Great large room Directly opposite the Maastricht station and bus station Walking distance to spa grocery store and 15mins walk to city centre Stairs to reception, no lift to reception - not good for disabled people - apparently the other entrance was locked but it has a platform for wheelchair accessibility to the reception/dining room and the lift to other levels. That would have been helpful instead of dragging my suitcase and backpack up about 10 steps to reception. Not good for disabled people with heart condition and brain injury and balance issues. There was no buzzer to call for assistance and couldn't leave suitcase on the street. They need to provide instructions to guests with disabilities to proceed to the other locked door and have a buzzer on that door. Other than that everything was great

This room with four single beds is larger than the bunk beds and more comfortable. Don't save that little money when traveling with a family. You should choose a larger room. It is simple and hygienic. The front desk is friendly. I left my luggage at the front desk for safekeeping the next day. I also noticed that the place where they put the luggage needs to be swiped by the front desk before entering, which is safer and more reliable.

The hotel was pretty good, and surprisingly, there were many Chinese guests. I walked down the hallway and all I heard was Chinese. The restaurant was nice; I had a meal there before sunset and it was unexpectedly delicious. It was very pleasant to enjoy good food outdoors while watching the sunset.

The reason for not choosing again is that: 1/The network of the room is very poor, 2/The door and the stairs are very noisy. 3/There is no elevator, luggage needs bracelets, the stairs are very narrow, and it is very hard to go up and down. 4/The bathroom has no shelf for bath liquid, and the scale can be placed on the ground.

Every time I go to Macheng, I will stay at this hotel. The location is first-rate. The hotel is just two intersections from the train station. It is only a bridge distance from the city center. The breakfast is also great, with freshly squeezed orange juice, various breads and eggs, yogurt and fruits. The service is also great!

But the friend said that it was not as good as the crown by the river looked at the atmosphere, mainly because the room was remodeled from the interior of the building, and the room was not as good as the international hotel.

2 daagjes Maastricht geboekt met m'n lieve mams. Heerlijk genoten van ons verblijf bij Hotel Haas Hustinx. Prachtig appartement, alles zeer schoon, heerlijke bedden en een mooi uitzicht op het Vrijthof. Het vriendelijke personeel stond altijd klaar bij vragen. Ook ideaal dat we onze auto iets verderop konden parkeren voor een redelijke prijs. En we hebben daarnaast goed genoten van de spa. Al met al een uitstekende ervaring.

We had three delicious days in this charming boutique hotel. No superfluous luxury, but just that authentic and cute feeling that it makes it so pleasant. The family room was surprisingly spacious enough place to meet just after a day in the city. The bed was beautiful, and the atmosphere in the room felt home and relaxed. We did not use breakfast because we would like to move back to the city to enjoy the many fun coffee and bakeries in Maastricht. There were a few small things that could better (such as a missing remote control and a safe that didn't want to open), and check-in is going to be completely digital without physical contact just used to but finally very handyly arranged. The city itself and the concert of the Bente ** in the music guitar A place where we'd come back for a pleasant weekend away.

A beautiful, atmosphereful hotel, where you look in the film spheres of the past. The 20s art-deco style is beautiful, atmosphereful and specially performed. If you are a movie fan (as I); a fine place to be. Where a cutting-up to the history of this property, an old cinema, really gives a nice touch and twist. I enjoyed a 3-daagse (2 nights) in the MABI hotel. The luxurious Canes spheres dining room, the luxurious mini-bioscope (with popcorn and chewing gum), the beautiful reception, the atmosphereful bar Twisted and the hotel room with black-white theme all have a unique and unique head or side role in this cinema setting. When you look at all kinds of fun (film-related) details in this hotel. The location is also fine, located on a quiet side street of the Maastricht market, everything is within the scope of the hands, and a lot of experience is to be seen and experienced at walking distance. Small note: I have not experienced a surprising wow factor in terms of hospitality during my stay. Staff often speak English. In terms of hospitality and personal attention, this hotel has not exceeded my expectation. But it was good and nice. So, in terms of location, atmosphere and interior. In any case, a adviser like you just want something different and certainly like you are a fan of films and the rich history of this beautiful property (pleasant to look for the history of this former first cinema of the Netherlands/Maastricht). Nice small details: the viewmaster in the room briefly tells the story of the hotel with a knife. ;) I will certainly return to the MABI hotel in Maastricht!

Hotel environment was good BUT : 1. Check in and check out timing. Four o'clock is very late for a check in. Global standard allows checking In as from 13.00 hours! Eleven o'clock is very early for checking out. Again global standard sets check out at 12.00 with possible extension to 14.00 hours. 2. The room was supposed to be ” comfort plus”. I experienced no special comfort or extra comfort for that matter. Room was standard in terms of size and equipment. 3. Reception staff allowed the ”concession” of checking out at 12.00 and went to considerable length stressing that it is a gross exception! Not the right attitude for a service organization.

However, some points could further improve experience: - It would be nice to have a telephone in the room so that you can easily reach the reception. - The bathroom suitcases would deserve to be larger to be more in line with the standing of the hotel. - Finally, the breakfast offered at €38 per person seemed a little limited to the price requested. It would either be enriched to match the price level shown more or be offered at a more consistent rate of €20 to €25. Despite these constructive remarks, we keep a very good memory of our stay and sincerely thank the entire team for its kindness and professionalism.

I booked a room with two double beds, one on top and one on the bottom, and the space was very clean and comfortable. Pros: 1. Free hot water and tea bags provided. 2. Breakfast options seemed limited, but it was tastier and cleaner than convenience store food. 3. Most areas were very clean, with no strange odors. 4. The location was very convenient. Cons: 1. The duvet and pillow had a slight smell and yellow stains. Luckily, clean duvet covers and pillowcases were provided, but the downside was having to put them on myself. After putting them on, the smell was much better. 2. The faucets in the shared bathroom were hard to turn, and there weren't many shelves, which was a bit inconvenient. However, it was a wet/dry separation bathroom, so showering was a little challenging but acceptable. 3. The shared kitchen and refrigerator were incredibly smelly; I would absolutely not use them. 4. Soundproofing was poor. 5. No elevator. More suitable for short stays of up to 3 days.

FRGuest UserWe have had a very pleasant stay in this 5-star hotel in Maastricht.   The hotel is elegant, ideally located, and the staff really do everything possible to make the clients feel good and enjoy their stay. Thanks to this attention and this warm welcome, we spent a great moment in this very beautiful city. However, some points could further improve experience: - It would be nice to have a telephone in the room so that you can easily reach the reception. - The bathroom suitcases would deserve to be larger to be more in line with the standing of the hotel. - Finally, the breakfast offered at €38 per person seemed a little limited to the price requested. It would either be enriched to match the price level shown more or be offered at a more consistent rate of €20 to €25. Despite these constructive remarks, we keep a very good memory of our stay and sincerely thank the entire team for its kindness and professionalism.

The hotel was pretty good, and surprisingly, there were many Chinese guests. I walked down the hallway and all I heard was Chinese. The restaurant was nice; I had a meal there before sunset and it was unexpectedly delicious. It was very pleasant to enjoy good food outdoors while watching the sunset.

Hotel environment was good BUT : 1. Check in and check out timing. Four o'clock is very late for a check in. Global standard allows checking In as from 13.00 hours! Eleven o'clock is very early for checking out. Again global standard sets check out at 12.00 with possible extension to 14.00 hours. 2. The room was supposed to be ” comfort plus”. I experienced no special comfort or extra comfort for that matter. Room was standard in terms of size and equipment. 3. Reception staff allowed the ”concession” of checking out at 12.00 and went to considerable length stressing that it is a gross exception! Not the right attitude for a service organization.

We've stayed at the Townhouse Hotel in Maastricht a few times now, and this visit was great once again. The staff are friendly, and the hotel itself is cozy and well-maintained. The rooms are clean with fantastic beds. The location of the Townhouse is superb, within walking distance of Maastricht's lively city center. All in all, highly recommended!

We had three delicious days in this charming boutique hotel. No superfluous luxury, but just that authentic and cute feeling that it makes it so pleasant. The family room was surprisingly spacious enough place to meet just after a day in the city. The bed was beautiful, and the atmosphere in the room felt home and relaxed. We did not use breakfast because we would like to move back to the city to enjoy the many fun coffee and bakeries in Maastricht. There were a few small things that could better (such as a missing remote control and a safe that didn't want to open), and check-in is going to be completely digital without physical contact just used to but finally very handyly arranged. The city itself and the concert of the Bente ** in the music guitar A place where we'd come back for a pleasant weekend away.
