The hotel lobby offered welcome drinks in the afternoon. The room was clean. This time, our deluxe sea-view family room (636) had a balcony with an unbeatable view, and we had a very comfortable stay. The swimming pool is small and shallow, really just for soaking, not actual swimming. The operating hours (13:00-21:00) are a bit awkward, making it impossible to use for those arriving late in the afternoon for a one-night stay. However, the sea view is a big plus, so I would choose this hotel again in the future.

Switched from Lotte Hotel Seogwipo to Regent Marine. It was super convenient, only about a ten-minute taxi ride from the airport to the hotel. We were given a room on the top floor with a partial sea view, and it was fantastic watching planes take off and land every day with the ocean in front of us. I remember being really impressed by Ramada and Emart twelve years ago. Regent Marine is about a ten-minute walk to Emart, and across the street is Chilseong-ro Shopping Street. Downstairs, there's McDonald's, GS25, CU, and 7-Eleven, all very close by. The duty-free shop and Baojian Road are about a forty-minute bus ride away. The hotel's fried chicken delivery also came with two free drinks, and it tasted great. There were also vouchers for the coffee shop downstairs. A lot of Korean Air flight attendants stay at this hotel. I felt it was a great and convenient stay, plus there's a swimming pool, which made the kids very happy. Highly recommend!!!

The connecting rooms are perfect for three or four friends traveling together. It's essentially a double room and a twin room with an interconnecting door, both with their own bathrooms and bay windows. They provide plenty of drinking water daily. However, the water pressure on the top floor is incredibly low, making showers quite uncomfortable. Downstairs, there's a convenience store and a few restaurants. It's quite close to Lotte Duty Free, but Shilla Duty Free is about a ten-minute walk away. Public transport is very convenient though.

The hotel is conveniently located about 2.4km from the airport and offers breakfast. It's a typical budget business hotel often used by tour groups. The rooms are small, and it can get crowded, so the value for money isn't great. However, the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions and provide directions to tourist attractions after looking them up online. It's also about a 20-minute drive to the Olle Trail, accessible via subway line 16.

The hotel is located in a quiet part of town and is only 5 mins away by car from the airport. There are restaurants in the vicinity about 5-8 mins walk away ( black pork bbq and berrycoco cafe). We get a nice view of the sea from our rooms and one of the rooms comes with an arcade machine, which is fun to spend time with. The rooms have a small kitchenette and water dispenser which is very useful.

2 of the man in charge of the front desk were unfriendly and looking fierce when we checked in. Upon checking out on the4th morning, we tried to ask them to assist in getting a taxi as I we have an early flight which they were reluctant. However, they complied but shouted at us to sit tight while he called for a taxi. This was uncalled for. Will never stay again even if the offer is free.

Extremely close to the airport, with a direct bus connection. It's very convenient to go anywhere for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The front desk staff speak excellent Chinese, and the Korean ladies are also easy to communicate with. On the first day, we had to check out early so they provided a take-out breakfast. The second day, we woke up naturally, and the Korean 'ajumma' (auntie) was able to accommodate our dietary preferences. It was nice. The housekeeping was also very diligent; the room was impeccably clean when we returned from our activities on the first day. There's also a small fridge for drinks. There are many mirrors, and it would be even better if the lighting was brighter.

Every room offers a stunning sea view; waking up in the morning to see the blue ocean really brightens your mood. Right outside the hotel, there's a barbecue restaurant and a coffee shop. The BBQ was delicious, generous, and great value, and the staff even cooked and portioned everything for us. The coffee shop also sold pastries and bread, which were tasty and had cute designs.

I highly recommend this hotel! First off, the location is fantastic. It's about 2km from the airport, a quick 10-minute taxi ride. There's a bus stop right across the street (heading towards Seogwipo) and another one a short walk from the side entrance (going towards Hyeopjae), which is super convenient! Plus, there's a CU and a GS25 convenience store right nearby. Daiso, Shilla, and Lotte Duty-Free shops are just a 10-12 minute walk away too. Secondly, the service was excellent. The front desk staff spoke a little Chinese, enough for basic communication, and they were all very friendly. I had trouble with the shower settings in my room, and a staff member came up to help me adjust it. Before I left, they even gave me a small snack as a thank you and wished me well. Finally, the environment is great. The whole hotel smells lovely, and they have carpets throughout, even in the hallways, so my luggage trolley didn't make much noise. Although the bathroom has a bathtub, you can also switch it to a rainfall shower head. You'll need to bring your own toiletries, but other than that, everything's covered. As for the mirror facing the bed, it seems Koreans aren't too concerned about that, and since I booked a twin room, I just used the bed facing the mirror for my clothes and slept on the other one. All in all, I highly recommend it!

The hostess built a house that many people dream of in Jeju Island. It is even more beautiful in reality than in photos. It is the most suitable place for 4 to 6 friends and family to drive there by themselves. All the details of the hard and soft furnishings are great. You can see that they are carefully made. Although the host may be away, some service details may have some problems. But for those who pursue their dreams, full encouragement is necessary. I will recommend it to my friends next time they go to Jeju.

I was traveling with a few aunties, and we stayed at their hotel for the first two nights. Everything was great – the beds were comfortable, and the front desk staff could speak Chinese, which made communication very easy. However, on the third day, I accidentally left behind a box of medicine. It contained my auntie's blood pressure and heart medication, in one of those pretty, partitioned boxes for morning, noon, and night. We ended up spending 50 (presumably RMB) on round-trip taxis to go back to the hotel to look for it. The hotel staff said they hadn't found anything. I then asked if they had found a set of clothes, and they said no as well. That pretty much confirmed that the cleaning staff must have found it and not turned it in to the front desk, especially since the clothes were in a new bag, and I had specifically meant to leave them behind. How could they be so sure a guest didn't want them? So, everyone, please make sure you double-check and take all your belongings when you check out, because you definitely won't find them if you go back for them 😊. However, the front desk staff and management were all very nice. There was even a female manager who spoke Chinese and talked to us for a long time. My auntie said she still couldn't find her medicine, and you could tell the manager was quite helpless about it.

While there are many great hotels in Jeju, and a night at the JW Marriott can easily cost over 5,000 RMB, the Grand Hyatt offers the most reliable balance of price, location, and quality. Its location is truly its biggest advantage, situated in the iconic twin towers in the bustling heart of Jeju City, making the building instantly recognizable. Shilla Duty-Free Shop is just a ten-minute walk away, Lotte Duty-Free is also nearby, and a large E-Mart supermarket is right next door. There are countless cafes and small restaurants in the vicinity, so you can easily sort out all your dining, entertainment, and shopping needs within 500 meters of the hotel. Overall Experience: Staying at the Grand Hyatt Jeju is stress-free, even if you don't speak Korean. The hotel is filled with Chinese signage – in the elevators, by restaurant entrances, and next to the pool – often more Chinese signs than Korean ones. The 220V power outlets in the room don't require an adapter, making this hotel practically the safest choice if it's your first time in Jeju. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offer a good view, and while it's not a sea view, the scenery outside is still pleasant. The room's interior is identical to the sea view rooms. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. Address📍: 12 Noyeon-ro, Jeju Island, South Korea Price💰: 1533 RMB for a 65 sq m King Room per night

Overall, it's great! The beach is right downstairs, and there are lots of people walking and jogging in the evenings. It's only a 5-minute walk to Dongmen Market and the pedestrian street. The only downsides were that there was no bottled water in the room on check-in day, so we had to buy a large bottle ourselves after dinner. There was also no bath mat, and I almost slipped after showering. The room only had 4 small towels, no large ones (for two of us, it should have been 2 large and 2 small). The next day, we hung the 'do not disturb' sign, but when we returned, there was a large bag hanging on the door with two bottles of water and four towels of various sizes inside.

The room size was decent. We were assigned a room above the casino, and because parts of the casino were under renovation, it was quite noisy. The location is indeed excellent, directly opposite the Shilla Duty Free Shop, and it's a short walk to Baojian Road with many dining options nearby. However, the most perplexing thing was that while toothbrushes being charged for is somewhat understandable, the swimming pool also incurs a fee! Children are charged, and even adults who are just accompanying and not swimming are charged. You can't even sit on a lounge chair without paying, which is just bizarre. I've stayed in countless hotels both domestically and internationally, and this is the first time I've encountered a hotel that charges for the pool. On top of that, after swimming for just 20 minutes, they blow a whistle, forcing you to get out and rest. And there were even suspicious, unknown creatures, possibly large cockroaches, in the hot tub.

The room type was indeed spacious, but the large bed was right at the entrance. Even with all the lights on, the room felt a bit dim. Surprisingly, this room type didn't have a separate shower, so you had to shower in the bathtub. There are several convenience stores and restaurants near the hotel entrance, making it quite convenient for getting around. I recommend the 7-Eleven across the street to the left of the hotel; the staff there are very kind. However, avoid the CU across the barrier to the right; an elderly staff member kept pushing Chinese customers while stocking shelves, showing absolutely no manners. The cashier, a Korean man, deliberately didn't give chopsticks to a customer who bought instant noodles and also refused to help pack purchased items. This was the worst service I encountered in Korea, absolutely appalling.

If you’re a foreigner, do wait for the staff to finish checking your room before officially checking out. If you’re a local, I observed to be quite instant. Absolutely fantastic! The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It came fully equipped with pots, pans, and all the cooking utensils we needed, which was great – we even cooked ramen in the room, a really wonderful experience. There was a lovely painting in the hallway, I think it was introducing Jeju Island? And to my surprise, we could even watch Chinese historical dramas on TV, haha! The owner was incredibly friendly and explained all the room's features in Mandarin, which my mom could easily understand. We also got to try the owner's special banana milk, which instantly boosted our stay! Most importantly, there were huge floor-to-ceiling windows offering amazing ocean views. You truly get a superb experience even without leaving the room. Just outside the room, there's also an observation deck that's perfect for photos. Although it rained for the first two days of our trip to Jeju, we saw a beautiful sunset on the third evening, and the last day was completely clear and sunny, making for a rich experience overall. There's a McDonald's right next door (cash or card only) and a cafe with delicious coffee. Plenty of convenience stores and restaurants are within walking distance too. Getting to the city center is easy by taxi, or you can take a bus if you're not in a hurry – both are very convenient. Overall, it was absolutely wonderful! ”Who said that Jeju Island has a romantic sea breeze? The EEDO villa I lived in this time directly refreshed my understanding of 'home away from home'! The constant temperature pool control must be rushed: soak in the warm pool in the afternoon, the blue sky of Jeju is looking up, and the water waves are swaying the sun like a broken drill. Every shot is an ins wind blockbuster ~ room details are full: the bedding is soft to like trapped in the clouds, and every day I wake up outside the window is a clean healing scenery, and even the bathroom exudes a faint fragrance. When I checked in, there were Jeju specialty oranges on the table, which were sweet to bursting juice! In the evening, I personally helped us barbecue, the sound of black pork and his special sauce, and I went down and went directly to the soul to wear ”The Canteen” 😂 Before leaving, I even sent a small souvenir. The location of the villa is super convenient, it takes 15 minutes to go to Yayuexuan to see the seagulls. Remember to bring more swimsuits, poolside and lounge chairs are too filmed. If Jeju Island is gentle and shaped, it must be the water ripples in the EEDO villa pool + the fireworks of the landlord's grandfather's barbecue. Sisters close their eyes and rush, this is definitely worth N brushing!

1. **Location is divine, a shopper's paradise!** The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Yeon-dong. Step out and cross the street, and you're right on Baojian Road Pedestrian Street, bustling with coffee shops, black pork BBQ restaurants, and Olive Young stores. Shilla Duty Free Shop is a mere 3-minute walk away, and Lotte Duty Free is a 10-minute stroll. This means you can easily drop off your purchases at the hotel instead of lugging them around. Getting to the airport by taxi takes only 10 minutes, and there's a bus stop right outside for super convenient access to Aewol and Seongsan. Plus, there's a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, so you can grab water, snacks, or a universal adapter anytime you need. 2. **Clean and well-equipped** The overall decor is a minimalist Korean light luxury style. The entire room is meticulously cleaned daily, and bedding and towels are changed promptly. 3. **Travel amenities make life easy** The top floor boasts a buffet breakfast restaurant offering a wide array of Western, Chinese, and Korean dishes. Seafood porridge, gimbap, toast, and various fruits are plentiful – perfect for a filling meal before heading out to the duty-free shops. The hotel also offers airport pick-up reservations and large luggage storage, making it ideal for short trips for couples or friends traveling together. **However!** The overall room space is quite small. The basic room type isn't very spacious, and if you have two large 28-inch suitcases, the aisle becomes very cramped once they're open, leaving no extra moving space. It can feel a bit tight for multiple people with a lot of luggage. It's fine for solo travelers or couples traveling light, but I wouldn't recommend the basic room for families. The shower only allows you to stand in the bathtub; there's no separate shower area. **Bathroom lacks a separate shower area:** You have to step into the bathtub to shower. With only a half-height glass panel to block water, powerful water pressure can easily splash water onto the floor, leading to puddles after showering. The anti-slip properties aren't great, and long-haired women might find it difficult to move around comfortably while washing their hair. For those who prioritize dry-wet separation, proceed with caution.

Definitely worth mentioning is the shower water pressure and the automatic toilet bowl. They also changed towels daily and I think the sheets too. Sometimes they give me water sometimes they don’t. You can find their 2 wasing machines and 2 dryers at B2. 5000won for washing and 5000won for drying. 500won for a small pack of powder detergent. Thank you to the ajummas that did room cleaning, they were friendly and well mannered. Pretty disappointed with the front desk staff instead, they weren't as friendly as I would hope them to be. The front staff just asked us for our name and the number of luggage and gave as a tag which we need to tag it on our luggage ourselves. and also, the luggage we would have to leave them at the ba Luggage area and collect ourselves once we were done. This can be better managed by the hotel front desk staff than the hotel guests instead. Just a suggestion. Thank you.

This hotel is located right above Lotte Duty Free, making the transportation incredibly convenient. Even when we booked day tours, we were always the first stop. Plus, the hotel offers a free airport shuttle – it's a 15-seater on a first-come, first-served basis. And a huge bonus: you don't need a converter for charging, which is really helpful! Just a small suggestion: it would be great to have a chain on the bathtub stopper to prevent splashes. As for the pool, it costs around 60 for a swim, but if a child goes, the adult accompanying them also has to pay, essentially making it a two-person charge.

It's right behind the airport, so it only takes 10 minutes to get to the car rental return. You can hear planes taking off, but it doesn't disturb your sleep. There's also a park right in front, which was great for walks along the coastal road. The hotel seems a bit old, but it was clean and decent. Everything was satisfactory, except for the weak water pressure. 😀

Absolutely no complaints! Right outside, there's a swimmable sea – no need to trek to the beach, just steps away is where everyone swims, and the water is incredibly beautiful. The room even has a bathtub where you can soak while looking at the sea, which was truly comfortable. The toilet is smart too. Honestly, for around 400-500 yuan, it's an incredible value. Don't hesitate, just book it before it's gone! I'm planning another trip during the off-season. There are tons of food and drink options nearby. Next to the Hanok village, there's a small clothing shop where I bought a few favorite items, each for just over 100 yuan. A short walk past the beach, there's a small hill with a beautiful walking trail that's just stunning, right by the sea. Out the door and around the corner is a bus stop for the 201, which takes you all along the east coast for just 5.5 RMB per person. Highly recommend! We stayed for four nights.

The room is quite spacious and clean. The hotel location is very close to Dongmun Market about 500m and the bus stop is also very close to the hotel only about 100m away. It is also quite close to the airport about 10 minutes away.

The hotel itself is located close to the airport, but keep in mind that the first shuttle bus to the airport departs from the hotel at 6:30 a.m. If you have a morning flight at 7 a.m., you won't make it and you'll still have to take a taxi. To my surprise, the reception staff speaks Russian.

The lady who assisted me during check-in was very helpful and kind. She helped me book a taxi to go to Hallasan the next day and did her best to communicate with me using Papago. I truly appreciated her effort and kindness. The location of the hotel is excellent, just right in front of a bus stop, which made it very convenient for getting around. There are many restaurants nearby, including Black Pork Street and Dongmun Market, all within easy reach.
