The room is very large and the environment is very good. The toiletries are Spain Nature Biss . I booked the first night on Trip.com. I booked the second night on the official website. It was a double breakfast and a package for playing. When I checked in, I had two different orders for two nights. I didn’t need to change the room. The front desk said that I had to re-brush the key the next day. Just one time, the result was that at noon the next day, I received a bank short message and deducted more than 400 dollars in pre-authorization. I asked Trip.com to ask the hotel. I thought I was going to continue to deduct my one-night room rate, but the amount was cheaper than the first night booked by Trip.com. Go to the front desk to explain the situation and ask them to refund me and say that they have taken it. After the pre-authorization, I checked out for two nights and asked the hotel to refund. I didn’t say that I had refunded it for half a month. I returned to the country and called the bank. The pre-authorization was still frozen. I asked Trip.com to call the hotel. The hotel said that it was processed when I checked out, but now the pre-authorization is still frozen. I don’t know what to do. What a ghost!

Large, spacious rooms, very comfortable. The super comfortable bed. The first day they didn't fix the room. I also reported that you had to let the shower water run for more than five minutes for it to start getting hot. They didn't fix it during my stay. It is a hotel to which I would definitely return as long as I can stay without being forced to pay for breakfast. The food is simply terrible.

We stayed here after a cruise. Check-in was at 9pm, so we couldn't use the club room's cocktail time or afternoon tea. We had breakfast in the club lounge. It was very delicious. They let us check out late and offered a free shuttle to the mall, so as we were staying at a hotel near the mall, we asked to be dropped off at our hotel, and they gladly did. It's a very nice hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights but wished I only booked for 1 night. Was not aware that hotel didn't include free hotel shuffle so had to pay 30USD return for my own uber. Upon late arrival to hotel due to air traffic problems due to bad weather in miami our room door wasnt locked and bed wasnt made so we moved rooms. Hotel is about 15/20 mins drive from airport. I would not stay here again as location and no free airport shuttle is not appealing for me. The fact that I received no proper apology from hotel regarding my reserved room I would not stay here again!!

Awesome hotel with big rooms and new facilities. The first floor of Building No. 6 we lived in was a mini golf course and inland lake. The view was superb. There are a variety of activities to participate in every day. The bar has free drinks and snacks. The pool is open until 11 pm, and the pool opposite Trump Hotel can be shared, but unfortunately we have not enjoyed the trip. It is a pity. The hotel is 15-20 minutes by car from the airport, there is nothing to visit around, there are two shopping centers about 3 minutes by car, there are supermarkets and restaurants, the hotel provides free shuttle, but you must contact the driver by phone.

In order to catch a plane to live here the next day, there is a free breakfast, not rich, and met a group of tourists like South Asia Asan, fruits and the like grabbed away, eating ugly and dying. So I did n’t eat at the hotel, I ate at the airport myself. Hotel services and facilities are good, there are refrigerators and microwaves in the room to bring your own food. There is a Chinese restaurant called Qianlong Restaurant 150 meters nearby, which tastes good. The room was a bit poor, with shattered hair everywhere, making it uncomfortable to look at.

The facilities are quite good for the price. The room is very spacious. But beware, if you're a light sleeper, don't even think about staying here. Planes fly by every three minutes very close to the hotel, and you can hear their engines. If you're a heavy sleeper, this is your hotel. It's the best value in Miami. What happened to us was some awkward people in the room above us who made noise all night. But that's not the hotel's fault.

In order to catch a plane to live here the next day, there is a free breakfast, not rich, and met a group of tourists like South Asia Asan, fruits and the like grabbed away, eating ugly and dying. So I did n’t eat at the hotel, I ate at the airport myself. Hotel services and facilities are good, there are refrigerators and microwaves in the room to bring your own food. There is a Chinese restaurant called Qianlong Restaurant 150 meters nearby, which tastes good. The room was a bit poor, with shattered hair everywhere, making it uncomfortable to look at.

The first time I stayed at the wintage hotel, the room was very new, the hotel breakfast was delicious, the restaurant environment was also very good, parking was free. Will choose this one

The service is still very good, the advantage is that it is close to Miami Airport, but the hotel should be built for a long time, the facilities are aging, the transfer is good for one night, it is very time-saving. There is a dolphin mall nearby, you can go shopping.
