This hotel was not in the travel plan. It was really because the domestic epidemic was too serious at that time. We took a boat from Sumilon Island to the dock hotel in Dumaguete and sent two business vehicles to pick us up. They also sent us to the Urban Immigration Bureau for visa extension. I heard that the hotel is the best resort in Dumaguete City, and so it is. The hotel environment is very good, and the room decoration style is also my favorite. However, the best thing is that the garden apartment has a kitchen where you can cook your own meals. You have to know that the whole family stayed in Sumilon Island for a week before coming here. What a painful thing it is to eat in the hotel restaurant all week What is famous is the food depression, there is really no delicious restaurant. So what does a hotel with kitchen facilities mean to us? Every time the hotel car sent us to the urban supermarket to purchase, it was a full car back to the hotel. Of course, the most important thing is that the children of the whole family took the OW certification in these 8 days. My little nephew and I also took the A test. The teaching of diving instructors here is very strict. The domestic diving certification is that you only need to pay for the course of two or three days after paying the money, but the instructor here is that you do not fully master the swimming pool skills, even the teaching in the sea My brother was 11 years old and the coach just gave him five days of class because of the lack of movements. It was really too responsible. The Chinese coach Layla is particularly nice and patient. The children like her very much. The hotel's consumption is not high. After the dive certificate, our family rented a dive boat to Apo Island. It includes all equipment and dive guide fees and underwater photographer fees. Compared with other places, the price is really very cheap, and the diving boat is also very professional, and the facilities are very good. In short, for me who loves diving, this hotel should probably go again at the Games.

It's a bit difficult to review this hotel. What made us most angry was that they charged us a child fee when we arrived at the hotel, so friends with children should pay attention, which is about 180 per night. Secondly, we found that they were renovating the new building, so it was relatively dirty and there was a bit of paint smell. The renovation was still going on at 8 pm on the first night. We spent 3 days at this resort. We have mixed feelings. I'll start with the good. The staff was excellent and provided great service. Offering to bring our meals to our room, the pool deck or dining area. Always polite and cheerful. Our room was clean, comfortable and properly supplied. There is a spring fed small hot pool area and a large salt water pool. The questionable: This is an older resort and is showing its age. Exterior exposed, electrical wiring was obviuos and questionable (by USA standards) concrete and tiles were cracked. The bad: the grassy areas had litter, bottle caps and cigarette butts. Small rock made walking a cautious experience. The beach area had debris. The drive from the main highway to the resort was concrete, Except, the last 200 meters. That stretch was dirt with large rocks and muddy areas that made transiting on tricycle almost prohibitive. It should be paved. Again, more trash which diminished the quality of the resort. Having said all that, we would consider staying there in the future, primarily because of the staff.

This was my first stay here, and the hospitality was exceptional. The staff was incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home. The location is perfect right by the beach, quiet, and very relaxing. Plus, meeting 'Sausage' the dog was a highlight! However, I am very disappointed with the booking management. My first booking was canceled even though rooms showed as available, forcing me to rebook a different category and wait for a refund. Later, I tried to extend my stay for another 3 nights, but that was canceled as well. It’s a shame because I love the place, but the unreliable system makes me hesitant to book again. I highly suggest the hotel syncs their real-time availability to prevent these frustrating cancellations.

I really liked the location. Family hotel right on the beach. Cozy courtyard. Black sand. Tides do not interfere with swimming, which is important in the Philippines. The food is good in the hotel cafe. All guests were invited to Christmas dinner! For free! We had fun and played games. This is considered the best place for swimming in Dugamete (Dauin)

I had a good stay here. I got the standard room. The building was like a big mediterranean greek inspired villa. There is pool and a paddio with a lovely beach view. The breakfast was included and you ordered it from a menu and it was really good. You can also take a swim on the beach outside if you want I can recommend you to stay at this place.

This hotel was not in the travel plan. It was really because the domestic epidemic was too serious at that time. More than a dozen people in the family thought that they could only stay at home for isolation at home. We took a boat from Sumilon Island to the dock hotel in Dumaguete and sent two business vehicles to pick us up. They also sent us to the Urban Immigration Bureau for visa extension. I heard that the hotel is the best resort in Dumaguete City, and so it is. The hotel environment is very good, and the room decoration style is also my favorite. However, the best thing is that the garden apartment has a kitchen where you can cook your own meals. You have to know that the whole family stayed in Sumilon Island for a week before coming here. What a painful thing it is to eat in the hotel restaurant all week What is famous is the food depression, there is really no delicious restaurant. So what does a hotel with kitchen facilities mean to us? Every time the hotel car sent us to the urban supermarket to purchase, it was a full car back to the hotel. Of course, the most important thing is that the children of the whole family took the OW certification in these 8 days. My little nephew and I also took the A test. The teaching of diving instructors here is very strict. The domestic diving certification is that you only need to pay for the course of two or three days after paying the money, but the instructor here is that you do not fully master the swimming pool skills, even the teaching in the sea My brother was 11 years old and the coach just gave him five days of class because of the lack of movements. It was really too responsible. The Chinese coach Layla is particularly nice and patient. The children like her very much. The hotel's consumption is not high. After the dive certificate, our family rented a dive boat to Apo Island. It includes all equipment and dive guide fees and underwater photographer fees. Compared with other places, the price is really very cheap, and the diving boat is also very professional, and the facilities are very good. I read the comments before saying that there are a lot of fish, but I didn't see it. I was very disappointed; the waiters are all kind to you on the surface, we Enjoyed the service of delivering food to the house, and tipped almost every time, but no one told us that the delivery fee was charged separately. When I finally checked out, I saw the delivery bill and it was not very comfortable to be honest. The fee is based on a percentage; again, I broke a tray of soap in the house, and asked me how much it was when I checked out. I asked me more than 2,000 pesos! What made us most angry was that they charged us a child fee when we arrived at the hotel, so friends with children should pay attention, which is about 180 per night. Secondly, we found that they were renovating the new building, so it was relatively dirty and there was a bit of paint smell. The renovation was still going on at 8 pm on the first night. We spent 3 days at this resort. We have mixed feelings. I'll start with the good. The staff was excellent and provided great service. Offering to bring our meals to our room, the pool deck or dining area. Always polite and cheerful. Our room was clean, comfortable and properly supplied. There is a spring fed small hot pool area and a large salt water pool. The questionable: This is an older resort and is showing its age. Exterior exposed, electrical wiring was obviuos and questionable (by USA standards) concrete and tiles were cracked. The bad: the grassy areas had litter, bottle caps and cigarette butts. Small rock made walking a cautious experience. The beach area had debris. The drive from the main highway to the resort was concrete, Except, the last 200 meters. That stretch was dirt with large rocks and muddy areas that made transiting on tricycle almost prohibitive. It should be paved. Again, more trash which diminished the quality of the resort. Having said all that, we would consider staying there in the future, primarily because of the staff.

This was my first stay here, and the hospitality was exceptional. The staff was incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home. The location is perfect right by the beach, quiet, and very relaxing. Plus, meeting 'Sausage' the dog was a highlight! However, I am very disappointed with the booking management. My first booking was canceled even though rooms showed as available, forcing me to rebook a different category and wait for a refund. Later, I tried to extend my stay for another 3 nights, but that was canceled as well. It’s a shame because I love the place, but the unreliable system makes me hesitant to book again. I highly suggest the hotel syncs their real-time availability to prevent these frustrating cancellations.

The room is large and the facilities are relatively complete, but the quilt is a bit thick. Although there is air conditioning at night, it is still hot. You can dive in the sea near the hotel swimming pool and see turtles. The female owner of the hotel's diving shop is very enthusiastic and lent us life jackets for snorkeling. The hotel service staff are very hospitable and the experience is excellent.

The hotel is located about 400 meters down a small road off the main Daoin road, which can be quite inconvenient if you don't have a scooter. You'll need to ask the front desk to rent one, as there are no scooter rentals available on the main road either. The service was good, and the scenery inside the hotel is also lovely. The room was spacious and had a balcony. It's especially beautiful when the sun is out.
