We arrived at the hotel late in the evening, exhausted after a long journey, and were truly delighted to discover that we had been complimentary upgraded to a Presidential Suite. It was such a thoughtful and generous gesture that immediately set the tone for our stay. We spent an absolutely unforgettable day at the hotel, enjoying every moment. The following day, we were kindly invited to use the SPA facilities free of charge, which made our experience even more special and relaxing. The breakfast was exceptional — beautifully presented, with a wide variety of delicious options. I will definitely return to this hotel when I come back to Dubrovnik.

Great location for solo female travellers. 7mins walk to the old town where you can get food and take day trips from. In the afternoon when it gets too hot, you can come back to the hotel for a siesta or chill by the deck chairs. House keeping was great with constant refreshing of the room. Would stay here again. Only negative is that there’s a live band playing at a nearby beach club from 8pm to around 10.50pm each night. Can’t get any rest until the set ends (even with ear plugs on). I had assumed that the live band was playing at a restaurant within the hotel as the music was so loud but the concierge clarified that it was from a nearby beach club and it’s because it’s summer. To be fair the music was nice but loud.

The room was very spacious and clean. The view from the hotel was also beautiful. There's a small convenience store nearby, and a larger supermarket about a 15-minute walk away, so grocery shopping is easy. The bus terminal for the old town is also just 2-3 minutes from the hotel. As for amenities, they only provide cups and shower caps, so you'll need to bring your own toiletries.

This was a beautiful hotel will nice art work and historic charm. The staff was very kind and gave us good recommendations for our meals. The pool is very big and well surrounded by gardens and a nice hotel bar. It’s a bit further than we though from the old city , we had to take a taxi in/out for a fixed price of 20 euro (so 40 back and forth) but it was nice to come back to Lapad after long hot days visiting the old town and swimming in the sea.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in and an incredible price. Room is spacious with a huge bed and modern bathroom, bedroom and balcony. View from balcony is beyond perfect and all rooms get a sea view. Bus outside directly to old town for around €2 one way (tickets can be purchased at hotel). Uber is around €8 into old town. Access to spa, indoor pool, outdoor pool and even down to ocean via stairs into the sea. Bright blue waters and extremely clean. No shops on sight however if you walk 10 minutes you will find supermarket as well as many bars and restaurants and an incredible sea front beach.

Great ocean swimming is available. If you bring regular goggles, you can swim while snorkeling. I spent over 700,000 won per night for four nights, but excluding the ocean swimming, it's not a good value. I thought 300,000 won per night would be more reasonable. The reason is the inconsistent room service. For example, there were twice no coffee cups in the room, and I had to ask for coffee capsules. They also left sheets in the room. The towels didn't look clean, so I wiped my face with a tissue. I don't think the towels are suitable for a five-star hotel.

A Great place to stay. We were pleasantly suprised by the access to 6 different pools on arrival to our hotel including 1 on the rooftop. The amenities were so good. There was a lovely gym, spa on site also with access to all. Breakfast was great each morning. The location was perfect, right on the bay with great views, and the perfect view of the sunset each night. There was a bus stop just a 2 minute walk away, which was just a €2 trip to Old Town. The staff were friendly, more so those in the Vista Bar who were very helpful than at the reception but nevertheless, still friendly. Rooms were nice and clean, cleaned every morning for us to arrive to fresh bedsheets by each afternoon. Only negatives i can really find was that there were no double beds in the rooms, only 2 single beds joined together to lake a double, I had called and the man at reception said this was the case for the whole hotel. Entertainment at night could have been better also, we found ourselves leaving the hotel each night to find better.

The location of the hotel is excellent for visiting the Dubrovnik Old Town, just a couple of minutes walk to the Pile Gate. Thus you can visit the Dubrovnik Old Town during different hours of the day to avoid the crowds and see the Old Town during day time and night time. Also convienenantly located near bus stop for buses to LAPAD region which have less expensive dining options. The breakfast is good. Besides the buffet, you can order your choice of breakfast, like Egg Benedict, Omellette etc. Rooms are large with plenty of spaces for luggages, althrough the design might be a bit dated.

We've just returned from a weekend in Dubrovnik, and honestly, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is ideally located in the peaceful Lapad area, with magnificent sea views. The setting is truly superb and very relaxing. The grounds are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable, clean, and very pleasant, with a splendid view. The staff were professional and welcoming throughout our stay. It's clear that the establishment is well-managed and that the customer experience is taken seriously. We also really appreciated the easy access to the seaside promenades (via the lower level of the restaurant) and to the Lapad district, which is very lively in the evenings while still being much calmer than the Old Town. The only area for improvement would be the external noise from the ventilation system. In summary: a beautiful hotel, well-located, with an exceptional setting, a fantastic breakfast, and pleasant staff. We would definitely return on our next trip to Dubrovnik.

There is a small beach club in the hotel. Some marine activities can be played in the private waters. The hotel also has a brochure recommending various local marine fee projects, which can be booked through the hotel. The restaurant food is very delicious. I booked a dinner at the Monteni restaurant on the sixth floor, which is 40 euros per person. The appetizers and desserts are self-service. The cost-effectiveness is very high. The handsome waiter is really nice and considerate. The dining environment is also first-class. I highly recommend it.

We had a pleasant stay at Boutique Hotel Porto Dubrovnik. The location is great — just outside the Old City, peaceful yet still close enough to reach the main attractions easily. It’s also near the main bus station, with a supermarket and a nice local bakery within walking distance. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of fresh bread and pastries. The only downside is that the drop-off area in front of the hotel is quite small, making it a bit tricky for cars or taxis to stop. Overall, a comfortable and convenient boutique hotel with good food and a great location close to transport and local shops.

Not up to 5-star standards You sold me an ocean view, I got a mountain view, a parking lot view, and a side view. The reception They didn't take my half-board into account. I didn't have a meal the first night. The restaurant closed at 9:30 p.m. I arrived at 9 p.m., just in time for the breakfast. They didn't offer me anything since there are paid restaurants, but there's room service. They could have offered me a snack in my room after a flight delay due to the weather and fatigue. I made this point the next day. I was given a bottle of white wine, not red as I had requested. It was perhaps too expensive for me, but at the table I did see wine served, plus six macaroons. Same for departure. I had asked from the beginning if I could have my room, even if I paid a supplement, because of a late flight at 7:30 p.m. The response was negative, too many reservations. I was given two shared shower stalls at the spa, which were not cleaned between each guest. I had to walk around with my clothes in my hands until I got to the spa. I'll end on a positive note; I had a very good stay. The site is magnificent, the hotel is quiet despite the crowds at the resort.

Our stay at The Pucic Palace was truly magnificent. The room, location and atmosphere were wonderful, but what really made it special was the exceptional service. My husband accidentally left his wedding ring in the room and Niko at the front desk went above and beyond to help us: he arranged an Uber so the ring could reach us before our next flight and kept calling to make sure everything was fine. Thanks to him, our honeymoon was saved – absolutely 10/10 and we would happily stay here again.

The hotel is very good, it's just a small manor, the sunset is beautiful. One of the balcony rooms has no view, so we upgraded the room type, which is very satisfactory. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Ducheng, all down the stairs, and take a bolt taxi back, 5-8 euros, and take a taxi directly for 20 euros, so it's better to use bolt. Breakfast is partly self-service, there is a menu, you can order by yourself.

On our first night, the room suddenly lost power in the middle of the night, leaving us completely dark. After contacting them, they said there was a problem with the power card. The next day, we suddenly realized our door wasn't properly locked. At first, we thought it was just carelessness, but two days of strange behavior made us doubt it... On our second night, we returned to the hotel after sightseeing. Before bed, someone kept knocking on our door, but we looked through the peephole and saw no one. Too tired, we went to sleep and ignored it. On our third night, the same thing happened again. We inquired and requested a room change, which the hotel immediately arranged. We thought everything was settled, but after switching rooms, we discovered that the door connecting our room to the adjoining room was unlocked. We could use this door to get to the neighboring room without any problem, and even the neighboring room could easily reach ours. We contacted the front desk again, and they sent someone with a key to lock the second door. But they apparently said they had the wrong key and it was unsuccessful. The staff promised to come back and fix it, but we were told they couldn't do it that night due to an incident. Since no one was staying in the neighboring room, they told us to rest assured they would arrange for someone to lock the room the next morning. How could we rest easy under all these circumstances? So we couldn't rest well the entire night. This made us doubt that we hadn't been careless and left the door unlocked on our first night, and we wondered who had the ability to know when we would return to our room. This experience was truly unsettling and terrifying!

We are a family of three and stayed at this hotel for six days during our trip to Croatia. The hotel is located on a beautiful island, about an hour by ferry from Dubrovnik. We booked the hotel’s transfer service from the airport, and it was absolutely worth it—everything was smooth and hassle-free. If you’re looking to escape the busy crowds of Dubrovnik and experience the charm of an authentic Croatian island, I can definitely recommend this place. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Our room was spotless, and the restaurant served delicious food throughout our stay. Ferries run between the island and Dubrovnik around 5–6 times a day, making day trips very convenient. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and would happily come back again.

Had a great stay here! Every day, I could just relax in my room and enjoy the stunning sea view right from my bed. It's about 20km from the old town, but there's a bus stop just 200 meters from the hotel. While the bus schedule isn't frequent, it's still pretty convenient, especially since parking in the old town is so expensive. The staff were all really nice too.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in and an incredible price. Room is spacious with a huge bed and modern bathroom, bedroom and balcony. View from balcony is beyond perfect and all rooms get a sea view. Bus outside directly to old town for around €2 one way (tickets can be purchased at hotel). Uber is around €8 into old town. Access to spa, indoor pool, outdoor pool and even down to ocean via stairs into the sea. Bright blue waters and extremely clean. No shops on sight however if you walk 10 minutes you will find supermarket as well as many bars and restaurants and an incredible sea front beach.

The room facilities are better, clean and sanitary, and the kitchen utensils are complete. The landlord couple is still very enthusiastic. The balcony of the apartment is truly invincible! But it belongs to the common kitchen and two double rooms facing the sea, and the other double room does not have a sea view at all. The one-bedroom suite that I have set for a comfortable sea view is an attic room. I need to open the small skylight on the roof to poke out to see the sea. And many areas can't stand straight, and it's really inconvenient to bend over to avoid touching. And the price of the double room is not cheap, so if you can, personally feel the double room. However, the double room does not have its own kitchen. The attic room has its own kitchen facilities, so it is called an ensuite. Overall, this accommodation is highly recommended. It is convenient to go to many places, and there are not many climbing stairs. It is better to drive by yourself and you can park at the door.

I stayed in a single room. It was very well-equipped, with a large bed, kettle, and private shower room. The access to Interlaken Ost station is also excellent. You can reach Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, and Lucerne by a single train. It's about a 20-minute walk to the Ost station, and there are also buses running, so it's fine even if you have heavy luggage.

However, I chose a standard room So the view from the room was completely ruined ㅠㅠ I think it would be good to check the view when choosing a room~ Also The hotel seems a bit old, so it feels a bit old~ The room was a bit cold ㅠ However, the view from outside is amazing, so if you choose a good room, you will be satisfied.

This hotel/ Airbnb is in a residential area , but easy to walk to city centre / bus station . On the hill with garden and KIWI fruits ! Very relaxing to seat at balcony with view , owner are very helpful, toilet/ showers are clean , bed is comfortable.
