Well appointed rooms with functional rooms and warm electric blankets. Very helpful staff service. The room was booked for 2 adults and a kid, Trip.com messed up the booking and booked a room which shouldn't have been allocated. Staff helped to find alternatives and also apologised for the Trip.com oversight."
