Before booking, I saw a lot of people saying that the food here was not good, and I was very nervous. When I ate the breakfast buffet, I found it was okay, but there were not many varieties, but the quality was okay. It is the facilities to complain. There is no separate compartment for the toilet and shower. It was understandable that the design was not considered at that time. But what is incomprehensible is, can't we add a shower curtain? After taking a bath, the bathroom was splashed and messed up. If you want to use the toilet or brush your teeth later, sorry, you have to get in.

if you come with couple, mostly group of boys are coming here for stay, in night hosteller start dj around 8 pm and all peoples are come here, even people are drinking their at same place so for couples it little become uncomfortable. at least you can separate the people who want to drink they can party in another zone of your hotel and those who don't want join them please arrange a descent place for them. me nd my partner, we don't enjoy because boys hooting there, and they give room us and boys' room just near us all night they were create noise. my trip on hosteller was not good. for couples hosteller is not perfect.

I traveled with my family from noida in the car. There were sign post guiding location of resort which helped. On arrival we were directed to the parking lot by the guard. No one came to take our luggage. We carried it ourselves to the reception from where caretaker took us to our room. The room was big enough and clean. I had booked garden view room. After sometime we went to see resort and were not very happy. It was not as picturesque as shown. For dinner we sat outside but the problem was there were many cats. Some of the cats even try jumping on table. We thought it's best to eat inside room. Next day we had breakfast which was decent. They insisted to pay food bill at restaurant itself. When we wanted to checkout, there was no one at reception. We waited for 10 mins and finally left. Again we carried luggage ourself to parking.

The location of hotel is excellent. Close to tourist place, on the highway to mussoorie. Rooms are small comfortable but the window view is blocked due to adjacent buildings. Breakfast menu remains same and tasteless, so we decided to skip it as it is not so enticing. Dehradun is famous for good food so why waste a meal. Surprisingly the restaurant closes at 10 in the morning, that should be improved. They are not cheap so cannot catalogue them as budget hotels but then the amenities are to be improved by the hotel.

The rooms were great and spacious, with beautiful front-facing views of the hills that made every morning special. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout the property — everything felt fresh, hygienic, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They promptly attended to all our needs and made us feel truly welcome. Special mention to Chef Himanshu — he was very caring and personally offered us some of the tasty dishes he had prepared. we checked in later after 11pm . We had booked room with extra bed . But it took them almost one hour to place the bed . We were dead tired after a long drive . Other than this incident, everything was ok and we enjoyed breakfast

This property is recommended by one of my colleague and i found it's well located in the city with site seeing is near to the hotel. Food is excellent, staffs are helpful. Service is fast and hotel room is excellent, neat and clean with all the required facilities inside.

The hotel is good, about 4-star level, the breakfast is good, and there is also a swimming pool/gym (not big); Although breakfast was included in the order this time, the hotel said it was not available, but the customer service handled it quickly and resolved it smoothly.

Its 800m uphill from library chowk, mussorie, so the climb can be exhausting as times especially if you’ve luggage, so take a cab instead. Overall stay is good, good music and good staff.
