Chao Man Hotel is very close to the subway station, just a straight walk from Exit B2 of Lianhuacun, and Lianhuashan Park is just across a crossroads – super convenient, thumbs up!

The hotel has a great environment, excellent facilities, and fantastic service; they proactively check on your needs. Plus, there's free parking, which is really convenient.

Facilities: Very comprehensive, sufficient for a business trip. Hygiene: Generally satisfactory, items were replaced promptly every day. Environment: There's a McDonald's downstairs and a supermarket in the complex, not far from the subway. Service: The staff were very enthusiastic.

Clean hotel, it seems like after renovating. Very pleasant staff, I ordered the wrong room type and they made upgrade for us) it was very nice. There are a lot of birds singing in the morning (it was surprise for me). Location is good, 20 min walk to Upper hills, 10 min to park.

A super convenient, clean, and well-located hotel! There's a McDonald's and an authentic Northeastern Chinese restaurant right downstairs. They also have a parking lot with plenty of spaces. The subway station is less than a 10-minute walk away! All in all, I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Futian District!

The environment: The room was very clean and comfortable. The service: The service was excellent, and the hotel had a great atmosphere. There's a subway nearby, which makes getting around very convenient. Highly recommend!

This hotel is pretty good, a great choice for business trips to Shenzhen. It's conveniently located with free parking, and the environment is quiet and pleasant. The service is friendly. I'll consider staying here again next time.

Besides being cheap, there's nothing good about this place. It's so noisy, there's a constant rumbling sound from some machinery. The window faces the wall of the building next door, so no sunlight gets in, and the room is tiny. Breakfast can only be delivered to the room at 7:30 AM, which is really early. The steamed buns tasted like they were defrosted and reheated. Otherwise, you can go to the McDonald's next door, which isn't good either.

Nice room in the centre of the city. Close to the metro station, park. It is walkable distance from the Contemporary Art Museum, Civic centre square and shopping mall. Good value for money.

Ignore the messy bed, I took this picture just before I left. The lady at the front desk was very nice, and the cleaning lady was also very friendly and enthusiastic. From Lianhua Village subway station Exit B2, just walk straight for about 400 meters. When you see McDonald's on your right under the overpass, turn onto that street and you'll find it. I don't know how many people were staying, but the soundproofing must be pretty good. The only thing is that the air conditioner is a bit loud. If you're a light sleeper, remember to bring earplugs. There are plenty of places to eat if you cut through the residential area behind the hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The rooms are also spacious, bright, and comfortable.

Environment: The surrounding area is quiet, and the hotel itself is also very peaceful. The only downside is the limited dining options nearby. Service: The front desk service is attentive, and the management is compliant and professional. To the left of the elevators, the hotel has a local route guide with many tourism pamphlets, which I thought was really nice! Great value for money, highly recommended!
