Small, but clean and cozy rooms with a private shower. It's about a 15-minute walk to the city center, maximum. The owner is very hospitable. And it's inexpensive! In terms of value for money, it's an excellent option.

The best choice for accommodation in Sarajevo's Old Town. The hotel is not big, but very exquisite. It is located in the back street of the old town, which is suitable for strolling around the old street at night. It has a unique style and there are many foods to eat.

Such a delightful place that fully served the purpose of my solo trip to Bosnia. I chose to stay in Sarajevo while I go to visit sites outside of Sarajevo. And I am just showing this view from outside my window (my room has three windows, thank you Demir 😍) to show it is right at the tip of the old town. I often spent a number of times just looking out of the window and watch the world pass by. It was a meaningful feeling. An extra special thanks to Demir for making my stay enjoyable and memorable. Even when I began messaging him before coming (a few months before ☺️) he was very understanding. The self check-in feature was super simple too, and as I arrived much later in the evening after check-in hours, he was on whatsapp assisting me all the way until I reached my room. Hvala, Demir for your tireless efforts and warmness which was one of the highlights of my stay in Sarajevo.

It's been a long time since I stayed at a hotel with so many problems. First, after inserting the room card to activate the power, it would trip after a minute. This happened repeatedly. I went downstairs to get a new card, and the front desk staff found two green cards among a pile of red ones in a drawer, reprogrammed them, and that finally fixed it. When I returned in the evening, another elderly couple at the front desk was asking about the same issue, so it seems to be a common problem. Secondly, the mini-fridge in the room wasn't working, and I needed it. It was only resolved after a hotel staff member came to replace the fridge. The hairdryer in the bathroom was mounted on the wall but didn't work. The showerhead was spraying water from the connection point at the end, and the next day it completely fell off, making it unusable. The service, however, was good. All my requests were responded to promptly, especially the uncle who replaced the fridge – his attitude was great, and he even refused my tip. I apologize again and again for the inconvenience caused by the hotel's facilities.

Удобная планировка: гостиная и две отдельные спальни. 3. Удобные кровати и подушки, было дополнительное одеяло. 4. Есть телевизор с Netflix и YouTube. 5. Интернет работал хорошо. 6. Апартаменты находятся в зелёном и тихом районе, из окон приятный вид на деревья. Напротив входа есть небольшая терраса со столом и стульями. 7. В гостиной есть кондиционер, в мае его хватало на квартиру. 8. Удобное самостоятельное заселение. 9. Рядом есть всё необходимое: пекарня, пиццерия, магазин и автобусная остановка. 10. Район спокойный, безопасный и атмосферный, более “местный”, чем туристический. МИНУСЫ: 1. Квартира в жизни значительно меньше, чем выглядит на фотографиях. 2. Главный минус — сломанные жалюзи в гостиной. Именно из-за большого панорамного окна и вида мы выбрали это жильё. Жалюзи были сломаны и закрывали часть окна, из-за чего: — в квартиру почти не попадал свет — невозможно было наслаждаться видом — помещение плохо проветривалось и быстро становилось жарко. Мы сообщили владельцу о проблеме, но за время проживания её так и не решили. Нам сказали, что займутся этим уже после нашего выезда. 3. В ванной было минимальное количество принадлежностей: всего два рулона туалетной бумаги и 2 шампуня, один из которых был пустым. Не было даже мыла для рук. 4. Кухня плохо оборудована для готовки. Из посуды были только базовые вещи, одна старая сковородка без крышки. Не было доски для нарезки, лопатки или нормального кухонного ножа — только нож для хлеба. Когда мы попросили обычный нож, владелец ответил, что ему нужно “поискать”. 5. Кран на кухне был сломан и сильно шатался. Пользоваться раковиной было неудобно. 6. Из-за плохого оснащения кухни нормально готовить было сложно, хотя именно наличие кухни было одной из причин выбора этих апартаментов. 7. До центра около 15 минут пешком, но дорога идёт в резкую гору. Для нас это не было проблемой, но кому-то может быть тяжело. В целом проживание не было ужасным — нам было комфортно спать и отдыхать, район действительно приятный. Но многие вещи не соответствовали ожиданиям. Мы выбрали это жильё из-за красивого окна и возможности готовить дома, но в итоге не получили ни нормального вида, ни достаточного света, ни комфортных условий для готовки. Мы понимаем, что техника и вещи могут ломаться, но когда мы сообщали о проблемах, нам отвечали: «извините, сейчас ничего сделать не можем». При этом жильё не бесплатное, и хотелось бы, чтобы элементарные проблемы решались во время проживания, а не после выезда. Лично я второй раз это жильё уже не выбрала бы.

Facilities: Good, the room has a balcony. The swimming pool, spa, and sauna are all excellent. Cleanliness: No issues, everything is quite clean. Environment: There's a large shopping mall nearby, convenient for shopping, and it's very close to the airport. Service: Also good.

The hotel was fantastic; we loved it. The receptionist was very helpful with everything. At the end of our stay, we asked for a taxi, and they helped us with that too. We stayed on the 14th floor, which offers amazing views of the city (not exactly picturesque, but the mountains are amazing 😍). The breakfasts were delicious, with plenty of choice: there were always vegetables, eggs (the omelet was burnt once and tasted awful), pastries, and fresh fruit. The only thing we didn't like was that upon check-in, reception told us breakfast started at 6:00 AM. We had to leave early for an excursion, so we arrived for breakfast just as it opened (6:15 AM). Several dishes were already served, but the coffee machines were turned off (meaning there was no hot water for tea either). A woman came around setting the table, and I asked her if I could at least pour some tea. She completely ignored me, made a disgruntled face, and left. As a result, we were left without breakfast.

The hotel is quite close to Baščaršija and public transport stops, and there are shops nearby. I did get lost a couple of times as I wasn't used to the area, and the hill is very steep, which might not suit everyone – I found it tough. The staff at reception were all polite and helpful with all my questions. They even called a taxi for my early check-out, so thank you! The room is small; I even scraped my speaker against the wall when getting out of bed. It could use a cosmetic renovation, but overall, it has a good vibe. The air conditioning works, but the TV and hairdryer don't. In the bathroom, the water pressure is excellent, and there's liquid soap in the dispenser. Out of three breakfasts, I only had one. I went on an excursion once and asked for a packed breakfast in advance, but it wasn't ready in the morning. I didn't bother asking for one when I had an early check-out. The breakfast itself was decent: jam, eggs, vegetables, cold cuts, cheese, olives, cereal, tea, and coffee. There's no kettle in the room, but hot water and cups are always available on the ground floor. Overall, I'm satisfied, thank you. The only real difficulty was climbing the hill.
