This was probably one of the most amazing hotels I’ve been too! The service and staff are top tier, the hotel is beautiful, the location is peaceful and serene, the restaurant and food is incredible, the room was spectacular. I can’t wait to go back

The hotel is very beautiful, clean and taken care of. The staff is super professional, helpful and attentive. We came for one night stay at the winter, my husband enjoyed the hot springs. The outdoor pool looks amazing, and I’m sure that in the summer time it’s perfect although it’s not warm so we couldn’t enjoy it at the winter time. The breakfast is rich and you can choose between western or Chinese dishes. Only one disadvantage is that the hotel is in the middle of no where, no shops or convenience stores around. Only 1 restaurant delivers food so take it into consideration. The rest is perfect

Dissatisfied: The hotel is very remote, and it takes an hour to drive to the busier Qingshan Lake.
The supporting facilities are very poor, not suitable for parents and children. There are basically no recreational facilities for children. If you want to do some handicrafts, you have to pay, and the price is not cheap. There is no basic slide park. The swimming pool is not open.
The hotel's catering prices are relatively high, and the location is remote, so it is not easy to solve the problem of eating.
The two-bedroom room costs two thousand yuan, which is a five-star price, but the quality of the breakfast is equivalent to that of a fast hotel. There is a lot of room for improvement in quality control.

The hotel lacks overall service awareness. I didn't know the lawn had been mowed before I went there, which greatly affected the appearance. In such a good season in May, all I could see was dead grass. The mountain view room I booked had no view. If I had known it would be such a view, I would definitely not stay in this hotel. Ctrip was very helpful in refunding the room for the second day and gave me compensation. Otherwise, I would have to look at dead grass for 2 days. The hotel only sent breakfast for the children. Every time the room service was delivered, I had to wait for a long time, sometimes even about 20 minutes.
