The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool and gym, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We came here because of the reputation of the Marriott Hotel, but we had to wait for more than four hours to check in. It was said that there were many late check-outs that had not been sorted out. Later, due to complaints from other customers, the hotel manager attracted us. He provided us with a free dinner and the process was smooth. Checked in. The food is really delicious😋The room is also very good. I also received a fruit plate and handwritten letter from the boss lady in the evening🥰Thank you!

This Best Western Plus Accra Beach Hotel's location has been my ideal spot away from the buzz of the city for several visits now. They offer great food, drinks, clean rooms and EXCEPTIONAL service. First FOOD. The breakfast is delicious and offers local dishes. Staff is personable and REMEMBER guest likes and dislikes. Two, DRINKS! Bartenders make a show of mixing drinks. However, this may be the reason that the bar can get busy at times and guests can be OVERLOOKED. This is the only time I have experienced anything negative during my stay. When this occurred, it did not go unnoticed by one of the Food and Beverage staff members. This brings me to focus on EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE and PROFESSIONALISM. A gentleman, Mr. Prosper, who is part of the Food and Beverage Team, quickly apologized for the incident and made sure to being it to the attention of the staffers who were in training at the time. The young staffer who had overlooked me at the bar, even located my room to offer personal apologies. Outside of that, the site is well cared for and the rooms have amazing views of the ocean, or the pool side area. Families will also enjoy a stay or even a day at this FRIENDLY location.

However, we booked the hotel very early, but the day before we checked in, I told me that I had to change the hotel because the room we had booked was under repair. I don't understand very much, and I should tell us very early. So, be sure to let the staff pick you up and let the staff send you to the hotel to change, so as not to delay the trip.

Beautiful environment and especially great vibe at the pool and restaurant area. In the evenings they play some music and it’s a lovely place to relax and enjoy if you don’t feel like going out. You can have a drink and they even have shisha if you like. The waitress Catherine at breakfast time was absolutely lovely! Warm and helpful and friendly, we really missed her when she wasn’t around on the weekend. The one thing I didn’t like about our stay was that some of the front desk staff seemed to have a bit of an attitude towards us because we had extended multiple times and chose to do so through trip as it’s cheaper than the USD rates that the hotel charges directly. They said that what we paid through trip was too little however, we didn’t make those rates so I found that a bit rude. The whole hotel operates on USD rates so for value added services like laundry or transportation it can be very overpriced.

At Loxwood, it was a great experience. I really enjoyed the Arial view from my apartment balcony and it was great to see various glowing lights and airplanes land and take off from the KIA, Accra. It was a comforting and welcoming apartment not far from the Airport to ease you off the pressure of travellers who seek a place to lodge for sometime before immersing themselves in their business.

So this is my 2nd time staying at the canwin hotel. I mainly booked it because of the swimming pool which is well maintained and open 24 hours For the price it is very budget friendly, my room included a substantial healthy breakfast every morning consisting of potato wedges eggs sausages baked beans and freshly squeezed pineapple and ginger. There is an onsite restaurant which is very handy. The staff are always up on hand very friendly very helpful There is a shopping mall with a large supermarket 5 minutes uber drive from the hotel and the beach is also not too far The property of rooms are slightly dated but are still very clean there is hot water AC and dstv with a couple of channels I've always enjoyed staying here and would recommend

I mainly booked it because of the swimming pool which is well maintained and open 24 hours For the price it is very budget friendly, my room included a substantial healthy breakfast every morning consisting of potato wedges eggs sausages baked beans and freshly squeezed pineapple and ginger. There is an onsite restaurant which is very handy. My stay at Airport View Hotel was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff were incredible- attentive, professional, and always ready to help with the biggest smiles. They truly made us feel special. A lovely highlight was the complimentary dinner buffet on our first night, which was such a thoughtful and generous touch. The food was delicious and the experience set the tone for an amazing stay. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing, and the location in Accra is perfect. I felt completely at home and so well taken care of. I’ll definitely be back- highly, highly recommended!
