On the recommendation of close friends, we chose to try Padma Hotel Semarang for our stay in Semarang, and we absolutely did not regret it. We truly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was extensive and delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the gym was beautiful, and the coffee and pastries at Goolali were also of excellent quality. Combined with the beautiful entrance and the warm atmosphere of the hotel, it created a very pleasant overall experience. What stood out the most to us, however, was the outstanding service from the staff. We would especially like to thank Mr. Syahrul for his professionalism and friendly service during breakfast. One small point for improvement would be the speed of the Wi-Fi, especially when using YouTube on the television. We certainly hope to return next year, hopefully for a longer stay.

All the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities are excellent, and I particularly have to praise their swimming pool. Having stayed in numerous five-star hotels across different countries, I can confidently say their pool is one of the larger ones and impeccably clean. The only downside is that it closes at 8 PM. The hotel's breakfast buffet is incredibly extensive; you're guaranteed to find something you'll enjoy. The restaurant staff are exceptionally attentive. If you dine there for breakfast two days in a row, they'll already remember your preferences and ask if you need anything specific. Furthermore, their Chinese restaurant, Summer Palace, serves outstanding Cantonese cuisine, and the prices are very reasonable. Even the staff in the Chinese restaurant maintain the hotel's consistently friendly service. If you ever have the chance to stay at this hotel, I highly recommend trying their Chinese restaurant.

We were given a room on the 10th floor. Walking through the hotel's spacious hallway, the elegant, fragrant scent made us even more excited to find our room number. We opened the door and wow, the room was incredibly spacious! The bed was comfortable, the sheets smelled great, and the bathroom was also quite roomy. We really love this hotel! It's just a short walk to Paragon Mall.

Nice Hotel in Semarang and very strategic in Simpang Lima, disappointed for the restroom clogged and parking system very narrow and risky of we bring our own cars.

The service was friendly and efficient. This is a budget hotel, so I can't really complain too much. However, overall, the room wasn't tidy. There was a door in the room, I'm not sure if it was for pipes or electrical, but usually, those are outside the room. The sealant around the sink was poorly done. When I checked in, the sheets and pillows were yellowish – I'm not sure if they had been changed. But the service was good enough; they quickly changed them when asked. The view from the window was just a wall, and it was dark even during the day. The hotel wasn't clean; there were drink spills everywhere, and fingerprints on the glass doors. For those on a tight budget, staying here is okay, but if you have more to spend, there are better options elsewhere.

The hotel's decor is decent, just a bit dated. Room cleanliness was also okay. The only thing is that the prayer broadcast from the nearby mosque is quite loud.

The view is absolutely stunning and it's so peaceful. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. The service was friendly, the room was clean, and overall it was excellent. I'd definitely love to stay here again sometime, haha.

This is the first time my family and I have been so satisfied staying in a 2-bedroom residence unit. We could all stay together with our two parents and the two of us. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The sofa bed was also comfortable and spacious for sleeping. It could easily accommodate 5 people, or even 7, because the king-size bed was incredibly huge, more than 2 meters wide. We were very impressed and satisfied with all the facilities. There were two dressing tables. There's a bathroom in each room, and even an additional toilet in the living room, although it's not for showering. So, a total of 3 toilets. The room temperature was just right; it could be adjusted and turned off. There was only one hanger in each room, so we had to request more, and it took a long time – we had to call three times before they arrived. Initially, we didn't realize the shower drain had a rubber stopper, so it ended up flooding everywhere, and it took a while to get a new mat. But overall, it was a very nice experience staying at LK Pemuda. Please improve the quality of your service and facilities!

Check in process took so long, at 3:30 pm the room was still not ready, after being push to be ready, they gave me a smoking room and it was at the very end no. 919. The room smelled of cigarettes. The towels were bad and stained, the TV and room furniture were old. Valet parking is available, breakfast is just standard, not worth staying at this hotel.
