1. The location of the hotel is very good. Within ten minutes walk to the old town, there are small supermarkets, burgers, and Turkish barbecue restaurants around. 2. The environment in the hotel is ordinary, similar to the domestic season. There are microwave ovens and induction cookers in the room. 3, the hotel breakfast is ordinary, ordinary western-style breakfast, not bad not bad. 4. To take a taxi from the airport to the hotel, you must take a regular taxi. There is Sarajevo taxi on the top lamp of the regular taxi. Do n’t worry when you get out of the airport. Take a closer look. There is one at the airport exit. Many high-end cars such as Mercedes-Benz are not regular taxis, and the fare is very expensive. The regular taxi is only 15 Marco, and the meter is regular. 5. The hotel should try to make the floor as high as possible, it is too dark, it is cold and the sun is better. 6, I forgot to take a photo, the hotel room is not large, 30 square meters of large open room, ordinary, people with low requirements are still OK.

Nice hotel near the city center. Free parking with a gate and doorkeeper 24 hours per day. Very friendly staff. Cleanliness 10/10. Bed was nice to sleep. In the morning you can hear the tram, but that wasn't problem for us!

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the main attractions, usually 10 minutes walk to the Sarajevo Grand Mosque, the Sacred Heart Cathedral, Pigeon Square, Pedestrian Street, City Hall. The hotel room is large, the mattress is comfy and clean, the view is wide, the window is opposite the mosque, next to the Latin Bridge. The breakfast variety is also good, the front desk staff is very warm and friendly, and stayed for two more days, feeling very happy! Next time I will choose to stay at the President Hotel. The boiled Bosnian coffee in the hotel lobby bar is also great! And the price is not expensive. It is also very convenient to let the front desk help to call a taxi when you are away. The top floor of the hotel has a 360 degree viewing platform, suitable for taking pictures, very beautiful.

Next to the ancient city, the sanitation environment is good, breakfast is good.. Anyway, it is the western food, about 1.2 kilometers away from the main attractions such as the Latin Bridge. When the weather is good, it is quite appropriate to walk along the river. There is a kettle, but it is actually a small pot of coffee, and the boiled water is all coffee.

A particularly good hotel, right on the edge of the old city. To be precise, I live in the scenic spot. Open the windows and the old city is full of eyes. Every time I come to Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, I choose this hotel. The off-season price is around 600, which is acceptable. This time, the staff at the front desk had a very good service, and the room card was prepared early. The hotel’s breakfast is good, rich in variety and snow-white tablecloths. It is very pleasant to have breakfast while looking at the historic sites in the old city. There were many Arabs and Turks in the hotel, and almost no Chinese were seen. The Latin Bridge is within three minutes of going out. There are many restaurants in the old town, and there is also a Chinese restaurant, which is convenient for eating. The BBI shopping mall is also a 15-minute walk away. However, a friend put US dollars in a bag while staying here, and left the bag after leaving the hotel room. After returning to China, he found 10 100-dollar bills, which turned into 10 one-dollar bills🙀. It should be the result of the hotel staff stealing their posts and changing posts, because they have already returned to China and cannot call the police. So, you must be cautious when you check in and take care of your personal belongings, especially cash.

The hotels in Sarajevo are generally more expensive. This is a cheap one. It is very close to the long-distance bus station. There is a big supermarket nearby. It is a very big kind. The hotel has a special airport car for a fee. The price is acceptable. Still good, recommended!

The hotel is very clean, the bath is very big, the toiletries need to be prepared by yourself, the room has a small refrigerator, the breakfast can be full, the front desk staff is very good, and everything needs to be actively helped. The window is a little bit soundproof and there is no electric kettle.

Modern new hotel, located in the upper level of the comprehensive shopping plaza in the new district of Mostar, the hotel is equipped with a swimming pool, the rooms are clean, spacious and bright, and the scenery is good. Personally think that hotel facilities, bathroom supplies are the best. The service can be seen through professional hotel training. There is a large supermarket on the ground floor of the shopping mall. By the way, recommend a restaurant: magi Mostar is not big, you can walk anywhere, without public transportation. Very recommended, very comfortable and very satisfied.

The hotel is located in the center of the old city, close to all the attractions, if you walk, it can be done in 20 minutes, which is convenient. The hotel is an old hotel, but the room is good, especially the room on the top floor where we stayed, with a big terrace, it’s cool. The service is ok, there is no bad, and there is no particularly good place. Good food.

The location of the hotel is very good, just by the old bridge, but it is very quiet, the bed and sheets are very comfortable. It is the most comfortable hotel I slept in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The owner and his wife were also very kind. I had to walk the next morning before I had breakfast. The owner prepared fruit, yogurt, bread, etc. for me in advance. Very kind person, recommend

The hotel is fantastic. In the middle of the mountain, our car is very exciting. The parking lot is also half-sloping. The car is tilted and parked, just like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. There is no scenery... The breakfast here is very very nice. I will still will come……

Every time I make a trip to book a hotel, it is my most tangled thing. I look at the evaluation style and I will always stay in several hotels or B&Bs for a long time. This time I brought a group of friends to play freely. It’s really true to me. There was a test and a torment, and I thought about the whole journey to let everyone feel different tastes - regular hotel Hilton, invincible sea view villa, forest log cabin, castle hotel, special hotel... Today's Krista Puglia Restaurant Hotel (Ctrip Four Stars) is uniquely situated in the heart of the town, surrounded by mountains and waters and beautiful surroundings... no matter the day or night... and the last two hotels Waiting for my arrival, hope can also bring us full happiness! Reservations such as blind date, all based on the feeling [smirking] It is said that the hotel breakfast and violin help, looking forward to sleep...

This hotel is in the perfect location, right next to Old Town and a 5 minute walk to the Old Bridge, restaurants and cafes as well Rooms are a good size and very clean. Bosnian style furniture and very cozy. Bed and bedding are comfortable, pillow was too hard for me but might be more comfortable for others. It was very warm in our room so I'm not so sure the air conditioning was working very well. Great large circular shower and nice fresh large towels. Breakfast was great, you could have what was on offer or order eggs anyway and coffee was perfect. Zelka (flower in Bosnian ) was a fantastic host. Helping us with not only trips, tours and activities through our stay but also breakfast. She is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel. It's a little tricky to find but our GPS got us there, parking is free too.

This is a modern hotel caters mainly for business travellers (I think). Most tourists would be looking for a quaint bed & breakfast close to the Old Town and the riverside. I decided to stay here after taking into account of the great prices, breakfast, parking and also the fitness facilities (though I didn't get the chance to use it as it is located in another sister's hotel 15 minutes walk away). The room is spacious, comes with TV, fridge and working desk. It's a 10-minutes taxi , €2 to the Old Bridge. I think this is better as parking and the Old Bridge are scarce and expensive ( as usual). The breakfast was average but enough to start your day.

I've just read these reviews and I'm really surprised by the lower scores. I give it 5 stars, not because it is a 5-star hotel, I'd say it is a 3.75 - 4-star hotel, but because we had a very good experience here. FYI, I am a very seasoned global traveler and I'm pretty picky about where I stay. That's why I felt compelled to write this review after seeing the others... 1. Staff was very friendly and attentive without having to be asked. Bags were taken to our room immediately (not for tips, just because). They gave us a local map and circled areas of interest and restaurants to try, also where a close ATM is. Everyone spoke English. 2. Shared with us not to drink the water in Mostar, even at their restaurant, and showed us two grocers within a 2-minute walk of the hotel to buy bottled water very cheaply. 3. The restaurant has a HUGE menu, lots of seafood and the food was quite good. The complimentary breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and would make anyone happy. The restaurant takes credit cards but if you are going to tip, do that with cash Marks or it goes to the boss and not your server. They have a large outdoor patio and the tables and seating were quite plush. 4. Room was medium-sized, clean and our air conditioning worked great, which was important because in June it was in the upper 90's (mid-30's Celsius) every day. BIG tub for anyone who wants to take a bath. Not very soundproof, was easy to hear people in hallways. 5. Staff showed us how to use the shower when they took us and our bags to our room. You just pull down on a special valve on the shower hose. Plenty of hot water. Firm mattresses. Several plugs for recharging things. We stayed in Room 113. 6. Taxi driver who took us to our hotel said it's the best one in Mostar but was hard to tell if he really meant it or was just trying to make us feel good. I would definitely stay here again. 7. We heard it is best to use the taxis with numbers on them in Mostar, but we used a private taxi

1.b For the listings available on Ctrip and Ctrip, it is strongly recommended to book on Ctrip, because if there is any problem during the journey, Ctrip is still very fast in processing! b is really a comparison, it's so bad! It is still important for professionals to help in foreign countries! 2. The apartment has 2 parking spaces, but it is still a test of technology, and it is not available at any time. The key apartment is in the inner lane, which is small and small, so it is not recommended to drive up. The owner of the apartment takes us to park on the side of the road. It's free! 3. There is a one-way street in front of the apartment! ! So if I missed it, you can only re-open and come back. Anyway, I took me around for an hour and I haven't arrived. In the end, I still rely on customer service to finally live in. Picture 1 is the intersection and restaurant that passed before the apartment! 4. Breakfast is not provided, but the ancient bridge is nearby, which is very convenient to eat. The bed is a double bed, the sofa can be put down as a temporary bed! 5. The apartment owner is great! ! It is recommended to contact the host first when you arrive. The host may not be in the apartment. If you don't have a phone, you can contact Ctrip customer service for help. Anyway, I am quite satisfied with the customer service!

My friend I were on a trip across Eastern Europe and this stop was our midway point and perfect spot for looking for laundry services, which for those familiar, is pretty sparse. This hotel sold us with the advertising for laundry services. Overall after seeing Mostar, this is by far the nicest hotel that I saw and was within walking distance to most everything you'd want to see. It is a cab ride or a mile and half walk to the bus station as our most hotels and trust me, you don't want to stay near the bus station. We stayed one night. The room was clean and as is common, we had two double beds. As for the laundry service itself, fair warning, they only do it in the morning and it is an extra 10$ fee (roughly) but they went above and beyond to have it done for our noon departure.

Three night stay in Mostar. Nice clean place. Room was good size and we had a balcony as well. The room is very basic, no fridge, no cups. Thats ok for us as we don't stay in our room we are out and about early and come in late. Would be great to have small fridge in entry area to put drinks into as it was hot days and would have loved a fridge to cool them down at night. Wifi worked well and owners friendly and helped park our car. We walked everywhere and its about a 10- 15 mins walk so no issue for us. We didn't have the breakfast so unable to comment. Rooms very clean. There are lots of Pansions and accommodation around Mostar if you have a car, maybe try another as it was expensive for what we got.

There were no surprises here. We got exactly what we thought we booked. The pension is in a very good location, just a couple of minutes by foot from the famous bridge and old town Mostar. Our room was great and we had a balcony with a view of the river. This is a family run pension and the family is great to deal with. Mom, dad and their son were all pleasant and very helpful. An added bonus is that mom makes homemade ice cream and stocks the shared freezer in the kitchen area with them. I had four of them and so did my wife. (Over two days) We have no qualms recommending Pension Nur and would gladly stay here again.

I was on a motorcycle trip of Slovenia, Croatia and Bosnia. I came to Mostar thinking I would spend one night and move on. I was so impressed by the city and this hotel that I stayed three nights. They were able to provide me with secure parking for my motorcycle, which was very important to me. They also gave me great recommendations for restaurants and sights. I didn't know what to expect from Mostar and Bosnia, but now I am trying to plan a trip to come back with my wife. Everything was wonderful. Thank you for making me feel so welcome!

Sarina and Nedjed make Pansion Cardak the amazing property that it is. Communication was always fast, either through email or through Expedia, and they greeted us on arrival. Nedjed helped park our car nearby the property - the road heading towards the Pansion is an older cobblestone road with small steps so if you're not confident with the drive and park, it was good to have that help. We booked for two nights and because I had made two different bookings due to a change of plans, we ended up having to change rooms. Sarina was very apologetic for it, but they were so helpful in moving all our things for us to the second room, which made the process so easy. Beds were comfortable, warm with firm mattresses and soft pillows. We had a view down the street, and was nice to see out in the mornings. Air conditioning worked perfectly. It is a room, but there was a communal dining area if needed. Toilets were clean, responsive hot water and good water pressure. Toiletries were provided and enough towels. Location was perfect, with steps leading down to Stari Most - just a five minute walk, and a five minute walk up to the Crooked Bridge. Location was super close to Old Town, shops and so convenient. Our hosts really went above and beyond to make the stay pleasant - would definitely recommend this property to anyone planning to visit Mostar.
