It should be the first time that Wanxiang has run a hotel, so everything is very generous. The hotel is called Manor. Generally, the registered names that can use "Manor" and "Manor" need to be worthy of the name. The hotel covers a super large area, with birds singing and flowers blooming, surrounded by mountains and rivers, and the scenery is so beautiful. The whole feeling of the West Lake State Guesthouse, desperately breathing oxygen, exhaling the old and absorbing the new is right. It's just that the villa is a little far from the front desk restaurant and so on. You have to take a shuttle bus every time, which is a little inconvenient to travel. The main reason is that there is no management of an international hotel group, and there is still a lack of training. Villa guests can enjoy various drinks, fruits, and snacks at the front desk for free. They are all Sam's things, with quality assurance and very real. But it lacks a little bit of the luxury of a luxury hotel. The birthday cake is very thoughtful and delicious, even better than the welcome cakes I had at St. Regis Macau and Wynn Palace. The room is also spacious and bright, with complete and modern facilities and equipment; the shuttle bus is available on call, and the service is warm. There are many places to play in Xianghu Lake around the hotel, which can be played for two or three days. The hotel room price is not expensive in Hangzhou, and it is very generous to send fruits and drinks. I am also very satisfied with the hotel's travel photography. I like every one of the 3 free photos. I am already planning to come again in autumn, and I hope to have time to stay for a few more days.

Overall, the hotel service is in place, the scenery is pleasant, staying in the mountains and forests, walking, away from the hustle and bustle of the world, a great holiday experience. The front desk also upgraded to a deluxe villa when checking in, and my friend and I were given two villas door to door, which is really great. This time I stayed in Xiangyuan, the villa area, and was upgraded to a high-end villa, a suite on the second floor. The hotel is relatively new, but the hardware is pretty good, with a new Chinese style. The service is also very considerate, I have to give thumbs up to the butler. The breakfast categories are relatively complete, and the special sesame pancakes are so delicious that I didn’t have time to take pictures. There are Zhaowangcheng Mountain and Xianghu Lake nearby. I climbed the mountain in the afternoon of the first day. I didn't work out as planned on the second day. I visited the gym. The equipment was quite complete and the indoor swimming pool felt pretty good. I'll try it again next time.

A very good hotel! I stayed here when it first opened and felt that the dining area was a little inferior. There was a sudden power outage, and the emergency response capabilities were inadequate, so I shook my head again. I found out the duty manager who handled the docking at that time, and I decided to go again because of Xiangyuan.

I feel that this is the top-level manor in Zhejiang. I specially chose this manor for my mother's birthday. I was not disappointed at all. The service was amazing. The breakfast was also very delicious. We also chose an outdoor breakfast. The elderly and children were very satisfied. I will choose this place again next time if there is a special arrangement. A small suggestion: the parent-child component can be a little better, such as the Huzhou Giraffe Manor.
