Very nice hotel, one minute walking from the tower. We could see the tower from our bedroom. The hotel is on a street with many restaurants, stores and supermarkets. It's near the train station too. Staff are very helpful, friendly and kind. In Pisa I recommend eating the steak. It was awesome.

e hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the train station, and it takes only about 5 minutes by train to reach the airport. It is also within a 15–20 minute walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, which makes sightseeing very easy. The hotel entrance is located in a back alley rather than facing the main street, so it is not very noticeable. There was also some construction work going on nearby, making the road a bit rough and inconvenient to walk on. The hotel itself is a bit old, but it is generally clean. Each room comes with one complimentary bottle of water. However, toothbrushes and slippers are not provided, so guests should bring their own. The bathroom drainage was a little slow as well. On the positive side, the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would consider staying there again in the future

Hotel is good, it was half empty and the placed us right in the middle of a teenager group trip. Reception didn't seem to care about the noise or the door slammed even a speaker with music till 12 pm. Had to wake up early to go to the airport but i wasn't necessary because neither of us slept😪.

Thank you for a lovely stay. Room was clean and comfortable 😊 The shower wasn't great but only needed unblocking in the holes which I managed myself. Needs cleaning regularly and not left to clog up 🚿 The room wasn't quiet as we had very noisy people to the right of us but that's them not the hotels fault Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough. Breakfast was simple but good Have to say the scrambled eggs tasted amazing😋 Location was great once we figured out the map 🤣🤣 All in all a lovely stay. A lovely hotel in a perfect location. It's right in the middle, between the old and new parts of the city, with everything within walking distance. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. The only downsides were that the air conditioning was very noisy and the hotel itself was quite thin-walled. But apart from that, we had a great stay.

This was the cheapest yet best hotel during my trip to Italy! I have no idea why it was so affordable! Modern, clean, spacious, and bright!!! The best part is it's incredibly cheap for what you get, right across from the train station. The soundproofing is excellent thanks to the double-glazed windows. The bathroom is super clean with great water pressure, perfect for long-haired women to wash their hair!!! I didn't get breakfast here as I didn't purchase it; instead, I went to a dumpling place in Pisa.

This is a nice hotel but didn't quite live up to my expectations in terms of furnishings and decor. The bedroom was a good size but rather plain with little on the walls, though the bed throw and curtains gave some colour. The bathroom was very small but the shower worked well. Similarly the dining room furniture and general appearance were a bit boring though there were 2 lovely murals showing the houses by the river. The furniture in the ' reading room' had been changed to dark brown. I had seen photos of red. Yes, it is in an old historic building but I had expected more luxury as it is a 4 star hotel. Having said all that the guy on reception gave us a lovely welcome, and a map with recommendations of where to go. We arrived early and put our luggage in the storage room which was good. We needed to get to the airport early and the receptionist arranged the shuttle to take us, which was great. It was well worth the price. Breakfast was fine with a good variety of foods including SO many types of pastries and croissants. We had dinner in a nearby restaurant the night before as the dining room did not look welcoming and was very quiet. All in all, a pleasant stay for the price we paid which was significantly less on trip com than on its own website.

The staff was excellent, but the bathroom was poorly maintained (the toilet leaked, and the shower tray edges were dirty and poorly sealed). The room's interior soundproofing was terrible; we were woken up several times by noises from the hallway. I wouldn't stay here again.

The room allocated was not the room booked. I had booked a double with a couple (and there was) + 2 separate beds: instead of the 2 separate beds there was a double bed sofa. I was answered that it was the site Trip.com that I gave the wrong information and that the room could not be There was no discount on the fact that one of us was sick just before we left could not be there. However, it is a matter of discretion and humanity in the hotel. The room was in a very nice location with a horrible view of the park in the rear of the hotel, but we didn't take care of it for a night. The room was cleaned in general, but the tents, applied above other tents in a stock of materials, were ingerted, consumed, sprinkled and dirty, that is, to be in a 4-star hotel were of poor cleaning and quality, I believe.

Service: It was alright, just one young man with swollen hands. He was the one who checked us in, got us slippers, fetched water, arranged the extra bed, and checked us out. I guess he owns the whole hotel... Facilities: There aren't many other options in this small place. Food: Breakfast is a must. After eating one serving, there wasn't any more food available. Just eat whatever's available.

The location is unbeatable!!! If it weren't for a pine tree, we would have seen the Leaning Tower from our window. The staff were lovely and let us store our luggage after check-out. The room is large but old and needs a renovation. The carpet was patchy and old, and details were damaged... Plus, since it was December 31st, it was quite expensive, and overall it was just an old room.

The room is very small, but compared to the price, I think it is very cost-effective. In foreign countries where the average nightly rate is 2,000, the price here is very reasonable, and it is very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, less than five minutes' walk! The facilities are a bit old, and the sockets even need to be supported by a cabinet to prevent the plugs from falling out. The hotel is also not far from the train station, less than ten minutes' walk. But all in all, this price, this location, and this view are still very cost-effective

Title: Stunning boutique stay in the perfect location. The room was beautiful with incredible decor and great attention to detail, the garden area was also gorgeous and very romantic! Don’t be fooled by the photos. But in fact, when I arrived in the room, it turned out that the photo was taken and it felt very dirty...Because it is an old building, the wall is that kind of old wall, so it looks dirty, but it is actually the texture of the wall...The interior inside is very beautiful The lamps and tables all have old European style and are very comfortable. The front desk is also very standardized, all dressed in suits, very polite and friendly, and good English. The most beautiful is the top of the hotel room, which has a bit of the feeling of a wooden house on the Norwegian side, because it may be an old house with wooden beams rebuilt, but it looks better. The hot water in the bath is also very hot. There is no elevator. We have a lot of boxes. The front desk changed us to a low-floor room~ and the heating seems to be turned off in the middle of the night. Many hotels here seem to be like this in order to save costs but it will not be cold at night. The breakfast is also quite rich, it is a normal continental breakfast, basically all.

The landlord is great, I thought of everything, and provided all kinds of small surprises. Password at the door to get the room card. There are vending machines at the entrance, and the price is close to the people. The kitchen offers several biscuits; several teas; coffee; welcome wine. All kinds of tableware and rags were available, so we were able to eat our own instant noodles. We cleaned them before we left. Pisa city map, mosquito coils, baby seat available.

What a nice place to stay in central Pisa! It doesn't look much from outside, but as soon as you pass through the front door you find that you're in a quiet cool oasis (note: there is quite a long flight of stairs up to the rooms - no lift - so not great for those with mobility issues). Our room was spacious and comfortable and, despite overlooking a small square with restaurants, very quiet at night (there's quad-glazing on the window). You can order breakfast, or just enjoy the snacks left for us in the room. There's a microwave and drink making set-up in the lounge which was very handy. The owners are friendly and helpful and were happy for us to leave our luggage for a few hours on the last day. Staff are on site only in the mornings, and initially we were a bit sceptical about the entry/check in process (done with a QR code online), but it all worked flawlessly. We would happily stay here again if we visit Pisa in the future :-)

I stayed at the Continental Hotel for a night on August 16 and found my mixed experience. Although it is a 4-star hotel, I noticed some areas that could benefit from a restructuring. Position and services: The hotel's location is certainly a favourable point, being directly on the sea and equipped with a large pool, but I found a disadvantage with regard to the service on the beach. It was not told me that it was only available until 12:00 the next day. This detail was revealed by the bathroom, which told me that I should have paid for half a day if I wanted to stay on the beach until 16:00, when I had to leave the building. Room and cleaning: The room was quite small and I noticed that the windows were dirty, which did not make a good impression when I arrived. Frokost: The breakfast was in the average and, although I had no alternatives available, I found it good enough to start the day. Price: Finally, the price I paid for one night seemed rather high compared to the services offered, especially since I was looking for a more accessible stay. In conclusion, the Continental Hotel has a good potential thanks to its location, but there are aspects that require significant improvements to justify the price and expectations of a 4-star hotel. I hope that management will take these suggestions into account in order to provide better experience in the future.

Questo hotel è veramente molto bello e curato. Il servizio è attento a ogni minima richiesta: qualunque cosa ti serva, lo staff è sempre disponibile ad aiutarti con gentilezza e professionalità. Ho soggiornato come viaggiatore singolo e ho scelto una camera singola standard, ma sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dalle dimensioni, decisamente più ampie rispetto alle classiche singole. La camera era molto pulita e dotata di tutti i servizi necessari per un soggiorno confortevole. L’ubicazione è semplicemente fantastica: uscendo dal portone principale ci si trova subito in Piazza dei Miracoli, con la Torre di Pisa e il Duomo proprio di fronte. La stazione dei treni dista circa 23 minuti a piedi; considerando che viaggiavo con una valigia da 10 kg, il passo era un po’ rallentato, ma il percorso è piacevole e permette di ammirare il bellissimo paesaggio nei dintorni dell’hotel. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano moltissimi ristoranti, bar e negozi di souvenir, rendendo la zona vivace e comodissima. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura.

Very nice hotel, one minute walking from the tower. We could see the tower from our bedroom. The hotel is on a street with many restaurants, stores and supermarkets. It's near the train station too. Staff are very helpful, friendly and kind. In Pisa I recommend eating the steak. It was awesome.

This was the cheapest yet best hotel during my trip to Italy! I have no idea why it was so affordable! Modern, clean, spacious, and bright!!! The best part is it's incredibly cheap for what you get, right across from the train station. The soundproofing is excellent thanks to the double-glazed windows. The bathroom is super clean with great water pressure, perfect for long-haired women to wash their hair!!! I didn't get breakfast here as I didn't purchase it; instead, I went to a dumpling place in Pisa.

The single room itself was very spacious. There is plenty of floor space in both the bedrooms and bathrooms. The bed was average, but acceptable. The wireless internet is fast and good, and the TV is big enough. The staff are cool but efficient.

Thank you for a lovely stay. Room was clean and comfortable 😊 The shower wasn't great but only needed unblocking in the holes which I managed myself. Needs cleaning regularly and not left to clog up 🚿 The room wasn't quiet as we had very noisy people to the right of us but that's them not the hotels fault Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough. Breakfast was simple but good Have to say the scrambled eggs tasted amazing😋 Location was great once we figured out the map 🤣🤣 All in all a lovely stay. Would definitely stay again Thank you 🥰 Katrina & Emine Ahmet (mum and daughter)

The staff was excellent, but the bathroom was poorly maintained (the toilet leaked, and the shower tray edges were dirty and poorly sealed). The room's interior soundproofing was terrible; we were woken up several times by noises from the hallway. I wouldn't stay here again.

The room is very small, but compared to the price, I think it is very cost-effective. In foreign countries where the average nightly rate is 2,000, the price here is very reasonable, and it is very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, less than five minutes' walk! The facilities are a bit old, and the sockets even need to be supported by a cabinet to prevent the plugs from falling out. The hotel is also not far from the train station, less than ten minutes' walk. But all in all, this price, this location, and this view are still very cost-effective

A very pleasant stay. Nice welcome from the friendly staff. The room was a good size and very clean. An ideal location near the railway station and about a 20 minute walk to the cathedral and tower. Lovely hotel and a nice touch with the sweets in the room.
