The hotel is very comfortable, a bit dated but has everything you need. The location is unique, just 3 minutes from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Breakfast is simple but does the job. The staff speak French and were very helpful with parking the car. However, the parking spot recommended by the hotel isn't safe; we met a family who had just found their car with a broken window and their belongings stolen. I recommend parking on the parallel street to the hotel and paying for it through the hotel. Overall, it was decent, I recommend it.

it was a nice hotel, and spacious. we love it so much. it also has bathtub which we really loved. however, the location is not really close to pisa airport. we had to take a taxi which cost us €20 when going there and €25 when returning to airport. also, the bus station near the hotel does not have any bus, we waited for an hour. so, we had to book a taxi going to the city as well.

This is a hotel in the Italian suburbs. Besides the inconvenient location, everything else was okay. The hotel breakfast was chaotic and overcrowded, making it impossible to find a seat. Dinner was decent, and the price was genuinely cheap – it was probably the most affordable Italian full meal I had during my trip to Italy.

Having read mixed reviews on this hotel, i decided to give it a go as the price was reasonable for a large hotel with nice pool. Upon arrival, the front staff was fantastic, polite and helpful. We got upgraded to a larger room with balcony. The room was quite simple but clean. We had to request for slippers and toothbrushes as it is not provided unless you ask. We were extremely disappointed that the pool was closed even though it was 21°C and the sun was blazing hot. I chose this hotel so we could chill by the pool on the first day but obviously that didn't happen. The pool area was not maintained well maybe because of winter just before. It states in the website, there are two restaurants and bar but there was only one restaurant called Lumen. We went there the first night, the starters were excellent but the mains were very mediocre. The spaghetti was horrible, very soggy. Paying €150 for a meal for 3 if us was not really worth it as the mains were not good at all, and we had one dessert to share. Breakfast was not great, hot food option was not that nice. The bakery items were good though. Overall, it was okay... esp for that price. Location is close to Pisa Tower (15mins walk) and 7 mins ride to Pisa Centrale Stazione. Taximove app is very reliable and we used it to get to station and airport at reasonable prices.

A lovely hotel in a perfect location. It's right in the middle, between the old and new parts of the city, with everything within walking distance. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. The only downsides were that the air conditioning was very noisy and the hotel itself was quite thin-walled. But apart from that, we had a great stay.

This was the cheapest yet best hotel during my trip to Italy! I have no idea why it was so affordable! Modern, clean, spacious, and bright!!! The best part is it's incredibly cheap for what you get, right across from the train station. The soundproofing is excellent thanks to the double-glazed windows. The bathroom is super clean with great water pressure, perfect for long-haired women to wash their hair!!! I didn't get breakfast here as I didn't purchase it; instead, I went to a dumpling place in Pisa.

The hotel is quite large, which allowed me to have a very quiet night. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. Although the decor isn't brand new, all the necessary comforts are there. The only downside is the location: the hotel is only a few minutes from the airport by car, which is convenient, but there's no safe pedestrian path to get there. So, I had to take a taxi (€25) for the ride (a 5-minute drive). A little tip: if you don't have luggage, a scooter could be a good option to easily reach the airport.

The room allocated was not the room booked. I had booked a double with a couple (and there was) + 2 separate beds: instead of the 2 separate beds there was a double bed sofa. I was answered that it was the site Trip.com that I gave the wrong information and that the room could not be There was no discount on the fact that one of us was sick just before we left could not be there. However, it is a matter of discretion and humanity in the hotel. The room was in a very nice location with a horrible view of the park in the rear of the hotel, but we didn't take care of it for a night. The room was cleaned in general, but the tents, applied above other tents in a stock of materials, were ingerted, consumed, sprinkled and dirty, that is, to be in a 4-star hotel were of poor cleaning and quality, I believe.

A 5 minute walk from Pisa, very helpful and friendly staff 24 hours. There isnt a lift, however staff insisted in carrying our bags up the stairs, very helpful! We were late to breakfast, and they still accommodated for us (a couple). They set up a Private breakfast for us to in the bar dining on the ground floor, asked what we wanted to eat and drink, and kept coming back to see if it was enough. It included pancakes, eggs, toast, pastries, cappuchino with pretty coffee art, teas, spreads, homemade cake, juice. They brought us more when they came pass. Highly recommend this stay :) well worth the money!

However, during check-in, another staff member, a chubby woman with glasses, seemed a bit unhappy when I told her we didn't need breakfast the next day. She then said in Italian, ”Yellow people are such a hassle.” 🤬 I had an Italian translator on, so I understood. So incredibly rude! 😮💨😮💨

The advantage of this hotel is that it is very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, but the disadvantage is that it is too difficult to find and the hotel is a bit old and damp. It’s getting dark when I took the train to Pisa. I used Googlemap to locate the hotel and dragged my luggage. I didn’t find it for half an hour and I felt more and more desolate. I turned to a dark alley with no people. Map hints arrive? I didn't see anything. In my impression, the hotel should at least have a decent gate, and secondly, there should be a conspicuous sign. It is like a household in a residential area, without the appearance of a hotel. After watching for a long time, I found an inconspicuous sign next to a small door. The room is darker, and it feels like a basement with moisture inside. Breakfast is small outside in the corridor, just ordinary bread coffee milk. It's really close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, just a few steps away. If you don't have much requirements for the hotel, you can choose.

I stayed at the Continental Hotel for a night on August 16 and found my mixed experience. Although it is a 4-star hotel, I noticed some areas that could benefit from a restructuring. Position and services: The hotel's location is certainly a favourable point, being directly on the sea and equipped with a large pool, but I found a disadvantage with regard to the service on the beach. It was not told me that it was only available until 12:00 the next day. This detail was revealed by the bathroom, which told me that I should have paid for half a day if I wanted to stay on the beach until 16:00, when I had to leave the building. Room and cleaning: The room was quite small and I noticed that the windows were dirty, which did not make a good impression when I arrived. Frokost: The breakfast was in the average and, although I had no alternatives available, I found it good enough to start the day. Price: Finally, the price I paid for one night seemed rather high compared to the services offered, especially since I was looking for a more accessible stay. In conclusion, the Continental Hotel has a good potential thanks to its location, but there are aspects that require significant improvements to justify the price and expectations of a 4-star hotel. I hope that management will take these suggestions into account in order to provide better experience in the future.

La stazione dei treni dista circa 23 minuti a piedi; considerando che viaggiavo con una valigia da 10 kg, il passo era un po’ rallentato, ma il percorso è piacevole e permette di ammirare il bellissimo paesaggio nei dintorni dell’hotel. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano moltissimi ristoranti, bar e negozi di souvenir, rendendo la zona vivace e comodissima. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura.

The landlord is great, I thought of everything, and provided all kinds of small surprises. Password at the door to get the room card. There are vending machines at the entrance, and the price is close to the people. The kitchen offers several biscuits; several teas; coffee; welcome wine. All kinds of tableware and rags were available, so we were able to eat our own instant noodles. We cleaned them before we left. Pisa city map, mosquito coils, baby seat available.

What a nice place to stay in central Pisa! It doesn't look much from outside, but as soon as you pass through the front door you find that you're in a quiet cool oasis (note: there is quite a long flight of stairs up to the rooms - no lift - so not great for those with mobility issues). Our room was spacious and comfortable and, despite overlooking a small square with restaurants, very quiet at night (there's quad-glazing on the window). You can order breakfast, or just enjoy the snacks left for us in the room. There's a microwave and drink making set-up in the lounge which was very handy. The owners are friendly and helpful and were happy for us to leave our luggage for a few hours on the last day. Staff are on site only in the mornings, and initially we were a bit sceptical about the entry/check in process (done with a QR code online), but it all worked flawlessly. We would happily stay here again if we visit Pisa in the future :-)

This was the cheapest yet best hotel during my trip to Italy! I have no idea why it was so affordable! Modern, clean, spacious, and bright!!! The best part is it's incredibly cheap for what you get, right across from the train station. The soundproofing is excellent thanks to the double-glazed windows. The bathroom is super clean with great water pressure, perfect for long-haired women to wash their hair!!! I didn't get breakfast here as I didn't purchase it; instead, I went to a dumpling place in Pisa.

We really enjoyed our stay and loved Pisa. The hotel is in a good spot, a short walk to the tower and all the shops, restaurants etc. We found the staff to be very helpful and the breakfast was very good. A bonus to have parking at the hotel.

A 5 minute walk from Pisa, very helpful and friendly staff 24 hours. There isnt a lift, however staff insisted in carrying our bags up the stairs, very helpful! We were late to breakfast, and they still accommodated for us (a couple). They set up a Private breakfast for us to in the bar dining on the ground floor, asked what we wanted to eat and drink, and kept coming back to see if it was enough. It included pancakes, eggs, toast, pastries, cappuchino with pretty coffee art, teas, spreads, homemade cake, juice. They brought us more when they came pass. Highly recommend this stay :) well worth the money!

The hotel has a good location. However, the rooms are in need of renovation, and the air conditioning was completely ineffective. The bathroom is very cramped; when you're on the toilet, your forehead and knees hit the wall. On the plus side, there's a bidet 🤷‍♀️. It's best to skip breakfast because it's truly awful.

The service was excellent, the environment was quiet and beautiful, and the view of the sea and boats outside the window was truly stunning. The next morning, we even went to the hotel's beach. Although it was a bit far to drive, the free parasols and lounge chairs were provided, which was definitely worth it. However, the breakfast was relatively simple, nothing special.

It's winter now, but it's usually cold at dawn because it only turns on the heater in the evening, but it was really warm because it turned on in the evening and turned on the heater again when it was cold at dawn. When I arrived at the hostel, I wanted to drink hot water, so I needed a coffee pot, so I brought it right away, so I could eat really warm water well, and the bathroom was clean. It was located right away from Pisa Central Station and the bus to Pisa's Leaning Tower was right across the street, so I was able to go comfortably.

This is a hotel in the Italian suburbs. Besides the inconvenient location, everything else was okay. The hotel breakfast was chaotic and overcrowded, making it impossible to find a seat. Dinner was decent, and the price was genuinely cheap – it was probably the most affordable Italian full meal I had during my trip to Italy.
