"Unbelievable Views * Unmatched Scenery: The sightseeing and views from the hotel are unbelievable—easily the best in the entire region. * The Atmosphere: The general hospitality and luxurious feel of the resort are exceptional and exactly what you expect from a top-tier brand. The Disappointments: * Check-In Delays & Poor Handling: We decided to upgrade our room upon arrival. While we made this decision late, the hotel took an relatively long time to prepare the room due to prior guest occupancy. We weren't checked in until nighttime, meaning our kids completely missed out on swimming. * Inflexible Service: Despite making us wait until night to check in, they rigidly enforced relatively an early check-out time, showing no flexibility or understanding to make up for their own delays. * Pricing Policies: The on-site upgrade price offered essentially almost zero savings compared to booking it early. Furthermore, their fee for an extra child is unreasonably high compared to other luxury hotels in Thailand. I strongly hope management reconsiders this policy. Overall: A stunning property with breathtaking, world-class views"

"As a chain hotel, its facilities, service, and cleanliness are all highly recommendable. The location is decent; while it's a bit of a distance from the beach, you can easily get there and to the night market by taking a motorcycle. The only thing to consider is that the hotel has many families, so rooms near the pool often come with the sounds of children playing. However, the hotel's service attitude was excellent; they helped us switch to a room further from the pool with a sea view and even gave us a complimentary mocktail voucher."
