The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The front desk even offered free printing services, which was a nice touch. I stayed for two nights and the breakfast menu changed daily, and it was quite good. The room was spacious and very clean, with good hygiene standards. There's a shuttle bus service to MOA, and the hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around. The only downside is that you need to be okay with the slightly outdated bathroom facilities, as it's an older hotel. If that's not a deal-breaker for you, then I'd say this hotel is a solid choice and I'd consider booking it again.

Last june, I stayed at a hotel with my family. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff welcomed us warmly and answered all our questions with a smile. The hotel’s location was convenient because it was close to restaurants, shopping centers, and tourist attractions. The breakfast buffet offered many delicious choices, and the Wi-Fi connection was fast. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and the relaxing atmosphere. There were only a few minor issues. The air conditioner took some time to cool the room, and the elevator was busy during peak hours. However, these did not greatly affect our stay. Overall, I would rate the hotel 4.5 out of 5 stars. I would recommend it to my friends and family because of its excellent service, cleanliness, and convenient location.

A Wonderful Stay at Savoy Manila The location of Savoy Manila is definitely one of the hotel’s greatest strengths, and they truly nailed it! The food was superb, and the breakfast was top-notch. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and flexible with our food requests. The in-room dining (IRD) selection was extensive, and honestly, the food was some of the best I have ever had. Our only downside was that the table inside the suite was quite small, with limited space to comfortably enjoy our meals. Although the food came with a tray, having an IRD trolley would have made dining in the suite more convenient. Overall, Savoy Manila was one of the best choices we made, and we highly recommend everyone to visit and experience it for themselves! Thank you, Savoy Manila, for a wonderful stay!

The location is good, about 800 meters walk from SM. Other reviews mentioned a shuttle service to SM, but I didn't try it since it was quite close. It's 6 km to attractions like Plaza de España and 7 km to Airport T1. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful and even upgraded my room. The breakfast was quite mediocre, with limited options, and the quality of the disposable toiletries was very poor, which was a letdown. The hangers were fixed inside the closet, so I couldn't take them out to dry clothes. It's more of a hotel apartment type, and the price was a bit high. I'm not sure if it was 'big data price discrimination' because I saw the price for the next day was much cheaper later on.

Our stay at Conrad Hotel was a very pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, elegant, and perfect for a relaxing stay. The weekend breakfast buffet turned out to be a nice surprise. Since the hotel seemed fully booked, probably due to the expected opening of the Pyromusical event, breakfast was extended to the C Lounge instead of being limited to The Brasserie. The C Lounge actually made the experience better, as it was more spacious and even had live saxophone music, which added a nice touch to the morning. We also appreciated the Conrad stuffed toy and the birthday cake, which was a thoughtful and charming touch. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay with the quality service expected from Conrad.

Stayed at Microtel MOA for an event, and it was a very convenient choice. The best part is definitely the location—walking distance to MOA and SMX, making everything very accessible without having to deal with traffic or parking. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a short stay. While the interiors are a bit simple and slightly dated compared to newer hotels nearby, everything was functional and comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the stay pleasant. Overall, not a luxury hotel, but practical, comfortable, and worth it for the convenience and location. Would stay here again.

It's just a shame we didn't have time to enjoy the other amenities but our other friends said the pool was really nice. The room was clean and spacious for our needs. It has complete amenities. What I loved the most as we booked during summer is the ref and ice maker. So if you want to cook or want to do meal prep, this is a good choice for a hotel. We had an incredible stay at Hotel Okura. Chose to book this place to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. We were able to enjoy our overnight staycation to the fullest thanks to the relaxing and quiet atmosphere of the hotel and its attentive staff. Our room didn't have the best view, but we were still able to enjoy the room amenities like the Hinoki tub, the smart TV where we can log in to Netflix and the free Nespresso pods. Breakfast was decent with enough selection from Japanese to Western cuisine. Another thing we truly enjoyed was their appetizing and filling afternoon tea offerings. The room we booked was too tiny. Din expect the room can accommodate 2 person, as described. There is literally not enough space on the bed itself. What should be a queen size bed is only a super single plus bed size. We had to curls our legs while sleeping. We requested for drinking water but the receptionist said we only entitled to 2 drinking water once. We stayed for 2 nights there. That was quite a small favour to ask normally every other accommodation would provide that. Another significant downside is the noise! It’s really noisy even 3 in the morning because of the location and room that we were given is facing the main road and pedestrians bridge. Last but maybe the most regret we had to face is the room is blazing hot. At noon the room was directly facing the burning sun light not even the blinder could cover it. I have proof in the photos where our room was filled with sun during mid day. If I can find something good about our stay maybe the elevator and WiFi that actually works. Good job on that. Aside from that, Definitely won’t be coming back here again.

A bit disappointing. We arrived at Shell Residences around 2:40 PM and messaged the admin to ask whether we would be doing a self-check-in at the lobby since no instructions had been provided via WhatsApp. The admin replied that we should wait until 3:00 PM, which was our scheduled check-in time and what we were planning to do anyway. We waited until 3:00 PM and sent a follow-up message since there had been no update from the admin. Around 3:18 PM, we were advised that Ate Mila would assist us. We met her around 3:40 PM and were finally checked in at almost 4:00 PM. Ate Mila was very nice and accommodating—hats off to her! However, when we arrived in the room, we set the air conditioner to 16°C and waited for about 30 minutes, but it was still not cooling properly. The Wi-Fi was also not working. Ate Mila went back and forth trying to fix the issues. She was able to get the air conditioner working around 5:30 PM, but the Wi-Fi was still down. Another staff member arrived around 6:00 PM, and the Wi-Fi was finally fixed around 7:00 PM. This experience made me feel that the stay was not worth it. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, but instead of relaxing at 4:00 PM as planned, we spent several hours dealing with these issues. We had planned to watch movies and play games as soon as we arrived, but those plans were disrupted. On the positive side, we enjoyed the swimming pool, and our check-out went smoothly at around 12:30 PM. I hope the management thoroughly checks the unit before allowing future guests to check in.

This hotel has all the amenities you could need. The shower pressure and temperature are excellent, and there's a bathtub. The room has a window with a nice view. Even though it was a smoking room, it didn't smell. Breakfast is buffet style. The restaurant on the second floor offers Japanese food, and there's a singer in the evenings, so I recommend it for dinner. If you take a separate elevator to the sauna, you get a discount (usually 1500 pesos, but 1080 pesos for guests). Although it's an older hotel, it's well-maintained, including the interior, so despite its age, it feels clean, which I highly appreciate.

It's an airbnb, not a hotel New building. Location is close to the airport. There are some restaurants nearby. weakness is 1. Luggage cannot be stored after check-out 2. The check-in procedure takes a long time. When you arrive at the lobby, you need to call the owner first, and then the owner will ask someone to come over to assist you in checking in. It is a bit delayed and you cannot check in immediately. 3. There is no service staff to help carry the luggage. You have to carry it yourself. 4. Solid stay, especially if you're hitting up MOA or a concert Honestly, the location alone makes this place worth it. It’s super close to the Mall of Asia, MOA Arena, IKEA, and SMX—you can easily just walk over, which saves you the massive headache of dealing with grab traffic or parking after an event or concert. It’s also just a quick 15-20 minute ride to the airport. The rooms are surprisingly huge with tons of space to move around, and the beds are really comfy. Plus, having a 12:00 PM checkout is a major lifesaver if you want a relaxed morning and don't want to rush out early. The breakfast buffet has a pretty good spread of local and Western food to fuel up for the day, and the staff here are genuinely nice and helpful. The only downsides are that the property is starting to look a little dated in some areas (wallpapers, older TV setup, etc.), and the Wi-Fi can be a bit hit-or-miss depending on your room. The pool is also a bit on the small side with not much shade. But for the price, space, and convenience? It’s a great value. Definitely a solid, hassle-free choice if you need a spot to stay near the arena or airport. Would stay here again!

The room was nice and clean. The staff were very approachable, polite, and friendly, including the security guard. The toiletries were also complete. However, my biggest issue was the cigarette smell. As soon as we entered the room, we could already smell cigarette smoke. The front desk informed us that some rooms may have a cigarette odor because smoking appears to be allowed in certain rooms. The smell became less noticeable after a while, but whenever we turned off the air conditioner, it would come back. I also noticed that many Chinese guests were gathered in the waiting area in front of the front desk, where there are couches. They were quite loud while talking sometimes it sounded like they were arguing. 😅 What disappointed me the most was that even the buffet area smelled like cigarette smoke. The food was not particularly impressive, and the cigarette odor made the dining experience even less enjoyable. I would not recommend this hotel for families with young children or for guests who are sensitive to cigarette smoke. It may be difficult for the hotel to address this issue if a large portion of their clientele are smokers. It's a pity because the hotel itself is nice, the rooms are clean, and the staff provide excellent service.

A little oasis in Manila. The place is well-maintained despite its age. We were initially worried about the noise since we were beside the stairs, but once the bedroom door was closed, all noise was muted. One thing to note—the bathroom has an open-style layout. It might be even better with a wall or an accordion partition to provide a bit more separation for the toilet area. Breakfast provided by Apartment 1B was great! Overall service is impeccable. Really nice place and definitely a great stay! The moment we entered, it already smelled so good. The room was clean, cool, and comfortable, and everything was pretty much perfect. The check-in details and authorization were provided before our arrival, with clear instructions on how to enter the building, which made the check-in process easy and smooth. The balcony view was a little different from what I expected, but it was still nice. The location was also very convenient, with an Alfamart nearby where we bought groceries and food. The elevator was a bit challenging since the area was under construction, but it wasn’t a big issue. The only problem was the electricity going out around 9 AM until our 11 AM checkout. Thankfully, the room stayed cool, so we just slept through it. 😅 Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back! ❤️

Overall, Savoy Manila was one of the best choices we made, and we highly recommend everyone to visit and experience it for themselves! Thank you, Savoy Manila, for a wonderful stay!

PHPaul Arwean ReyesA Wonderful Stay at Savoy Manila The location of Savoy Manila is definitely one of the hotel’s greatest strengths, and they truly nailed it! We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Holiday Express Inn. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were accommodating and the overall experience was smooth and convenient. The location was also a plus, making it easy to get around and access nearby establishments. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended!

Amazing place. It's a love hotel that could actually work as a stopover if you're ready to experience Manila as it truly is. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness: no insects in the room, no dirt, and a clean jacuzzi, which isn't always the case even in more expensive hotels in Moscow. One of the hotel staff, a gecko, clearly protected us from insects! However, the bathrooms definitely need fixing. The pipes on both floors are leaking, which has led to a persistent puddle of stagnant water that never dries up. The mattress was firm, perhaps too much so for our liking. And the stairs are quite steep, which might not be comfortable for everyone. The hotel staff were generally friendly; I'm sure they would have been willing to help if needed, but we didn't have any issues. However, no one took the initiative, so over our three-day stay, we weren't even offered fresh towels or trash removal, which was a bit disappointing. The location is convenient because it's close to the airport (this was a big draw for us, as we only had two days in Manila). But on the other hand, stepping outside the hotel plunges you into the surrounding poverty: markets, homeless people. In the evenings, it felt a bit uncomfortable getting around without a taxi. I'd recommend taking a taxi every time you return after sunset. And yes, being close to the airport means plane noise day and night, so be prepared for that. All in all, my wife and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and we might even consider returning next time.

This airport hotel is perfect for an overnight layover. It's very close to Ninoy Aquino Airport, and the free shuttle service is punctual and thoughtful, so you don't have to worry about commuting for an early morning flight. The rooms are clean and dry, with hot water and free WiFi – all the basic amenities are well-provided. The 24-hour front desk offers excellent service, including currency exchange and luggage storage. Plus, the complimentary breakfast is quite palatable. Overall, it offers great value for money, with convenient travel amenities. It's a comfortable experience for a short transit stay, and I'll definitely prioritize staying here again for future layovers.

As a solo traveler, I highly appreciate simplicity, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere. This property delivered exactly that. If you prefer a more traditional, intimate lodging experience over a massive, sterile high-rise, this place is an absolute gem.Flawless Ground Floor ConvenienceOne of the absolute highlights of my stay was my room assignment on the ground floor. It completely eliminated the need for elevators or hauling my heavy luggage up flights of stairs. I could simply walk right in from a day of exploring and be straight in my room within seconds. It made coming and going incredibly efficient and stress-free.Traditional Charm and High SecurityInstead of the standard electronic card readers that constantly malfunction, the property uses traditional, physical keys. It gave the stay a wonderful, classic bed-and-breakfast charm while making me feel incredibly secure. The locks were sturdy, the property felt tightly monitored, and the staff was always visible and keeping an eye on the premises, which gave me immense peace of mind as a solo guest. The Room: A Perfect Personal SanctuaryMy ground-floor room was a wonderfully designed oasis. It was immaculately clean, quiet, and perfectly sized for a solo traveler. Despite being on the lower level, it was exceptionally well-soundproofed against outside noise, allowing for a fantastic night's sleep. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the Wi-Fi was lightning-fast for planning my daily itineraries, and the bathroom was spotless with great water pressure.Warm Hospitality and Prime LocationThe staff here truly makes the experience. Without the barrier of a massive lobby, the service felt incredibly personal and warm. They greeted me by name, gave me fantastic local recommendations for solo dining, and always made sure I felt looked after. Plus, the hotel is situated in a wonderfully walkable neighborhood, putting local cafes, transit, and main attractions just a short walk away. The VerdictThis property proves that you do not need flashy high-tech gadgets or massive high-rises to provide a world-class stay. The effortless ground-floor access, secure key entry, and deeply personal hospitality made this the perfect base for my solo adventure. I will definitely be back!

Stayed for 10 days at this hotel. First room was on the 3rd floor, I couldn’t rest well because the sound of the traffic nearby was really noisy so I requested for another room then they gave me a room on the 12th floor. AC was not working well and needs to be replaced. However on my last night I requested to moved because of the noise beside the room doing renovations. I wish they would planned their renovations better. Overall I enjoyed my stay, I love the room and my view. Staff is very kind as well.
