A converted palace in the middle of a bustling city a haven of tranquility. A delightful but difficult building to negotiate one’s way around. Splendid bedroom beautifully appointed a joy to be in. The staff from the wonderful general manager down were helpful, courteous and extremely patient. To pick out a single member of staff is difficult but my vote goes to Ravi in the dining room. The chef was incredibly helpful when sorting out my dietary problems and produced meals of the highest quality. Recommended you stay I leave you to make your own mind.

The hotel's location is excellent. It is just about 1 km from the railway station if one walks. At the same time, it isn't noisy. It is on a road that is relatively quieter than the others around. The view of the fort is great from some of the rooms and i got see a beautiful sunset from my room. The service of the staff is courteous, extremely helpful and accommodating. Both mr. Sunny and mr. Ranjit parihar were warm, welcoming and polite before booking reservations and while confirming a day before reaching gwalior. I had wanted an early check-in and they very kindly accommodated my request. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Food is good too.

Much more professionalism is appreciated from the staffs members at the time of serving breakfast, instead of trying to get away with the stuffs without coming up with a solution. If the things are unavailable then they must have a second option rather than straight away denying. Asked for english breakfast it was denied and menu card was not provided however when the same breakfast was requested by one of the germane couple it was accepted and also the menu card was given to have a choice. The breakfast was selective but quality was good. The coins was that you will get the breakfast only after 8:30am/9am so if anybody wants to checkout early they should avoid breakfast. The hotel was centrally located and near to the market. Sarafa bajaar is on walkable distances. You may find good restaurants like delight, apsara and sher-e-punjab at 5 minutes walking distance.

My experience of stay is quite well, the property was easy to locate as it is near to gwalior railway station, the room was clean and o dour free and the staff was very nice and attentive. The ambiance of the hotel is nice. The rooms are clean with good amenities. It is a well maintained property. The only issue is the location which is on the outskirts of the city. The ambiance of the place was good. The rooms were clean and hygienic. The location is an issue. It’s on the outskirts of the city. Accessibility to things isn’t easy. The staff was warm and welcoming. The pool and bar aren’t operational yet. Better discounts can attract more people.

Food was good their tv dth was not recharged and when i asked them, their person came but did nothing. I asked the reception for a towels as their previous ones were dirty and not upto the mark. They started behaving rudely. They can be more professional and soft spoken.

My stay was amazing at hotel mk vivanta, gwalior. The room was so good looking and clean, the bed bathroom table and all the furniture was amazing. Looking forward to staying at it again.
