The location is great and the value for money is really good. It seems worth using again next time. It was interesting to see that there was also a hammam bathtub. I think the small meal was okay.

Отель в целом неплохой. Ремонт немного старый. Вид на аварийную лестницу и стену был из номера. Не было туалетной бумаги в туалете. Душ встроенный в стену неудобно мыться. Есть тапочки, шампунь, гель для душа, кондиционер для волос. Завтрак более менее. Расположение отличное. Персонал приветливый.

We stayed in a family room with 1 double bed and 3 single beds. It was a bit tight considering the low ceilings. Nice hot shower was a huge plus. The mattresses were a bit on the soft side. Breakfast was adequate with a small selection of cheese, rolls, cold meats, cereals and eggs. Service was good at breakfast and the front desk. Location was great as it was close to all the tourist sites in the old city. For the location and price, it is a good option to consider.

Amazing location and VERY friendly stuff! Close to the hotel there are subway, train, a lot of sightseeing, Bosphor bay, Bazaar. Across the street there is the nice cafe, with loyal prices and tasty food. You save your time and money. The stuff is open to help in all your questions and concerns. If you book transferee from hotel, you may relax and do not care about luggage or road. And the silence in the hotel is very good, we stayed 6 days and did not hear neighbours. And also you get the traditional breakfast in the morning. Great cost for great service!

Nice stay in the heart of the old city Istanbul...location superb...short walking distances to the Egyptian and Grand Bazzar...lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby...staff great special thanks to Osman Mahmood and Ahmed (sorry If I misspelt names 😉) and a nice lady at the reception. However dont expect big rooms as the photos may be misleading...I booked a quadruple room for a 10 day stay on *********** but found it to be too small for the four of us( 2 adults and 2 teens) ...I was willing to change hotel and asked for a partial refund on our first night. This was not granted but they did their best to provide us with an additional room free of charge which was awesome😍...hats off to them ...Special thanks to the cleaning lady who was marvellous everyday for both rooms...breakfast supplied also appreciated...❣

Just came back for a 6 nights trip in Istanbul. I was in a solo travel and I highly recommend this hotel. If you decide to stay in fatih district I think is the best hotel and in the best location. 3 mins walk to the tram and to the sirkeci metro station. You have everything around restaurants,coffee places,supermarkets. Hagia Sophia-Blue mosque-Topkapi-grand bazaar-Suleymaniye mosque-Spice Bazaar everything is very close from this hotel. The staff is very polite and professional! I stayed in the 7th floor and something I want to mention is that due to a family member operation I had to change my booking for one week later but the booking was with no refund. So I decide to send an email to the hotel and the change the dates for free. Thank you again for that! They helped me with everything I needed and give me advices for taxis-metro and everything. Whenever I travel again to Istanbul and stay in fatih I will only choose this hotel. Thanks for everything again! Ich bin gerade für eine 6-tägige Reise in Istanbul zurückgekommen. Ich war alleine unterwegs und kann dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wenn sie sich für einen Aufenthalt im Fatih-Viertel entscheiden, ist dies meiner Meinung nach das beste Hotel und die beste Lage. 3 Minuten zu Fuß zur Straßenbahn und zur U-Bahnstation Sirkeci. Sie haben alles rund um Restaurants, Cafés, Supermärkte. Hagia Sophia-Blaue Moschee-Topkapi-Großer Basar-Süleymaniye-Moschee-Gewürzbasar alles ist ganz in der Nähe von diesem Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und professionell! Ich blieb im 7. Stock und etwas, das ich erwähnen möchte, ist, dass ich aufgrund einer Operation eines Familienmitglieds meine Buchung für eine Woche später ändern musste, aber die Buchung ohne Rückerstattung erfolgte. Also beschließe ich, eine E-Mail an das Hotel zu senden und die Daten kostenlos zu ändern. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür! Sie halfen mir mit allem, was ich brauchte, und gaben mir Ratschläge für Taxis, die U-Bahn und alles. Immer wenn ich wieder nach Istanbul reise und in Fatih bleibe, werde ich nur dieses Hotel wählen. Nochmals vielen Dank für alles!
