The room was great, and the hotel's location from the airport is good. The only slight inconvenience is getting to the train station, but other attractions are all within walking distance. The facilities are comprehensive, including a coin-operated washing machine which isn't expensive. The front desk service was excellent, and the staff spoke very clear English – it was the first time I fully understood someone's English since arriving in Serbia and Bosnia! The immediate surroundings are a bit average, but it's still a quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle. The only minor issue was that the cutlery wasn't very clean, but it was easily fixed with a quick wash. Plus, there's a balcony!

This is arguably the best hotel in Sarajevo. The location is excellent, with many large shopping malls nearby. The rooms are quite spacious, and the bathrooms are also large. I had a spa treatment; the technique was so-so. Since I didn't have cash, I couldn't leave a tip, so I offered to leave it in the room account, but the masseuse politely declined. It was quite nice. However, an unpleasant incident occurred. Upon check-in, even though I had already paid for the room through Ctrip, and European hotels generally don't require credit card guarantees (none of the other hotels on this trip did), this hotel insisted on taking down my credit card number. About an hour after check-out, the card was fraudulently used. It was terrifying! The transactions were from overseas shopping websites, including American and Korean sites. I immediately contacted my bank to cancel the card. This is likely the work of a hotel employee. It's truly appalling and indicates a problem with the hotel's oversight. Furthermore, the hotel doesn't have a medical clinic or doctor. In cases of illness (not related to food at the hotel), when I called, they said there was no doctor and I had to go to the hospital myself; they couldn't offer any assistance. Be very careful if you stay at this hotel.

Nice apartment, 13 minutes' walk from the city center. Clean and cozy. Cons: the air conditioner is incredibly noisy, so I only had to wear earplugs to sleep; something must be broken. And I didn't have hot water. I showered with cold water! Otherwise, everything was fine.

This hotel is located in the old town, a beautifully renovated historic building. It's conveniently located within walking distance of Republic Square, St. Sava Temple, and a shopping mall. The facilities are comprehensive and well-laid out, including slippers, and it's quiet at night. The hotel's breakfast room is stunning, and the breakfast itself is plentiful and delicious.

The location is perfect and the room is nice but needs some tlc and general maintenance. Fan, hairdryer, aircon, toilet seat, door handle, window were broken. The bed was comfy but 2 very clear singles pushed together so would fall down the gap. The restaurant below plays music until 11pm which you can hear and could smell cigarette smoke in our room (even with the windows closed). The staff were very nice and friendly.

Facilities: Good, the room has a balcony. The swimming pool, spa, and sauna are all excellent. Cleanliness: No issues, everything is quite clean. Environment: There's a large shopping mall nearby, convenient for shopping, and it's very close to the airport. Service: Also good.

I like the hotel very much. It is a little bit out of town you have to catch a tram. The Riverview is actually a view of a cesspool. The room was nice but the carpet needs to be changed. Service is good they really try except for the girl that works in the pool area with the blonde hair and the ponytail. Extremely rude at 10:00 when I was swimming she told me to get out of the pool. Who says that? She needs to be taught some hospitality manners. Beware this is a dry hotel for some reason unknowns to me other than the allergy to money they don't sell alcohol. I think the hotel is halal . Don't expect pork for breakfast. It's the closest hotel to downtown that has a swimming pool. The swimming pool is nice the gym is nice food is actually very good for breakfast other than not having pork products. If you don't like the juice with sugar asked for juice with no sugar they'll make you one I would stay here again. By the way they give you small 8 oz bottles of water they're glass mine broke and almost cut my toe get rid of those stupid glass bottles they might be environmentally friendly but they're heavy and they're small and they break.

The guesthouse was very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view from the rooftop. It was a pity we wanted to extend our stay but there were no rooms available. The owner was incredibly kind! 👍 The most enjoyable part of our trip to Bosnia and Herzegovina! 👍 Conveniently located near many attractions! 👍 Highly recommended!

Since others mentioned it was 'hard to find,' I immediately requested their WhatsApp number for communication when booking. After all, anything can be resolved through a conversation. Check-in was contactless, meaning the keys were in a locker. Before checking in, *I* messaged them on WhatsApp to let them know we had arrived. It's called 'AE apart hotel' on Google, and it was easy to find. They also sent me detailed, step-by-step check-in instructions, which was very convenient! Nothing complicated for experienced travelers. The administrator was always available for any questions! Thumbs up and a huge thank you for that! Wishing your business prosperity! The room had good water pressure, and the toilet had a very interesting placement, but it was more amusing than frustrating. Everything we needed was there. See the photos for the rest. We only stayed one night. It was spacious and comfortable. Everything matched the photos; what we booked is exactly what we got. There's an elevator and Wi-Fi. The password is on a stand on the first floor. There are bus stops nearby. The buses here seem to run in a loop, one-way, as I understood it. We got from the airport by bus; check the photos in the review for details. In the morning, we checked out and left the key in the locker as well. A bus stop was literally 2-3 minutes away, where we caught a bus to the train/bus station.

We stayed for one day. The hotel offers luggage storage, which was very helpful as we arrived in the morning. The room was clean and cozy. It's only a 5-minute walk to the city center, the main tourist area, yet it was completely quiet. Everything in the room worked perfectly, including the air conditioning, TV, and hairdryer.
