The hotel facilities are brand new, and the room was spotless, dry, and well-maintained. The twin room was spacious, with each bed being 1.5 meters wide, providing great comfort. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel is conveniently located, about a 20-minute drive from the concert venue. The lobby played only Roy Wang's songs, creating an immersive experience. It offers great value for money and is highly recommended.

The subway station is right outside the hotel entrance, and my room had a direct view of Futian city center. The hotel front desk staff were incredibly professional and enthusiastic. The only minor downsides were that the food ordered from the hotel restaurant wasn't great, and the breakfast selection wasn't very extensive. However, there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel, so finding food was very convenient. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and will definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Do take note there are 3 Tower -A, B, C and unit number are the same. If you asking friends to visit you MUST advise the Tower.
The room we booked they claimed for 8 people, i believe they are referring beds not the room area. This unit has 1 toilet, 2 rooms with queen size and another 2 queen size bed occupied the hall and 3ft table, 2 chairs. Their very small kitchen allows 1 person to go in and there is a stove BUT no utensils and cutlery.
**Look at the ceiling patches here n there.
So if each of us bought 26-28 inches size luggage. How to clamp is the room!!

All the facilities are brand new and complete, with smart devices, audio-visual equipment, and toiletries – truly comparable to high-end hotels. The hygiene standards are top-notch; the entire room was dust-free and odor-free, the bedding was soft and clean, and the bathroom was dry and tidy, making for an excellent living experience. The soundproofing is excellent, blocking out outside noise, which significantly improved my sleep quality. The staff were warm, attentive, professional, and thoughtful, making the entire experience wonderful. The location is superb, making it convenient for getting around, shopping, dining, and sightseeing. There were no hidden charges, and overall, it was clean, comfortable, convenient, and thoughtful, offering incredible value for money. It's a short walk from the subway, and there are large shopping malls, Gangxia Village, and Huangting Plaza nearby, offering plenty of dining and shopping options with lots of delicious food. The room is spacious and clean, with comprehensive appliances, making for a comfortable stay. The front desk service is also excellent; they are very reliable if you need any assistance.

The moment I stepped into the lobby, sunlight streamed through the floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff's smiles were as welcoming as old friends. When the elevator doors opened, I found the hallway quiet and pristine, with soft carpeting underfoot.
Opening the room door, I was amazed; the room was much more spacious than I had anticipated. The large windows offered excellent natural light and an expansive view, allowing me to see the city's skyline right from my window. The bedding was pristine white and incredibly soft – once I lay down, I didn't want to move. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the shower water pressure was fantastic; a hot shower made me feel completely relaxed.
Although there was a minor issue—the tissues in the room were forgotten—the hotel's location is excellent. It's right by the subway station, making it convenient for dining and shopping.
Overall, the minor flaw doesn't detract from its brilliance. The service, rooms, and location at Renaissance Shenzhen Luohu are all outstanding. Lovely atmosphere in the lobby, room was huge and spotless clean with an amazing view. The 360 bar is well worth a visit, it's got a spectacular view and they make great cocktails. Lovely pool and gym too, it's an amazing retreat in Louhu and it's so close to the border, which makes it such a worthwhile place to visit. Also, there were 5 different types of teabags to choose from in the room, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast buffet really surprised me with bacon, sausages and egges, which was amazing, but there's also Chinese food and vegetarian so it's a great buffet.
