The hotel is beautiful, it’s located in the CBD close to all amenities. I think it’s rated a 3 star hotel only because of its location, otherwise it would have been fit for a 5 star if it was in the northern suburbs of Bloem. Our stay was lovely, the room was cosy, the staff very friendly. The only thing that was a turn off was the noisy air-con that took forever to warm up the room. The food was also not that good.

We had been chatting in the middle, and she kept comforting me and made me feel very warm. Grandpa was very good, from the beginning to recommend shuttle car to me, to every morning on time and delicious breakfast and after I go home, I care about how I have a day, really like my family, I will be happy to share with them I have a day. Not only is this guest house with humanistic care, its facilities and configuration are also very good. If I will return to South Africa and return to Blomfontaine later, I will definitely come back and see you again. Thank you very much for your help and care and support during this time. 2023 I visited this hotel with my mom and a few of my siblings. The location is amazing, the hotel rooms are also very clean and spacious with great stuff and it’s a very quiet space because of this past experience I decided to book my mum for two days in winter 2025. My mum has been sick so the doctor advised her to rest and get some sauna and since the hotel claims to have if we thought it be convenient for her to stay. It’s currently winter in South Africa and yet the were no gowns in the room this really upset me because I am not even in South Africa now I have to call for that request while I’m busy. I am truly disappointed at these two points.
