Good location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Helpful staff, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish,roomy with excellent service. Good food. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Unfortunately the worst hotel we have stayed in in the last three months of travel around India since our arrival in India. The room stinks, gaudy decor that you associate with *******s, the air conditioner blows your head off because it is at pillow level, the taps don't work, the toilet seat swivels, the bathroom door has been smashed, the tiles are mostly coming off and no hot water - all the three days. Maybe Mayur was good 20 years ago but now is not suitable for self respecting travelers. The owners seem to have lost all interest and does not deserve the star rating it presumes.

Comfortable stay at hotel with good service, food and staff. People here are so calm and support that it will automatically feel good around them. ***ager himself called for any type of inconvenience causing during the stay. Overall it was a great stay over here.

The hotel is very near to gwalior station it won't even take you 5 mins to reach there, its clean at a very good place, where you can access any and everything at any given point of time and the room was very spacious and comfortable and peaceful as well,the staff was also good, this was my 1st time there but at my next visit I am gonna stay there only.

Hotel staff was very co-operative. The price was reasonable. Food was amazing and tasty. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Surely, one of the most well maintained hotel in Gwalior. Rooms were spacey as well as clean and fragrant. Had a great time!

Our experience with this hotel was excellent. in very short span of time we got bookings in this hotel and also hotel has various rooms of different price range which are affordable. This hotel is conveniently located near a train stop, dining options, and the main chauraha, from which one can take a public automobile to any location in Gwalior. If anyone is contemplating spending 1 or 2 days in Gwalior with family or friends, this location is highly advised due to the affordability, security, and connectivity.

I had been here for my final year exam at Gwalior. I made the booking well in advanced as I had stayed last year and had the number of the owner himself. I must say the hotel has improved in all the areas. The first day was excellent and conferrable. The room was clean and wash room was also clean. The food is awesome and pocket friendly. Thank you Hotel Mayur @owner for all the arrangements.
