I chose this Atour hotel to attend a concert at the Big Lotus. There aren't many dining options nearby late at night, so ordering takeout is necessary. The room itself was spacious, very clean, and odor-free. The only minor drawback was that the showerhead in the bathroom seems to be from the original construction and couldn't be replaced. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. The staff at the front desk, both the gentlemen and ladies, were all very helpful.

First off, we were greeted by an incredibly warm front desk staff who gave us a free upgrade to a deluxe king room – and wow, it was huge! Super luxurious! We really indulged ourselves! The room facilities were very complete, with both a shower and a bathtub, and a great wet/dry separation in the incredibly spacious bathroom! Room service was excellent, very quick to respond. The hotel itself is very grand, with many hot springs pools, and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, all very comfortable. The restaurants are also very impressive, and there are several of them. The variety of food was extensive, definitely great value for money! Transportation was also very convenient, with a Sinopec gas station right at the entrance.

The hotel was great. We originally booked for the 9th to the 11th, but saw that a typhoon was coming with heavy rain expected on the 9th. So, we discussed with the hotel to move our stay forward to the 5th, checking out on the 7th instead. Since our original room type was fully booked, they graciously upgraded us for free to a Deluxe Mountain View Room. The room was spacious at 50 square meters, had a huge balcony, and a smart toilet. The highlight for me was the walk-in closet, which perfectly fit our two suitcases. The hotel service was excellent. We could get as much bottled water as we needed. The front desk staff personally showed us to our room, helped with our luggage, and even took us to the Tianmu Ancient Kiln Art Museum. Their service was very thoughtful and left us extremely satisfied.

With whimsical jungle murals covering the walls, the room featured its own slide, a ball pit, cute mushroom stools, a king-size bed, and a children's bunk bed. Lele went wild as soon as we entered the room, completely oblivious to the pouring rain outside 🌧️. The stay included two children's buffet breakfasts daily and a choice of three theme park tickets. We opted for the 'Rotten Apple Park' on a rainy day, and my kid had an absolute blast 🎢. The hotel's attention to detail in service was exceptional. Robots delivered meals and afternoon tea, and the fruit and tea snacks were exquisite and comforting 🍵. I highly recommend the hotel's travel photography service! Photographer Qing He was excellent at guiding us, capturing natural and stunning shots. From the pool and the rocking horse in the lobby to every corner of our room, the photos looked like they were from a magazine. I couldn't bear to delete any of them, so I decisively purchased the entire set 📸. The central atrium's heated pool, surrounded by lush tropical greenery, created an amazing atmosphere. It's a one-stop destination for dining, entertainment, and fun for kids, all without leaving the hotel. I have to give it a huge shout-out – the location was incredibly convenient, only 2 kilometers from the Daming Mountain scenic area, making getting to and from the ski resort a breeze. Dinner needs to be booked the night before, and all the ingredients were freshly sourced, so we could eat right after our ski trip. The hot, home-style dishes were delicious! The room was impeccably clean, even the corners were spotless. The thoughtful staff had turned on the underfloor heating and central air conditioning beforehand, so the room was warm and cozy as soon as we entered, instantly relieving all our fatigue. After exploring West Lake, we decided to switch to Xianghu Lake for a few relaxing days, and just stay put at the hotel. So we booked Xiaoyao. Originally, I booked a deluxe suite in the main building for one night and a deluxe villa for another, but then I didn't want to move my luggage. The front desk staff who checked us in was incredibly nice and upgraded us to a family villa for both nights, showing great flexibility and thoughtfulness for guests! The butlers at Xiangyuan are all wonderful, especially Leon, who tries his best to meet guests' needs. There was also a female front desk staff member at Xiangyuan who, because my member coffee voucher wasn't showing up, gave me her own voucher! The variety and quality of fruits, drinks, and snacks at the book bar were excellent. The villa area is quite spacious, with the family villas located in a more mountainous area. However, there's a pond in front of the door, making it relatively independent and tranquil. You can even feed small fish. My child practiced the flute in this courtyard, and I joked, 'It gathers the essence of heaven and earth, absorbing the spirit of the sun and moon!'

There are lawns and canopies at the foot of the mountain. The lighting atmosphere is particularly good at night. The gurgling stream is very healing in the deep nature. The frog calls can be heard clearly at night. The room layout is very special. The children like it very much. The starry sky room is booked. When you look up, there is an automatic skylight. I cannot recommend this place enough! My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights and honestly considered to postpone our flight back to Guangzhou just to extend our stay 🤣 The service is exceptional, offering to carry our luggages and help us with our itinerary. Felt like a big warm family :) The included breakfast is also delicious! The room itself is so beautiful, wonderfully decorated, and the view is mind blowing. There are so many animals in the guesthouse too, we loved the 3 cats and 2 bearded dragons. Full marks go to the hotel's housekeeping staff! Their attention to detail was exceptional. We stayed for several nights, and the housekeepers must have noticed our clothes hanging up and the partially used toothpaste, because they thoughtfully provided laundry detergent and a new tube of toothpaste, plus extra bottles of water. While the hotel would certainly fulfill any requests we made, this kind of attention to detail and feeling of being cared for is truly wonderful. The hotel's breakfast offers a great variety and is delicious. The location is perfect, making it super convenient for shopping at Yintai or visiting West Lake. The subway station is right outside, and behind the hotel are the night market and food street. The mattress was very comfortable – not too soft – and everything was clean and hygienic. Hangzhou is such a warm and inviting city, with great food and fun things to do. We'll definitely come back next time, and we'll stay at Zhejiang Hotel again! The Tianxiang Tower downstairs is a long-standing Hangzhou cuisine restaurant. Our schedule was too packed this time to try it, but we absolutely must on our next visit.

The hotel also features a viewing platform on the 6th floor where guests can admire the beautiful scenery of West Lake. Amenities include a buffet restaurant, meeting rooms, an executive lounge, a lobby bar, a gym, and a swimming pool. Even after the summer holidays, the hotel's occupancy rate remains quite high, with a good mix of domestic and international tourists. After 8 AM, it can even be challenging to find a seat in the buffet restaurant. The service is quite impressive; the staff are warm and courteous. Check-in and check-out procedures are very convenient, and for my first stay, I was upgraded to an executive floor. The breakfast quality meets five-star hotel standards. While there aren't many Chinese pastries, options include steamed buns, fried dough sticks, spring rolls, steamed corn, and yams, along with some Zhejiang specialties like Pianchuan (noodles) and Wenzhou glutinous rice. Western options include various breads, grilled sausages, bacon, fried eggs, and omelets. There's a good selection of Western desserts, plenty of fresh fruit, homemade yogurt, and a wide variety of freshly squeezed juices. However, the nut selection is a bit limited. The price ranges from around 700 to 1000+ RMB, which is relatively affordable for a five-star chain hotel by West Lake. Overall, the environment is very quiet, the hardware facilities are good, the location is excellent, and the service is attentive and polite. My overall stay experience was quite good.

I had a fantastic stay! The studio room I chose was fully equipped and spotlessly clean. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. You absolutely have to check out the Sky Mirror on the 13th floor, the hotel's rooftop! The 'blue hour' after sunset creates an incredible ambiance, perfect for stunning, atmospheric photos. The hotel's location is a huge plus, offering convenient transportation and close proximity to Plaza 66 and Hubin IN 77, making shopping a breeze. The hotel's swimming pool is a 25-meter heated pool, and the way light spills into the water from the side walls creates beautiful reflections and makes for great photos. Both the overall facilities and the location are excellent. I also want to extend a big thank you to the concierge, who kindly allowed for a late check-out because my little one was still sleeping. The Dahua Hotel boasts an excellent location right by West Lake. Its back gate, accessible with a key card, leads directly to the Nine-Turn Bridge, and the hotel's exclusive cruise ship is moored nearby. The breakfast is a definite highlight; you can eat there for two days straight without repeating dishes. The handmade noodles with toppings are particularly delicious, and the fruits and vegetables are fresh. We stayed on the third floor of Building 3, right next to West Lake Tiandi. The bar's live singer had a great voice, which we could hear clearly even through the glass. The hotel's service was impeccable; they were always ready to assist. We asked for wine glasses, and enjoyed red wine and music in our room, feeling just like we were at a bar.

I booked a 4-day, 3-night package at the Shangri-La Hotel, Hangzhou, through WeChat Channels, and enjoyed a vacation there from September 9th to September 12th. The hotel is ideally located at the intersection of Beishan Street and Gushan Road, an area rich in Republican-era history. A stroll along West Lake leads directly to Broken Bridge, making its prime location a key reason I chose it for my getaway. The 4-day, 3-night package was all-inclusive (breakfast buffet, afternoon tea buffet, happy hour with dinner buffet including drinks and alcoholic beverages, a boat tour, and a travel photoshoot). I was extremely satisfied with the experience; it offered incredible value for money! I especially want to commend the restaurant staff, Xiao Li, Xiao Zheng, Xiao Chen, and Xiao Liao, for their warm, thoughtful, and responsive service, which made me feel right at home. I heard the hotel is undergoing renovations next year. If they offer another 4-day, 3-night package, I'd definitely book it again, as West Lake in late autumn is even more alluring!

The breakfast was adequate, but the quality wasn't great; the frozen wontons and noodles had no texture. However, the auntie serving the noodles was very friendly and had a good memory. The fruit at the restaurant wasn't very fresh either. I hope they can improve the breakfast quality, then it would be perfect. I love it so much... 🥺 My only minor complaint is that it seems a bit far from the city center (and the Hangzhou International Expo Center?), but it's super close to the East Railway Station! The service is outstanding! Housekeeping is super diligent and doesn't even need prompting, and everyone is incredibly friendly TT The front desk even helped me mail a package when I was rushing to catch my train! Getting takeout is also really convenient, and they actually have a fridge, induction cooktop, and a working kettle... This is the only hotel I've ever stayed in while traveling where I dared to use the kettle (lol). It was like opening a mystery box and finding out this one actually *shines*. Ugh, I'll definitely be back! Even if it's far from the expo center, I'll put up with it!

The location is superb, right on Hubin Road, the most bustling street by West Lake. It's next to in77 and right by the West Lake Musical Fountain. There's a sightseeing bus stop at the entrance, and the boat pier is just a short walk away. This location is incredibly convenient. The room also exceeded my expectations. What's even better is that we could enjoy the West Lake view, Leifeng Pagoda, and the boats directly from our room while sipping tea. It was truly refreshing! Even more delightful was the hotel's service and warmth. During check-in, we met the lovely manager Xiao Bao, who was incredibly nice. She helped coordinate our room and even arranged a wheelchair for our outing, making this trip with my parents to West Lake feel especially warm and pleasant! From now on, Grand Hyatt will be my top choice whenever I visit West Lake!

The service was excellent. Considering I was traveling with a child, they upgraded our room. We had a dedicated butler, Xixi, who provided thoughtful and prompt service. During our stay, we encountered a cleaning lady who proactively helped when our room card wasn't working. We also met staff at the 'Top Player' coin exchange who, even before opening hours, helped my eager child exchange coins for toys. Another instance was a lady selling items at 'Fantasy Island' who offered us a plastic bag for our socks. Overall, the staff were warm, attentive, and generous, making for a very comfortable experience. It would be even better if the bathroom faucets had baby hand-washing extenders, and if the opening hours for the amusement facilities could be adjusted to 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM, and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. This would allow both staff and children to rest and enjoy the facilities better. Overall, it was a good experience, and I hope Senbo continues to improve!

The hotel is conveniently close to Yubird Market, just a ten-minute walk. The cut stone on the shower floor has very sharp edges; it looks quite painful. There's a hot spring here, Yuelan Hot Spring, which was 69 yuan per person during the special offer – a very reasonable price, considering a bathhouse in a small town costs the same. The pillows aren't great; I wish they would switch to more comfortable sleep pillows.

This stay, I'd especially like to thank Ethan for his warm and thoughtful arrangements. Ethan is gentle, polite, meticulous, and professional – highly recommend! The executive lounge offers a view of West Lake, and the hotel breakfast is also good! On the other hand, the male front desk staff who checked me in was very unprofessional. He initially said there were no rooms available and that I'd have to wait because they were still being cleaned. A moment later, he asked if a 'care room' would be acceptable, mentioning it had accessibility handrails. After I politely declined, he then offered an upgraded room. After I thanked him, he pretended to type a few things and then said that room was a connecting room. After I declined again, he then said this one was a completely normal room, acting as if he was giving me a huge favor, even though I had booked a normal room! Was he trying to push all the undesirable rooms on me alone? After waiting for an hour and coming back, the room still wasn't ready, and I had to wait a bit longer! I originally wanted to leave a negative review, but then Ethan enthusiastically introduced the hotel facilities and made excellent arrangements. The housekeeping staff was very polite, and the executive lounge and breakfast were good, so I'll let it slide!! Please train your front desk staff on how to speak. We're not ******; do you really think guests don't understand these sales tactics? We just choose not to expose them!

The swimming pool was absolutely amazing, and the gym with its beautiful view of the pool made the whole experience even more relaxing. Since it was my first time visiting, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find the place, but as soon as I stepped out of the airport, those concerns vanished. The name was on the signboard, and there were directions along the hallway, so I reached the hotel in just a few minutes. The room was spacious and clean. I slept soundly on the low pillow. I feel at ease knowing I can catch an early flight the next day. I’d definitely stay here again. It was a huge help not having to wait in line thanks to the priority card for safety inspections. The Mercure Lakeside had a fantastic National Day atmosphere, and the front desk even gave out small national flag accessories during check-in. The room hygiene was well-maintained, and the facilities were in good condition. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of hot food, with a good mix of Chinese and Western options.
