The shower door leaked * The bat mat towel was taken away by the cleaning staff and never brought back * Only one small pillow per person. * Initially, there weren’t enough hangers for two people, so we had to ask for more. * Two chairs are positioned directly in front of the air conditioner, so you can’t really use them when the AC is on. * The sockets on the right side of the bed don’t hold chargers properly, and one of them doesn’t charge the phone at all. * There is no shower available in the hotel lobby/common area.

I had a pleasant stay at Best Western Jeju Hotel. The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, and it’s also easy to get around Jeju from the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, and the overall facilities were well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One of the biggest advantages is the convenient location, especially for travelers who want easy access to the airport and other parts of Jeju. Overall, it was a comfortable and good-value stay, and I would consider staying here again on my next trip to Jeju.

The location isn't far from the Grand Hyatt, and it's super convenient to walk to the E-Mart supermarket next door, about six or seven minutes on foot. Shilla Duty-Free is only a five-minute walk away, and Baojian Road is just a bit further past Shilla Duty-Free, making it really easy for shopping. The Issac sandwich shop diagonally across from the hotel downstairs is super delicious – definitely don't miss it if you pass by! This time, I stayed in room 1616 which even had a balcony with a distant view of the airport and the sea. If the weather's good, sitting out on the terrace is really comfortable. There's a bus stop right downstairs, and bus 316 goes directly to Dongmun Market. It's also easy to catch a taxi on the main road right outside.

We had a wonderful stay at the Miru Miru Hotel during our trip to Jeju Island. Overall, we were very satisfied, and the hotel left a great impression on us. The hotel environment was very comfortable, the room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were quite complete. We had a really good rest during our stay. The staff were enthusiastic and friendly, patiently helping us with any questions we had, which made us feel very comfortable. The hotel's location was also quite convenient, with good transport links whether for sightseeing, dining, or getting to the airport. Coming back to a quiet, clean, and comfortable room after a day of exploring greatly enhanced our travel experience. We had a very enjoyable time in Jeju Island, and the hotel's overall service and accommodation experience exceeded our expectations. If we have the chance to visit Jeju Island again in the future, we would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended!

Had such a comfortable first day in Jeju that we ended up extending our stay here for a few more days. Overall, a really great experience! The location is quite good—just a short walk to the seaside. It was so relaxing to stroll down in the evening and catch the sunset. The room was kept spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and it was nice and quiet at night with no disturbance. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient with check-in and check-out, and they even gave us great local recommendations for places to eat. I highly recommend this hotel! First off, the location is fantastic. It's about 2km from the airport, a quick 10-minute taxi ride. There's a bus stop right across the street (heading towards Seogwipo) and another one a short walk from the side entrance (going towards Hyeopjae), which is super convenient! Plus, there's a CU and a GS25 convenience store right nearby. Daiso, Shilla, and Lotte Duty-Free shops are just a 10-12 minute walk away too. Secondly, the service was excellent. The front desk staff spoke a little Chinese, enough for basic communication, and they were all very friendly. I had trouble with the shower settings in my room, and a staff member came up to help me adjust it. Before I left, they even gave me a small snack as a thank you and wished me well. Finally, the environment is great. The whole hotel smells lovely, and they have carpets throughout, even in the hallways, so my luggage trolley didn't make much noise. Although the bathroom has a bathtub, you can also switch it to a rainfall shower head. You'll need to bring your own toiletries, but other than that, everything's covered. As for the mirror facing the bed, it seems Koreans aren't too concerned about that, and since I booked a twin room, I just used the bed facing the mirror for my clothes and slept on the other one. All in all, I highly recommend it!

Service: Arrived at 12 AM Korea time, and the front desk gentleman spoke excellent Chinese, which made communication very easy. The hotel hallway was wide and smelled lovely. Even though it was fully booked, it was very quiet for sleeping, so the soundproofing seems good. Cleanliness: Housekeeping cleaned daily. There were no disposable toothbrushes, so you'll need to bring your own. The leather slippers weren't disposable either, so I'd recommend bringing your own slippers. Facilities: There's a kettle and a mini-fridge, with mineral water replenished daily. There are two Chinese-style power outlets, but the bedside outlets are Korean, so it's more convenient to bring your own adapter if you need one. Surroundings: The CU downstairs is open from 6:30 AM to 11 PM, but there's a 24-hour CU just 150 meters away. There are also 24-hour pollock soup and pork bone soup restaurants nearby. Compose Coffee is across the street. Overall, it's great, the streets are quiet, and it's easy to catch a taxi.

First off, a lot of the hotel's descriptions on the booking page are inaccurate. I'm not sure how it got the 'Chinese Preferred' label, because the two front desk staff members working when I checked in didn't speak any Chinese and said there was no Chinese service. When I tried to communicate with them using a translation app, they seemed a bit impatient. Later, customer service told me they do have Chinese-speaking staff, but they weren't on duty. At the very least, the original staff should have explained that there are Chinese speakers, but they weren't available, and apologized. Also, regarding the deposit: the page clearly stated no deposit was required, and it never mentioned needing to put down a credit card number. They just said it was either a credit card or 100,000 Korean Won. The hotel facilities are standard chain fare, nothing special. I hope Trip.com can be more accurate in its hotel descriptions in the future, otherwise it's misleading for customers!

We stayed in a traditional room, the kind where you sleep on floor mats. However, it wasn't a Japanese tatami style; the mats were very thin. The room had three mats and three blankets, but since there were only two of us, we stacked two mats together. They were still quite thin, but I imagine it would be very comfortable in winter with the heated floors. In summer, with the air conditioning on, it might be difficult for people used to softer beds to sleep on such a hard surface. While it's a unique experience, it might not be for everyone, so choose carefully. Plus, you can't add extra padding, so after five nights, my back really couldn't take it anymore. The hotel isn't brand new, but it's very clean, and they do a thorough job cleaning every day, including vacuuming everything. The breakfast was truly excellent; both the Korean and Western options were surprisingly delicious. The front desk service was also great; they were very helpful with calling taxis and giving directions. And the location is truly fantastic – very close to the airport, with excellent transportation nearby. The restaurants in the surrounding streets and alleys are very affordable and delicious, including BBQ, Western food, and beef intestine hotpot. I would likely choose to stay here again next time.

We stayed at Jeju Central City Hotel for 4 nights, including breakfast, and overall, we had a pleasant and convenient stay. The hotel room is a little old and dated, However, the room was clean, comfortable, and functional, and everything we needed for a short stay was available. Despite the age of the room, it was well-maintained enough for us to feel comfortable staying there. One thing I appreciated was that the hotel provided bottled water and fresh towels every day. Room cleaning is done every 3 days, so if you prefer daily housekeeping, this is something to keep in mind. The bathroom amenities included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. However, they did not provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, so remember to bring your own or purchase them nearby. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, which was great for browsing, checking travel information, and staying connected during our trip. Another convenient service was their luggage storage. If you arrive early before check-in, you can leave your luggage at the hotel and go out to explore Jeju. The same goes for after check-out if you have a late-night flight. We found this especially useful because it meant we didn’t have to carry our luggage around while waiting for our flight. The location is one of the biggest advantages of this hotel. Shilla Duty Free Jeju is just across the road, which is very convenient if you’re planning to do some shopping. There is also a 7-Eleven on the 2nd floor of the hotel, so getting drinks, snacks, or other essentials is very easy. There are also plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, making it easy to find food and other necessities without having to travel far. The hotel staff were also polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, and we had no issues communicating our requests.

We wanted a hotel for the National Day holiday that had super convenient transportation, was clean and well-maintained, and offered top-notch service. After checking out many options and reading countless reviews, we finally decided on this one. The location is extremely convenient—only a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. Right across the street is the Baojian Road Food Street, and there are great shopping spots nearby, with Olive Young just around the corner. The front desk staff were incredibly patient. We arrived a little past 1 PM, just before 2 PM, and they managed to arrange our room and let us check in early. After a long and tiring journey since early morning, being able to check in and rest right away was such a thoughtful touch. The room isn't huge, but it's plenty spacious for three people, and there's even a small sofa to lounge on or put your things. After resting for a bit, we took a taxi out. The location is truly a fantastic hub, making it easy to get anywhere. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again next time. It's in a prime location for dining, shopping, and getting around, and the overall cleanliness was also great.

The hotel itself has a shopping mall, a jjimjilbang (Korean sauna), an arcade, and more—having dining, shopping, and entertainment all under one roof made everything so effortless. The room was genuinely spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides offered sweeping panoramic views of Jeju City. Just a heads-up: toothbrushes come with an extra charge, though bottled water was generously provided. As for service, it really lived up to other reviews regarding the oddly aloof attitude. That said, all the concierges we met were warm, polite, and took the initiative to help with our luggage. Front desk check-in seems to be hit-or-miss, but we got lucky! The young lady who checked us in was sweet and lovely; she gave us a complimentary upgrade to a high-floor ocean view room, plus complimentary chocolates and madeleines from the hotel boutique, which was such a wonderful surprise! The gentleman who handled our check-out was also very warm—especially standing out as gentle and charming compared to the other staff around him who were just slacking off looking at their screens. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the hygiene is well-maintained, which is still good. It's close to the sea, and the restaurant is very comfortable and airy. The commercial street is just two roads behind the hotel, offering plenty of dining options. Overall, it offers good value for money. However, right next to the hotel there's a place that seems like an performance venue. Oh my goodness, during my stay, they were singing and performing from the afternoon until night. The loud speakers were so noisy! And even when there wasn't a performance, people would sing by the sea nearby, which really affected my rest. The hotel breakfast was ordinary, but it had everything necessary. What I was quite unhappy about was that I paid for two adult breakfasts, but only one adult and one child actually used them. Because my child developed a fever upon arrival and had no appetite, I asked if I could pack some food for her to eat back in the room. The restaurant refused. I don't know if it's a cultural difference or what, but in our country, such a request has never been refused. It felt very unaccommodating.

The hotel's soundproofing is extremely poor. On the first night, it felt very hot after 11 PM, and the air conditioning stayed at 24 degrees Celsius for over two hours (even though it was set to 18 degrees). There was also a constant thumping sound, similar to walking, from upstairs. After calling the front desk to report the issue, the noise did not stop. Later, after discussing with Trip.com customer service, we decided to change rooms. A front desk staff member came to help move our luggage to the new room. When we first arrived at the new room, the noise indeed disappeared, but it wasn't long before the thumping sound returned and continued non-stop until around 2:30 AM, severely affecting our rest. For light sleepers, it would be absolutely maddening. On the second day, we realized the noise was coming from all directions. Both the ceiling and wall soundproofing were quite poor, with frequent strange noises. Overall, our stay significantly impacted our rest. I called hotel room service to request two buckwheat pillows or firmer pillows, but the ones brought were the same as the original pillows in the room. English communication was not very smooth. The room facilities are a bit old. The only advantage is the hotel's good location, which is very convenient for guests traveling by car as there is free parking. You just need to provide your license plate information to the front desk during check-in.

Greeted by friendly hotel staffs upon arriving. It’s a decent hotel for the price paid. However it’s a little old and the carpet flooring seems to be quite dirty. The rest of the room is clean. Definitely worth mentioning is the shower water pressure and the automatic toilet bowl. They also changed towels daily and I think the sheets too. Sometimes they give me water sometimes they don’t. During winter, there will only be heater working - both room heater and floor heater. Would recommend staying for non-choosy travelers. Oh yes, carpark is a little small for the hotel, if return a little late, then probably have to park on non-designated slots.

I was very satisfied with this hotel. The price went up during the Mid-Autumn Festival, which is understandable, but the stay was very comfortable! The bed and pillows were incredibly relaxing, and it was quite quiet too. The front desk staff spoke Chinese, which was a nice bonus! The biggest surprise though was the gym – it's quite large! As someone who loves to work out, I was extremely happy about that! The family room compared to the standard twin room is only slightly bigger, with a slightly larger bed and a bathtub, but otherwise, there isn't much difference.

I brought my parents to Jeju Island, and this guesthouse was absolutely perfect. The room itself had a fantastic view, with floor-to-ceiling windows looking directly out at the ocean. Sitting on the sofa by the window and watching the white waves crash against the rocks was truly relaxing. There's a boardwalk downstairs, and my parents went for a morning run there every day. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, all in good working order. Compared to staying downtown, there are many local restaurants nearby, so you don't need to go to tourist-oriented places, and there are breakfast spots too. Ordering food can be a bit challenging, but once we figured out how to search for pictures on Naver Maps beforehand and just point to order, everything went smoothly. Getting around was also very convenient. If you want to make sure you have a seat, you can take a taxi to the airport and then go to various famous attractions from there. Regarding the check-in time issue mentioned in some reviews, as long as you confirm the time, and if you're running a little late and communicate with the owner, they will wait for you. The check-in time and cancellation policy are clearly stated when you make a reservation, so I don't think there are any unfair terms. Overall, I feel that staying here gives you more of a relaxed vacation and a taste of local life, rather than just a typical tourist experience.

Hotel is in theme with the themepark, and very big. Saw many other guests going to the outdoor swimming pool thought it was very cold. Convenient only if you are driving! Cons: location was very far off. Dinner options (only buffet $90/pax) in hotel was very expensive. We drove out to have dinner. Not much amenities surrounding the hotel. Drive out 10-15 mins to nearby food town, which has ilpum sundubu, and one 7-11 convenience store.

I had a mixed experience with this booking. Unfortunately, my reservation was double-booked. What made it worse was the lack of proper communication — I did not receive any email or phone call about the issue. In fact, I even received a confirmation email the day before my stay. The only notification was sent through the Trip.com app, which I did not have installed, so I was completely unaware of the situation. When I arrived for self check-in, I was surprised to find that there was no key available. I immediately contacted the host, who arrived quickly and explained that the room had been double-booked and was no longer available. This was quite stressful, especially since it was cherry blossom season and I was worried about not having a place to stay. That said, the host handled the situation very well. She was kind, responsive, and took full responsibility. She quickly contacted another hotel, arranged a room for me, covered the taxi fare, and paid the price difference for the new accommodation. The replacement hotel was comfortable, and I also received compensation from Trip.com the following day. Aside from the initial inconvenience, the rest of my stay went smoothly. Overall, while the booking issue was frustrating, I appreciate the host’s professionalism and effort to resolve the problem promptly.

”Who said that Jeju Island has a romantic sea breeze? The EEDO villa I lived in this time directly refreshed my understanding of 'home away from home'! The constant temperature pool control must be rushed: soak in the warm pool in the afternoon, the blue sky of Jeju is looking up, and the water waves are swaying the sun like a broken drill. Every shot is an ins wind blockbuster ～ room details are full: the bedding is soft to like trapped in the clouds, and every day I wake up outside the window is a clean healing scenery, and even the bathroom exudes a faint fragrance. When I checked in, there were Jeju specialty oranges on the table, which were sweet to bursting juice! In the evening, I personally helped us barbecue, the sound of black pork and his special sauce, and I went down and went directly to the soul to wear ”The Canteen” 😂 Before leaving, I even sent a small souvenir. The location of the villa is super convenient, it takes 15 minutes to go to Yayuexuan to see the seagulls. Remember to bring more swimsuits, poolside and lounge chairs are too filmed. If Jeju Island is gentle and shaped, it must be the water ripples in the EEDO villa pool + the fireworks of the landlord's grandfather's barbecue. Sisters close their eyes and rush, this is definitely worth N brushing!

Starting with the cons: 1. Poor housekeeping. For a hotel at this price point, this was the first time I've experienced such half-hearted cleaning during a two-night stay. They didn't even throw away the used disposable bathtub liner, nor did they restock the bottled water and toiletries. Moving here from an established hotel in Seogwipo was a noticeable downgrade in experience. 2. Early in the morning, housekeeping buzzed our doorbell by mistake and started rustling plastic bags at the door, trying to enter to clean. Then the front desk called asking if we were checking out, claiming someone had returned a keycard for our room—even though both our keycards were right there with us. It made me suspect that keycards from previous guests hadn't been deactivated properly, which gave an impression of disorganized management. 3. We checked out at 11:00 AM, and since our flight wasn't until 10:00 PM, we spent the day shopping around the hotel. They found a pair of glasses we had left behind, yet never bothered to call and let us know. We only realized we were missing them when we arrived at the airport, and had to pay extra to have someone retrieve them and bring them back to our home country. 4. As it's newly renovated, there was still a slight renovation smell. Noise from ground-floor shops being fitted out could be heard from the lobby, though it wasn't a major issue. The lobby offers great views, but the decor and soft furnishings feel incomplete, leaving a lot of empty spaces. Now for the pros: 1. The hotel is located on the Tapdong seaside in Jeju City, right on the waterfront. It's very convenient, just a 10-minute taxi ride from Jeju International Airport. Situated in Jeju's old town, it’s about a 10-minute walk to Dongmun Traditional Market. There's also a well-stocked CU convenience store on the ground floor, which is handy for picking up daily essentials. 2. Being recently renovated, the room outlets and amenities are very well thought out. They offer outlets compatible with Chinese plugs as well as Type-C ports, so you don't really have to worry if you forgot to bring a travel adapter. 3. The front desk is on the 2nd floor, which also features meeting rooms and private phone booths for business travelers to work comfortably. The work desks are even equipped with wireless chargers. 4. The highlight of the public areas is definitely the 100-meter infinity pool stretching along the coastline. Beyond the outdoor pool, there are also indoor and family pools. The gym is spacious and well-equipped; besides the usual water and towels, it was the first time I've seen workout clothes provided in a hotel gym. 5. The hotel currently offers a limited airport shuttle service, with schedules posted for September and October. The frequency is low, but it's better than nothing.

I booked two standard queen rooms, but for some reason, one was upgraded to a quad room. Four beds were unnecessary, and while it came with four complimentary bottles of water, the two bottles in a queen room would have been sufficient. The room had a musty smell upon entry, and for the price, the cleanliness was really not worth it. The other room was also upgraded, this time to a triple room with one double bed and one single bed, which was more satisfactory. However, the hairdryer was not very good; it only had one weak setting and looked quite old. Also, the hotel bathrooms were too small and didn't have separate wet and dry areas, unlike what you'd find in a Hanting Hotel in China. 😂 The location was good, about a ten-minute taxi ride from the airport, and the surrounding area was lively. Since the Hallasan trekking activity was unavailable, they compensated us with breakfast vouchers. However, our flight was at 7 AM, and the hotel breakfast only opened at 6:30 AM, making it completely impractical. I initially booked this hotel for their complimentary airport shuttle service, but then I was told the service only starts at 7 AM, which was too late for our flight. So, for over 600, we didn't get any of the services we had hoped for. 😂😂😂

I stayed at the Hertz Hotel for four nights, and overall it was very good. They offer free bottled water, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, plus convenient bus access. Compared to staying in the Gangnam area, I actually feel this location is more suitable because you can find all sorts of food you'd want, and it's much less crowded. You basically don't have to queue; I never queued for a meal here. For example, even the popular BC Fried Chicken had no line, except maybe during peak hours, but even then, I didn't wait. However, there was one minor issue, and I'm not sure if it's a Korean custom: I had already informed the front desk, for instance, to clean the room at 11 AM or 1 PM. But around 10 AM, someone would always knock on the door, and if you didn't respond, they'd just use their master key and enter. I found this very strange because I had already specified a time. For example, if I said clean at 12 PM, why would you knock on my door before 12 PM to check if anyone is inside? It's very odd. Otherwise, everything else was excellent. Oh, and another issue: the bathroom was indeed a bit too small. The sink was particularly tiny – the hotel's kettle couldn't fit into it. I couldn't figure out how to place the kettle in the sink if I wanted to fill it with hot water. Since I couldn't fit it, that was a bit annoying. Other than that, everything else was quite good.

The hotel breakfast was ordinary, but it had everything necessary. What I was quite unhappy about was that I paid for two adult breakfasts, but only one adult and one child actually used them. Because my child developed a fever upon arrival and had no appetite, I asked if I could pack some food for her to eat back in the room. The restaurant refused. I don't know if it's a cultural difference or what, but in our country, such a request has never been refused. It felt very unaccommodating.

We booked two rooms for four nights/five days. Overall, the stay was okay, but definitely not the best experience. When we arrived, the taxi driver took us directly to the reception. The receptionist there did not seem very friendly and looked slightly annoyed with us. He checked our booking details and asked for our passports, but then told us to go to another reception located to the left of the main entrance. I found this quite confusing—if he was not responsible for check-in, I’m not sure why he needed to check our passports and booking reference in the first place. Housekeeping was another disappointment. My parents put the “Make Up My Room” sign out for two days in a row, but nobody came to clean their room, empty the bin, or change the towels. In my room, housekeeping did come, but they only emptied the bin and changed the towels; the bedding was not changed during our stay. Breakfast also became quite repetitive. The menu was almost exactly the same every morning, including the same scrambled eggs and most of the same dishes. This would be fine for a one- or two-night stay, but having practically the same breakfast for five mornings became quite boring. It would be nice to have a little more variety, even simple options such as boiled, poached, or fried eggs on different days. On the positive side, the hotel is very conveniently located close to the beach and local shops, which made getting around and finding things nearby very easy. Overall, the location is good and the stay was acceptable, but the friendliness of the reception staff, housekeeping service, and breakfast variety could definitely be improved.

I'm not sure how it got the 'Chinese Preferred' label, because the two front desk staff members working when I checked in didn't speak any Chinese and said there was no Chinese service. When I tried to communicate with them using a translation app, they seemed a bit impatient. Later, customer service told me they do have Chinese-speaking staff, but they weren't on duty. At the very least, the original staff should have explained that there are Chinese speakers, but they weren't available, and apologized. Also, regarding the deposit: the page clearly stated no deposit was required, and it never mentioned needing to put down a credit card number. They just said it was either a credit card or 100,000 Korean Won. The hotel facilities are standard chain fare, nothing special. There is a difference from the guides listed in Trip.com. The price is very high compared to the accommodation. There is no Elbe, so you have to carry your suitcase up. There is no front desk. From the entrance and exit, press the off-time and enter by yourself, but the phone is not available right away.
