Too many stairs, which is inconvenient for guests with large luggage or elderly people. The front desk closes at 5 PM, and the laundry room requires one-dollar coins to operate, but there's no coin exchange machine, which is very unhelpful for guests who need to do laundry. The location is super convenient, within walking distance to most shops. I'm not sure if it's standard for hotels in Port Douglas, but the room only had a thin sheet and no duvet. Even though winter temperatures were around 20-something degrees Celsius, it was still a bit cold at night.

The only criticism from my side is that the restaurant is a little narrowly measured for breakfast and so small things like a bean marmelade beside the Veggiemite unprinted in a dark corner ;-)

New comfy beds & pillows, we were looking forward to a cosy nights sleep. Room 18 is near the kitchen , we were kept awake till after midnight with people using the shared kitchen facilities. No response from Thomas after we’d made him aware that evening or the next day. It impacted our next day in Port Douglas as we were both very tired. The receptionist was very helpful when we arrived & noted my points before we left.

We stayed as a couple in late December, just after Christmas. Our room was on the second floor overlooking the shared swimming pool area on the ground floor. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the lovely reception staff, who showed us the room details. The room featured a spa tub on the balcony, which we enjoyed. However, the hotel itself felt a bit outdated and old-fashioned. While the room was reasonably comfortable, we noticed some wear and tear, like chipped and scratched surfaces in the bathroom amenities and signs of overall poor maintenance. Also, the spa tub was not well-cleaned, with visible dirt and mould in the crevices, which was disappointing. Overall, while the staff were welcoming and the room had its enjoyable aspects, the lack of upkeep in the facilities detracted from our experience.

The hotel responded very promptly, and the check in guide after staff hour was very clear. The hotel is very old and the white interior is yellowed and oxidized. But in fact, there is no problem with use, the shower head is very hot and hot. Air conditioning works well, bedding bath towels are very clean. Excellent place for stay! Super friendly and generous staff especially Elaine at the front. The moment we checked in she was so helpful and very respectful in communication. This is like home feeling and advertisement doesn’t elaborate everything.. it’s beyond that comfort. Only thing was noise due to building at back property and clearly communicated.. it didn’t affect us as at all as Saturday we were mostly out exploring and late afternoon onwards till Monday.. full comfort. Peeps on going project will be finished soon.. highly recommend as close to beaches… and proime location. We had awesome view on our window. Thanks Team, see you again next with my family. Port douglas apartments have underground parking garages for convenience. No elevator. No breakfast. The owner Robin is enthusiastic. The room is nice, bright, clean, 70 meters from the beach, at the end of Macrossan Street, very quiet. Especially suitable for vacation. Just a few steps away is the end of the four-mile beach. There is a walkway on the left side, 1.3km long. Stay a few more days. If you come from Cairns, rent a car at the airport and drive for up to an hour. You can also drive to Dancui Rainforest by yourself. Don't listen to the boss's flickering road conditions. It is recommended to join a one-day tour. It is well worth taking a cruise to the daintree river by car. You can see wild crocodiles. If it weren't for this small group to be sent back on time, we could just wait to see wild crocodiles attack the cows standing in the water. regret! Picture one is a hunting scene photo we were unable to wait for. The video is a daintree river boat ride to find the crocodile.

The hotel is beautiful, pool, grounds and spotlessly clean. The staff were really helpful (especially the English girl), not far to walk from town and harbour. Bedding and towels immaculate, they even supplied beach/pool towels. Our only concern was that there was a bit of maintenance work going on as end of season which was noisy and the pool bar wasn’t well stocked, and we’d have loved some eggs at breakfast as sourdough and guacamole was provided!! We were offered a reasonably priced upgrade and allowd to keep our room a couple hours longer that 10am on departure. Overall we loved relaxing by the pool, and think the price reflected the very minor issues.

A hotel searched on the Internet, the facilities are complete, the rooms are spacious, the price is good, the quality is good, the port is very close to the port of Douglas, the surrounding food and beverage supermarkets are all available, the whole is value-for-money, satisfactory. However, as a high-scoring hotel, there is still a gap in service. I haven't cleaned the room for two nights. Indeed, I have come back for a day, and I haven't moved in the room. I wonder if there is a rule to live without having to clean it? It doesn't matter, it's okay to clean up. I just told the front desk in advance that I had to leave the store at 7.30 in the morning of the second day, but the next morning at 7.30, the front door and window of the reception hall were closed, no staff on duty could be found, no one answered the phone... The luggage was taken down, and It is inconvenient to throw it and then send the room card to the room. In desperation, the room card is stuffed from the door seam, and the reservation customer service is sent to inform the check-out email... The result is unknown. Fortunately, I only brushed a 10-knife credit guarantee when I checked in. It doesn't matter if I can't retreat...

The apartment was really nice and spacious. It was very clean and we got a bunch of towels on arrival. The pools were very nice and only about a 3 minute walk to the beach. The reception staff are very nice and welcoming it was an excellent stay for our trip. The resort is also very convenient as the shops are just up the road and close by to basically everything you will need.  Would recommend this stay to family and friends. Thanks for having us. :)

Let me start by saying — this place looks like a five-star resort, and honestly, it’s almost pulling it off. From the front desk to the landscaping, the vibes are immaculate. Reception staff? Absolute pros. Warm, efficient, and welcoming. The hotel itself? Gorgeous. The grounds? Pristine. It cannot go unsaid that the place is surely lovely! But then… housekeeping entered the chat. I don’t know if they were short-staffed or just spiritually opposed to consistency, but cleaning was less “meticulous upkeep” and more “vague suggestion.” Every day was a fresh new episode of What Will They Forget This Time? Towels? Maybe. Trash bins? Who knows. Soap? That’s a Tuesday-only luxury, apparently. One day the bed was made, but the sinks and mirrors clearly hadn’t been touched. Another day, they left their cleaning supplies in the bathroom—so at least some effort was made, I guess? The shower floor remained perpetually sandy, a charming little ecosystem of ants set up camp in our kitchenette, and the grand finale: we returned from a day exploring the stunning Daintree to find our room door left wide open. Thanks, housekeeping. Truly unforgettable. By day five I wasn’t even mad, I was invested. Was this performance art? Were we part of a social experiment? Is this how minimalism starts? So yeah, stunning hotel, flawless front desk, but housekeeping? Shithouse! Blinds are filthy in the rooms and no sheer curtains for day time privacy. Would I return? Maybe. But I’m bringing my own towels. And a mop.

The room was very good, the decoration in the room was very homey, and people were willing to stay and rest. But the dryer operating button for our room was missing. I washed the clothes that night and couldn't dry them. I found the front desk the next day. The front desk took the pliers to help dry them. Later, the button was repaired. Wasted some valuable travel time, and this kind of room needs to be cleaned and thrown away when you leave, which wastes more than an hour. There is no elevator on the third floor. The advantage is that it is convenient to cook and everything is complete.

Good health, bring children to add money, there is a swimming pool, but some are small, because there are not many people, it is enough; the front desk service is good, the travel advice is very useful; breakfast is delivered to the room, before 5 o'clock in the evening before the election Well, the amount is still relatively large; sitting at the door of the door at night to eat a little late at night feels good!

The place was much bigger than what the photos showed, with plenty of space. It was very neat and clean, and the environment was comfortable. The location is convenient. Of course, it would be even easier with a car, as there are many parking spots available. Most importantly, the price was fair.

Very nice and well located hotel. Rooms are actually fully equipped two room apartments with two baths. and really tasty furnished. 100m from Four Mile Beach. The only criticism from my side is that the restaurant is a little narrowly measured for breakfast and so small things like a bean marmelade beside the Veggiemite unprinted in a dark corner ;-)

The hotel responded very promptly, and the check in guide after staff hour was very clear. The hotel is very old and the white interior is yellowed and oxidized. But in fact, there is no problem with use, the shower head is very hot and hot. Air conditioning works well, bedding bath towels are very clean. It is to give me a layer of sheets cover that makes me very incomprehensible, not used to it.

As a resort hotel, the overall environment and food are quite good. I spent a day in the hotel, had a meal, and swam. Life was very enjoyable and comfortable. Although the hotel room is a bit old, it is spacious and bright.

Super spacious rooms, with private bathroom, even a jacuzzi in the room. The hotel has up to 5 swimming pools, two barbecue areas, free laundry service... A hotel at the entrance to Port Douglas. It takes 5 minutes by car to get to the centre. A very good quality-price ratio, knowing that you are not in the centre itself, but that is compensated by the facilities and services

New comfy beds & pillows, we were looking forward to a cosy nights sleep. Room 18 is near the kitchen , we were kept awake till after midnight with people using the shared kitchen facilities. No response from Thomas after we’d made him aware that evening or the next day. It impacted our next day in Port Douglas as we were both very tired. The receptionist was very helpful when we arrived & noted my points before we left.

Spacious, perfectly appointed down to an excellent tea box. No cable but tv offered large choice of music. The Jazz was right on. Quality furniture and bed. Comfy pillows of choice. Lovely tub. And next door to Mocky's. Best pie shop in town. Couldn't have picked a better spot. Oh pool looked a bit small? Too busy to use.

The facilities are quite old, there are dust and insects and hair dryers, it is good to stay for one night, but it is not enough to stay for one more night. It is suitable for driving north to the rest point of Daintree forest . The car is parked at the door of the room and it is very convenient to take luggage. Although the location of the self-service check-in check-out. is remote, there is a big supermarket next to it.
