I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at Orchard Passaros. Upon arrival at approximately 12:30, we were informed that our booking could not be located. After waiting around 20 minutes, the reservation was eventually found. Unfortunately, the gentleman at reception during this time was unfriendly and appeared quite miserable, which did not create a welcoming first impression. We were offered a complimentary drink while the issue was being resolved, which was appreciated. The gentleman who served us was polite, professional, and very pleasant. We were then shown to our room, which initially appeared to be very nice. However, later that evening we experienced significant issues. The room was unbearably hot, as the air conditioning did not seem to cool the space effectively. Additionally, there was a sensor system whereby any movement in the bed activated the bathroom light and extractor fan. This repeatedly disturbed our sleep. We reported these problems to reception. A maintenance staff member attended and resolved the sensor issue in the bathroom. He also stated that he had lowered the room temperature; however, the room remained extremely hot and uncomfortable. Despite further attempts to fix the issue, there was no improvement. After approximately an hour of ongoing disruption, at 2:00am we felt we had no option but to leave the hotel. The manager’s response at this time was extremely disappointing. He was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly laughed during the conversation, which we found highly unprofessional. Furthermore, the pool area was not as advertised. There were only two sunbeds available, and on one occasion a guest reserved one all day by leaving belongings on it, even when not present. Overall, the facilities and restaurant did not meet the standards described on your website. We are extremely disappointed that our experience did not reflect the expectations set by your online description. I would appreciate your response to these concerns. Yours faithfully,

I recently stayed at Fairfield by Marriott Benaulim, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations typically associated with the Marriott brand. Upon arrival, I had to wait over 30 minutes for my room, which was frustrating after a long journey. When I was finally checked in, I was disappointed to find that the room was not properly cleaned — there were visible stains on the lamp, the bedside lamp wasn't functioning, and the room had an unpleasant odor. Throughout the stay, multiple electricity cut-offs during the day added to the overall inconvenience and discomfort. While I understand that occasional technical issues can arise, I felt the lack of attention to basic cleanliness and maintenance significantly impacted the quality of my stay. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving the overall guest experience, as the location and property have potential.

Benaulim Fortune resort is a beautiful property situated very near to Benaulim beach. Room size is good. Few shortfalls I observed: 1. Room fan regulator was not working. 2. Split ACs were not cooling (no centerlise ACs in resort). 3. F&B ground level team waiters consider guest as fool.. they suggested to try rice kheer in desert and you will not believe that they poured rice in to milk and served when I complained about that then he said he will not charge for this. Such unprofessional attitude are not expected in a brand like #ITC Fortune

I recently stayed at the resort hotel and had an amazing experience. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The serene surroundings and beautiful views made it a truly relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious stay!

It is a well managed property. Look wise ambience is great . Swimming pool is the highlight for us as we can comfortably enjoy with kids. Breakfast served complimentary is good and has variety of options daily . Play area for kids needs to be monitored as sometimes it becomes messy due to crowd. Staff is polite never demands attention tips . Plenty of cats in the property to pet. Our lift had issues but they solved it immediately. Parking space is safe . Food can be ordered and is tasty . It competes with Karma resorts . They could just upholster the flats and some furniture and it will be more classy and upmarket . Prices if remain reasonable , it will continue to remain a favourite amongst families . Rooms are clean and daily maintained upon request . They even give suggestions about sightseeing upon asking

Сам отель хороший, европейский, есть, конечно некоторые нюансы, но в целом не критичные. Да, работает ночью где-то насос, слышимость ну очень сильная. Немного не понравилось расположение. До пляжа далековато и часть по проезжей трассе. Но тише, чем на основных улицах.

This hotel was adequate for our needs, but nothing exceptional. It served its purpose as a place to sleep, but didn't offer any memorable experiences. The hotel was fine, just very average. Everything was functional, but there wasn't anything that stood out, either positively or negatively. A very middle-of-the-road hotel. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. Very nice old rustic charm , front desk staff was very friendly and helpful . Nice quiet atmosphere and clean beach, good buffet breakfast with nice selection and service. Highly recommend! Raj
