The lobby is simple yet grand, and the front desk staff are professional and polite. They even gave us a free upgrade and the check-in process was very efficient. The room was neat and clean. It was such a smart choice to pick this Jinjiang Metropolo hotel for our family's transit stop in Hangzhou! It's very close to Hangzhou East Station, just a short walk from the exit, so no long taxi rides needed, which is very convenient when traveling with elderly people and children. The room's cleanliness was meticulous, with no strange odors, and the mattress firmness was just right. It was very quiet at night. The facilities were well-maintained, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were very convenient to use. The hotel breakfast is worth mentioning! There's a wide variety of options, including porridge, pastries, fruits, and hot dishes, all authentic in taste. Plus, with its excellent location near the East Station, you can still enjoy a leisurely breakfast even if you're catching an early high-speed train. The room was clean and cozy, and the service was thoughtful. Overall, the experience was fantastic. This is definitely our top choice for transit accommodation!

The room facilities were great, and it was very clean. Hangzhou hotels generally feel a bit more spacious, so that's a plus! The hotel is also conveniently located near a commercial area, perfect for shopping at Hema Fresh or grabbing a meal. However, it's a bit far from both subway stations, about a 15-minute walk. Cycling or driving would be more convenient. Oh, and the tea at Atour is really good, highly recommend it!

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom had no strange odors, and the hot water came on very quickly. The front desk attendant checked me in within minutes. The hallway was quiet and not noisy at all. The location was easy to find, and it was convenient to go out for meals and shopping. Downstairs, there were various convenience stores and small restaurants, so the amenities were complete. There were also enough power outlets for charging. It offers great value for money, with no hidden fees. My overall experience exceeded expectations, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling!

Because I worked near Josi, I chose this hotel. The arrival time on the same day was already late at night. I made a note on Ctrip, I hope it is a non-smoking room. The high floor is far from the elevator. The hotel well recognized my needs and was very enthusiastic about upgrading. Considering that I didn't book breakfast, I also gave a free breakfast. Thank you very much. Back to the topic, let's talk about the hotel's own stay experience. To be honest, it's not a last resort, I haven't stayed for a long time. Domestic non-chain brands also have 1 point before check-in. Actually, I think I should give a good price rating. First of all, I think the size of the room is OK, not crowded, and the equipment and facilities are very complete. The facilities are also very easy to use and no defects are found. Sleeping well all night. The breakfast the next morning, I think it should be praised, whether it is the variety. Or the service of the restaurant makes people feel like a spring breeze. Finally, I want to say two small flaws. First of all, the glass in the shower room is too dirty and has been covered with pulp. A little point is deducted here. Secondly, the cold dish cold mixing area of the breakfast room. There are some cold dishes. Unable to clamp, it means that the ice may be too long. The above two small suggestions are that the hotel can improve immediately at low cost. Finally, I want to say a little extra topic. I understand the hotel very much. Need to be praised on a third-party platform. But I personally don't accept it. The active invitation-style way to give praise. It is even more unacceptable to let customers comment according to the wishes of the hotel in a rewarding way. Of course, this is my pure personal feeling. The overall flaw of the hotel is not concealed, it is still recommended to stay, especially in the Josi area. Is a good choice.

The front desk staff were super friendly and communicated promptly, and the customer service staff were also very kind and approachable. The room was very comfortable. Wanda Plaza and Euro-America Plaza are nearby, making entertainment very convenient. It's also very close to the subway and bus stations. The hotel parking lot is spacious and free. The value for money is excellent. Although it's a newly opened hotel, it was a very comfortable stay. I will choose this hotel again for my next trip. Five-star rating!!

I even skipped the car wash they offered, and they surprised me with a birthday cake – talk about burning calories! When we went to the kids' play area, the staff member was so warm and immediately turned on the lights and A/C. Highly recommend! Overall stay was nice in the hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast had many western and Chinese options, which were good. Our package included indoor hot-spring experience which was suitable considering the cold weather outside. Only disappointment was 'Nausicaa of the Wind Tour Ticket' which was included in the package while booking from trip.com. In trip.com under package details it was mentioned that it was a scenic stop/park and we thought entry to that place is free but additional rides are payable. This information was absolutely misleading as after wasting lot of time, the information we received (after calling the provided contact number, talking with Hotel staff) was 'Nausicaa of the Wind Tour Ticket' was not located in or nearby the hotel but was in a totally far-off place. No clear information was provided by calling the contact number on how to use the offer as mentioned in trip.com booked package description. Either trip.com should remove that offer or provide a clear description about the location of that place, with pictures if possible, otherwise people will feel lucrative about the offer and go for the booking which actually is misleading.

We went for the infinity pool, with its mountain and water views. The location is nice, but I had to drive to find my room. Even the navigation system couldn't find it, and I had to ask the staff along the way. The only downside is that everything within the resort requires a shuttle bus, which is a long wait. When the bus arrives, you have to ask the driver if it's on your way; if it isn't, you won't be given a seat. There's no one to maintain order, and when it's crowded, there's always scrambling for a seat, sometimes even arguments. For food, we chose the à la carte Chinese restaurant, which cost over 700 yuan. The next day, we went to the pet park, but there were only a few sheep and sika deer, and a bag of carrots cost 20 yuan. Overall, the value for money isn't great, and it's worth just experiencing.

I originally booked this hotel for the convenience of taking my child to Rotten Apple Park (which is directly opposite the hotel, and Hangzhou Paradise is even closer, just across the road). However, the hotel's service was a wonderful surprise, especially the butler, Ranran. She was so enthusiastic, adding me on WeChat beforehand to greet me. Upon check-in, she escorted me to my room, introducing the hotel's features along the way (she had already prepared the child's bed rail and potty that I requested in the room). She responded promptly to all my WeChat requests (providing bath bags, refilling bottled water, etc.). She even thoughtfully reminded me of meal times and locations before dinner and had a deer-shaped cart ready for my child when we went downstairs (my child absolutely loved it). The First World Hotel is a hotel with a strong tropical feel (in a Southeast Asian style). It's very large and has a domed garden with many tropical plants (the hotel upgraded our room to one with a terrace, which opens directly to this garden. It rained on our first day, but there was no rain noise at all in the room). The hotel also has the Yunman Hot Springs, which I didn't get to try this time as I didn't bring a bathrobe, but it looked great, and I plan to come back for it! There's ample parking. I arrived by high-speed rail, and the front desk even proactively asked if I drove and if I needed a parking voucher. Overall, as a family-friendly hotel, it made me, a first-time solo parent traveling with a young child, feel incredibly well taken care of. I will definitely be back! The hotel offers packages that include park tickets, and guests can get a discount on amusement park tickets (I forgot the exact price, but you can ask the hotel).

This has honestly been one of the most satisfying hotels I've ever stayed at. Everything from the service to the facilities, environment, and even the small amenities was excellent, easily on par with a luxury hotel costing 3,000. Hangzhou's hotel scene is incredibly competitive! I initially thought it was next to the scenic area, but it's actually *within* it, so the environment is lovely, and the butler service is incredibly thoughtful. The room's location is excellent. I booked a river view room and enjoyed the beautiful scenery of the Fuchun River in the morning and evening. Especially on the first day, it was rainy, and seeing the misty Fuchun River was absolutely stunning. The hotel also has many other facilities, like an infinity pool and a small animal feeding area, which are great for couples and kids. The hotel has its own restaurant, Wangjianglou, which was quite good. Because it was raining, we didn't go out to find food and just ate there. The food tasted great! 👍👍👍 The service was also excellent. Initially, I couldn't book the hotel for the first night and only managed to book for the following day. Unexpectedly, I found an available room in the morning, but it was a different room type. I read a lot of negative reviews before coming, so my expectations weren't very high. Naturally, every experience and feeling exceeded them. First, regarding the complaints about poor hygiene and facilities, I didn't experience that at all. The room had both air conditioning and underfloor heating, so it was very warm as soon as I entered. Everywhere I went was also very clean (perhaps because Phase 3 is newer). I also didn't find the service to be poor; in fact, I felt that every staff member I encountered was very polite. As for the hot springs, the pools in Phases 2 and 3 are a bit spread out and require a shuttle bus. Aside from the most popular influencer-heavy pool, the water quality in the other pools was quite good. Objective issues: We arrived late for dinner and could only be seated in the outdoor makeshift dining area. Although there were heaters and windbreaks, it couldn't be fully enclosed, and with a slight breeze in January, it still felt a bit chilly. (Our breakfast and dinner were buffets included in the package, and the food was really mediocre. If it's not part of your package, I wouldn't recommend paying for it; there are many restaurants nearby.) Also, walking between the hot springs can be quite cold (even though the shuttle buses have curtains). Overall, my family was very satisfied, and I hope to have such a good experience again next time.

The rooms and environment are all great. My only minor suggestion is that certain entertainment and lifestyle amenities should be communicated to guests upfront before check-in, rather than waiting for them to ask. For example, information about the hotel's restaurants, bars, laundry services, and ironing facilities could be provided in a consolidated manner beforehand. The breakfast was really good, with a wide variety of choices, and it was quite tasty. For those who enjoy spicy food, I highly recommend the 'Jiaomaji' (Sichuan peppercorn chicken) at the Chinese restaurant – it's a generous portion and absolutely delicious!

We had a wonderful 2-night stay here with our family. The service exceeded our expectations: there was a dedicated butler following up throughout our stay, who was proactive, enthusiastic, and attentive to our needs. The hygiene, environment, and facilities were satisfactory, though not exceptionally outstanding. The shower and bathtub were great, but the toilet wasn't smart. The minibar didn't have a coffee machine, and the green tea was in tea bags. It would have been even better if it were Longjing tea leaves, but I guess the tea bags are uniformly purchased by the hotel group. Food delivery requires going downstairs to pick it up or asking staff to bring it up. The direct access to Kerry Centre from the 2nd floor was particularly excellent, making it convenient for shopping and effortlessly exploring many dining options. Breakfast was quite busy, but not to the extent of needing to queue. The food selection was abundant and replenished promptly. Cold cuts like smoked salmon and salami were of good quality. Freshly fried sesame balls and Youtiao (fried dough sticks), freshly baked local specialty flatbreads, egg pancakes, and tofu pudding satisfied our Chinese palates. The breakfast service was proactive and thoughtful. For taxis or cars, the surrounding roads are prone to heavy traffic. If taking the subway, walking from the hotel to the turnstiles requires passing through a shopping mall and a rather long underground commercial street, which is actually about five to six hundred meters. So, getting around was not as convenient as we had anticipated.

The Dahua Hotel is a well-established, older hotel with an excellent location and environment, no doubt about it. We've always loved this kind of historical and culturally rich atmosphere. My husband and I stayed at the Dahua Hotel in Kuala Lumpur and absolutely loved it! So when we came to Hangzhou this time, we decisively booked here. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety of dishes, and the taste was delicious – definitely a testament to its long-standing reputation. Now, about the room and other facilities. First, we chose a standard room, but upon arriving, we found it to be incredibly small, with very limited space to move around. The bathroom was also cramped in every corner. Additionally, the swimming pool was quite small. When we went, only the very bottom locker was available, and we found it to be quite dirty with ants along the edges. This was a bit disappointing. However, the water quality in the pool was excellent! One fantastic perk is that the hotel offers guests complimentary West Lake boat tours, which is great value for money. Thumbs up! What also impressed me was the hotel staff's professionalism; they always greeted us warmly and helped with our luggage every time we saw them! Overall, our stay was very good. It's super convenient. If you're queuing for a hand-rowed boat and need to use the restroom, you can just pop back to the hotel. I had a layover in Hangzhou and chose the Grand Metropark Hotel, located in the city center. Overall, my experience was excellent, with warm service, a prime location, and a rich cultural atmosphere. 📍 **Perfect Location, Easy Access to West Lake** The hotel is situated on the bustling Pinghai Road, about a 10-15 minute walk from West Lake. Intime Department Store, Wushan Night Market, and a subway station are all within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and entertainment. There's also an airport shuttle stop right outside, which is a huge plus for air travelers. 🤝 **Service is the Highlight, Thanks for the Room Upgrade** I can't praise the hotel's service enough. From the front desk to housekeeping, the staff were all incredibly enthusiastic and attentive. The biggest surprise was during check-in when the front desk proactively upgraded my standard king room to an executive suite. The extra space was much appreciated, and I truly thank them for this thoughtful gesture. Any requests I had during my stay were promptly addressed, reflecting the deep service quality of a seasoned five-star hotel. 🎋 **Suite Facilities Showcase Unique Chinese Charm** The executive suite's amenities were truly impressive. The bookshelf was filled with classic Chinese books, and picking one up to read felt like a touch of ancient elegance. The desk featured the 'Four Treasures of the Study' (writing brush, ink stick, ink slab, and paper), making you want to try your hand at calligraphy. There was also a Go board, perfect for a leisurely game with family, adding a unique charm. After a busy day, soaking in the massage bathtub melted away all my fatigue. These thoughtful touches elevated the entire stay beyond mere accommodation; it felt like an immersive cultural journey, which my elders particularly enjoyed. 🏨 **The Unique Charm of an Established Hotel** As one of Hangzhou's older five-star hotels, it lacks the superficiality of newer establishments, instead exuding a settled and composed elegance. The guest rooms are spacious and grand, and both the cleanliness and bedding comfort were top-notch. The hotel's spiral staircase has a charming retro feel, and many guests take photos there, with every shot looking like a professional masterpiece.

This resort hotel boasts spacious rooms and common areas, with impressively wide corridors. The natural environment is beautiful, exuding the distinct Liangzhu aesthetic. The kettle is of good quality, I looked it up – it's a Cotell, the kind you find in five-star hotels. However, the TV in the room has quite poor resolution. The breakfast buffet runs from 7:00-10:00, but the selection isn't huge, and the broccoli was practically raw. The coffee machine is a plus, offering several options. The hotel is conveniently close to Yubird Market, just a ten-minute walk. The cut stone on the shower floor has very sharp edges; it looks quite painful. There's a hot spring here, Yuelan Hot Spring, which was 69 yuan per person during the special offer – a very reasonable price, considering a bathhouse in a small town costs the same. The pillows aren't great; I wish they would switch to more comfortable sleep pillows.

West Lake, Lingyin Temple Scenic Area Hangzhou|4.64km from city center
Compared to the spacious and convenient Wang Hotel, this one leans more towards the winding charm of a Jiangnan garden. We stayed in Building 8 this time, and the room was very spacious. The layout, with the walk-in closet, bathroom, shower room, and bedroom, was well-designed for distinct areas. The nightlight design didn't disturb our sleep at all, which was very thoughtful. The hot water came on instantly (maximum comfort!). The cleaning and turndown service staff were excellent, and the gatekeepers at the south entrance were very friendly, proactively asking if we needed a buggy. Due to a change in our itinerary, we didn't get to experience Ziwei Hall or the Vinegar Fish, but I hope to have the chance to try them next time. The hotel is right on Yanggong Causeway, making it incredibly convenient to get to places like Viewing Fish at Flower Pond, Maojiabu, Turtle Pond, and Su Causeway. There's a bus stop called 'Air Force Sanatorium' right outside the entrance with multiple routes to choose from, and a leisurely stroll along the tree-lined path of Yanggong Causeway is very pleasant. When checking in, the staff recommended a paid upgrade to a lake-view room, but only mentioned the lake and pagoda views, without proactively mentioning the room size or the age of the facilities. I had done some research beforehand and decided to stick with Building 8. I had requested a room with an open view in my notes, but was assigned a ground-floor room very far down, almost at the end. Although it was a courtyard room, the view was obstructed by plants and not open enough, and there was no garden view to enjoy (at least a second-floor unit could have been arranged). This was a bit disappointing.

West Lake, Lingyin Temple Scenic Area Hangzhou|3.65km from city center
I chose the Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake for our summer vacation with my baby, and the overall experience was incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a handicraft area perfect for kids and a clean, comfortable swimming pool – just right for some leisurely fun with the little one. Wandering through the hotel's back garden, every step reveals elegant Jiangnan garden scenery. I found out the hotel also offers a complimentary travel photoshoot service, so I booked a session. The photographer was excellent at capturing the garden's beauty and skilled at catching my baby's lively, natural moments. The final photos were incredibly atmospheric and far exceeded my expectations. Staying here for a family trip allows for a quiet and pleasant vacation atmosphere, plus you get a whole set of beautiful travel photos for free. It's hassle-free and creates lasting memories, making it ideal for a short getaway with kids.

Xixi Wetland Park Area Hangzhou|6.57km from city center
Although the hotel is a bit old, the hardware is generally well-maintained. However, the cleanliness needs improvement, especially on the balcony where the railings were dusty – even though it's an outdoor area, it still needs better upkeep! Inside, the diamond-patterned room divider, which was trendy back in the day, is indeed hard to clean, but I'm sure the housekeeping department will be able to handle it once they notice it ✊. The breakfast selection is limited; it's filling, but doesn't quite match the hotel's star rating. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. From the concierge to the front desk, the restaurant staff, and even the occasional encounter with housekeeping, everyone was warm, polite, and attentive. Olive, who I contacted via WeChat, was incredibly responsive and efficient in handling any requests, even those I just casually mentioned. For someone who values service above all else, this more than made up for the shortcomings I noted earlier. 😂

This Hyatt hotel is located inside the airport, which is a fantastic location right next to the immigration and departure floors. It meant we didn't have to get to the airport too early to wait. The bedding was comfortable. Breakfast only started at 6:00 AM, so we just grabbed a breakfast box which had a bottle of milk and four pieces of bread/cake. In the evening, there was a live singer at the restaurant, which created a very relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. Thumbs up! 👍🏻

This hotel near West Lake offers excellent value for money. It's very conveniently located, though the room had an inner window and soundproofing wasn't the best. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find a gym and laundry room available. The facilities are quite comprehensive, and there's a spacious, pleasant terrace where you can relax and take photos. All the facilities are well-maintained and easy to use, and the service was very attentive. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. They even offer two types of pillows, firm and soft, to choose from. It's incredibly good value for money, especially with the free airport shuttle service. You just need to book it at the front desk. Shuttles to the airport run every half hour, and pickups from the airport are hourly.

This is an older hotel with convenient multi-story parking. Its location is excellent, right next to a subway entrance, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The service was warm and attentive. On the downside, the facilities are a bit dated, the hotel's overall space feels cramped, the toiletries are mediocre, and the breakfast is just average.

The room was quite spacious and very clean! There was plenty of room for all five of us to hang out without feeling cramped. All the room amenities, including the towels, were disposable, and the shower had amazing water pressure, making for a really comfortable wash. They even had a small mirror with a white vanity light, which was great for putting on makeup. The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to City Station Exit D, and only two stops from Longxiang Bridge. Sending packages was also very convenient, as the delivery people came with trolleys to collect them.

A family trip, we stayed at Hao Hostel. This hotel truly matches its pictures and offers great value, especially considering it's located right in the scenic area! 📍Location: The hotel is right on the Southern Song Imperial Street pedestrian area. A few minutes' walk brings you to nearby Hefang Street, Leifeng Pagoda, Drum Tower, snack streets, Hu Xueyan's former residence, West Lake, Phoenix Mosque, and Deshou Palace. There's also a Lawson convenience store, tea houses, coffee shops, Starbucks, and a Hao Xiang Lai supermarket with various eateries near Metro Exit C – all quite affordable! For those arriving by taxi or driving: Set your GPS to the hotel's back entrance – Guangfu Road No. 57, or Hao Hostel parking lot! Metro 🚇: A 4-6 minute walk to Ding'an Road Exit D/C [Strongly recommended]! 🛏️ Room: The hotel rooms are cozy and clean. It's been quite hot in Hangzhou recently, so the room felt a bit stuffy. Rooms come with bottled water, coffee, and tea bags. You can see a nice view from the window – a villa area across the way offers a unique charm. 💁 Service: The front desk staff were very warm and friendly. We arrived early before check-in time, and they kindly extended our check-out by 2 PM for free. If a room is available, you can check in early; otherwise, they offer complimentary luggage storage. Overall, the value for money is quite high. There's a lobby where you can chat, and it also has a coffee machine and tea bags. If you're visiting Hangzhou, you can confidently book this place. Plus, if you want to explore more after checking out, the hotel offers free luggage storage. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time! ✨ Amenities: - 1st floor provides free water dispensers (cold/hot), a coffee machine, and an ice maker. - 1st floor also has 2 washing machines, 2 dryers, 2 treadmills, and 1 garment steamer. 📍 Attractions: - West Lake: 26-minute walk / 1 metro stop (Longxiang Bridge Exit C) - Hu Xueyan's Former Residence: 16-minute walk - Deshou Palace: 20 minutes from the hotel - i77: 27-minute walk / Metro Line 1, 3 minutes - Intime Department Store: 12-minute walk - Lingyin Temple Bus Terminal: 38 minutes – The hotel is a 3-minute walk from Bus No. 7 stop. - Phoenix Mosque: Turn right upon exiting the hotel. - Prince Bay Park Bus No. 4: 36 minutes – 13-minute walk to the bus stop. - Qingshan Lake: Metro Line 1 to Wulin Square, then transfer to Line 3 to Lvting Road, then transfer to Line 16. - Wangweishan Mountain: Approximately 1 hour. 📍 Stations: - Hangzhou Station: Metro Line 1, 3 minutes. - Hangzhou East Station: Metro Line 1, 17 minutes. - Hangzhou West Station: Metro Line 1 to West Lake Cultural Plaza, then transfer to Metro Line 19, 35 minutes. - Xiaoshan Airport: Metro Line 1 to West Lake Cultural Plaza, then transfer to Metro Line 19, 29 minutes. For travelers coming to Hangzhou, Hangzhou Station and Hangzhou East Station are prioritized as they offer a very short commute to the hotel!!! Hangzhou Station is a 15-minute walk to our hotel, so if you're not too tired, you can easily stroll there!!

The soundproofing between the two rooms was quite poor; it was very noisy next door at night. The front desk was very proactive in helping and said they would promptly remind the neighbors. What was most surprising, actually, was the downstairs fast-food restaurant – delicious and affordable, which was a pleasant bonus. There's a large clothes rack, so you can hang a lot of clothes. Overall, the experience was pretty good.
