During the Qingming Festival, we arranged a three-day and two-night leisure tour. We were very satisfied with the hotel service and environment. We took a taxi from Xiaoshan Airport on the first day. The road conditions were very good and there was no congestion. When we arrived at the hotel in the evening, we were warmly received by the concierge Chen Yi and the front office manager Ethan. They helped us with the luggage as soon as we got off the car. The check-in efficiency was very high. On the way to the room, they introduced the hotel's environment and facilities to us. The hotel lobby and guest rooms have the soothing and relaxing smell of Thai essential oils. The room is 50 square meters, with an outdoor balcony and bathtub. It is clean and tidy. The front desk also tried its best to meet our preferences when arranging the room. There are many guests in the hotel during the Qingming Festival, and there are many children. The sound insulation of the room needs to be improved. Fortunately, everyone rested early at night and could sleep quietly. The hotel is very spacious. In addition to the three guest rooms, there are children's entertainment areas, pools and many green plants. Living here is very friendly to the eyes and lungs:). The next morning, we went to have breakfast at the octagonal building. The staff we met on the way greeted us politely. The restaurant has a wide variety of food and tastes good. The croissants and chocolate muffins are better than the Hilton and Sheraton we stayed in recently. The hot milk was hot and I liked it. The weather was good in the morning, with blue sky and white clouds. We took a taxi to Tianmu Mountain. We can take a minibus up and down the mountain. The one-way fare is 20 yuan/person and the journey takes about half an hour. We saw the Big Tree King and the New Big Tree King on the top of the mountain. The air in the mountain is very good, there are ancient trees and streams, and it takes 2-3 hours to play. It rained on the third morning. After the rain stopped, we walked a full circle along the hotel. There were large lawns and rice, as well as blooming peach blossoms, cherry blossoms, and rape flowers. The chickens raised by the farmers next door were crowing, and the ecological environment was very good. Later, we rode bicycles in the surrounding villages, passing through Yueliangqiao Village, Baihe Village, and Xu Village. We dug Lin'an spring bamboo shoots in the bamboo forest and purchased local specialty walnuts. This stay experience is very good. The hotel is relatively new, with complete hardware facilities. The staff are very enthusiastic. Every time I meet them in the lobby, they will say "Sawadee Ka" to greet me and take the initiative to provide services to guests. It was a pleasant Qingming holiday!

When I received the invitation text message from Ctrip, I was sorting out the photos I took in the past two days, so this is a review with many, many, many pictures. I hope it can provide some reference for friends who are planning to book (〃'▽'〃) Let me start with the conclusion: a new hotel opened in 2022, the hardware facilities are fine, the service attitude and hygiene are commendable, and there are even some surprises; the hotel is surrounded by mountains, trees and small villages, and it takes about 10 minutes by taxi to the Dongtianmu Mountain Scenic Area. But there are no other attractions. The biggest feature is that the air is much better than in the city. You can see dozens of stars when you look up at night🌙 Picture 1-3: The lobby is warm and bright, with the smell of lavender essential oil. When I checked in, I was given a cup of hot tea, and the cup was a glass instead of a paper cup. I immediately felt the difference from staying in a business hotel. Picture 4-5: There is a long corridor from the lobby to Building 2. The hotel's architectural design is good, and this "corridor" reminds me of the scenes in Nirvana in Fire. There are different fresh decorations in the elevator room on each floor of the guest room. Plants, very attentive Picture 6: I would like to praise Chen Yi from the front office for providing very meticulous and thoughtful butler service during our stay. He helped us carry our luggage to the room and introduced the location and business hours of various places in the hotel. The bed, bathtub, and bathroom were cleaned very clean. The guests with mysophobia were very satisfied!!! Fresh toiletries were prepared in the room. Fruits are welcome (+1 suggestion here: I hope you can prepare knives and forks for easy cutting of fruits). The hotel supplies are very useful. My roommate said that I need to praise the selection of slippers. They are very comfortable (+2 suggestion here: I hope you can wash your hands. You can also prepare a trash can under the table. Brother Chen Yi came over to explain the situation to us and helped us confirm what we wanted to eat. The wish of the two pigs to eat small wontons and beef noodles was satisfied; the next morning, the girl in the restaurant delivered breakfast on time. When delivered, every food was wrapped in plastic wrap and hot. Yes, we are very satisfied with the temperature of the hot food (+3 suggestions here: In the past, Intercontinental also sent seasonings such as salt/black pepper/ketchup for breakfast. The air was filled with the smell of moist earth. The mountains in the distance were very beautiful with clouds and mist. In the past two days, we also noticed that the glass in the hotel corridors and buildings was clean and bright. It can be seen that they have been carefully maintained. I just stopped and started to deal with the rain outside the window. Praise (•‿•) When we checked out in the afternoon, the young man from the concierge, Li Jielong, helped us carry our luggage to the car and helped us open and close the car door to say goodbye warmly. I also need to praise him. We passed by him in the lobby 3-4 times that day, and he was warm and generous every time. Located at the foot of Tianmu Mountain, the hotel design must have been very thoughtful. There are views everywhere, which is very good for taking photos. Not far away is the West Tianmu Mountain Scenic Area. I strongly recommend Chanyuan Temple, which is beautiful and not crowded. The room is large, well-equipped, and there are no mosquitoes. The price-performance ratio is quite good. The management of the hotel should be much more mature than at the beginning, but it is a little rigid in terms of various regulations, but the attitude is good, so there is no problem. It is worth spending a three-day short holiday on a self-driving tour around the area

I really think this hotel is great. I don't know why there are so many bad reviews. I didn't dare to book it at first, but it was really good after staying for one night. The environment and service were very good. Lulu, the housekeeper, was very considerate. She contacted us on WeChat one day in advance and took us to the room when we checked in. She replied to WeChat messages promptly if there were any issues. Sisters, don't worry!

Facilities: The hotel is very close to the Tianmu Mountain Scenic Area, and the hotel has free parking. Sanitation: Very good. The room is clean and tidy. Environment: Beautiful environment, fresh air, the hotel garden and fishing area are very friendly to fishing enthusiasts. Unfortunately, my husband did not bring fishing gear this time. Service: The hotel service is good, whether it is the front desk, the restaurant, or the floor waiter, they are very polite, take the initiative to say hello, very polite, and have a sense of intimacy; especially the housekeeper Lulu is responsive, I will come to Tianmu Mountain Duxi again next time
