Everything was perfect; the best part was the breakfast (buffet)

Everything was perfect, but I was always asking them to put extra bottles of water in the room (( they didn’t)) and once I called reception to ask for water he say (( we are running out of drinking water, you have to buy in the shop near 24/7)) what is wrong with you guys??? No water??? Are you serious??

Very good hotel and good customer service I recommend it, to come to Puebla

It is a Hotel that needs to be renovated, the facilities already look old and the maintenance is not the best. The pool is very small and looked dirty. The plus point is that it is very close to the center.

酒店離中央廣場很近，有着很漂亮乾淨的大堂和餐廳。但是房間和大堂的反差比較大，尤其是衞生間，台盆就是放在一塊玻璃上，一開水龍頭水就直接漫到玻璃桌，再漏到地上，簡直無法使用。

Staff is very unfriendly and not very helpful. They act as if you are bothering them when you ask for anything. I arrived with many bags and nobody even bothered to offer help. The hotel smells bad when you enter and the hotel building and interior furniture is run down. It needs to be renovated. I will never come back to this hotel. It is not the usual quality or service of other NH hotels I have stayed before.

I live in the country so I found the traffic noise distracting. It’s very close to the central area of the city

Be prepared for the noise! The church bells ring loud all the time in middle of night. No washcloths. Only half a “door” on shower.

Great location. The room was quite noisy especially at night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good too.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The location is great. The infrastructure is quite poor. There was strong sewer odor in different areas of property including guest rooms. The water pressure in the shower was terrible— hardly had any water. The bathroom sink has terrible design—you always end up wet when you wash your hands because water splatters all over

I booked through ******* and l was supposed to get breakfast buffet for $8.00 but they didn't honor it. Instead, they were trying to charge me almost $19.00. There aren't water or coffee stations anywere! l asked for coffee at the restaurant, and cause l didn't get the buffet, the cashier directed me to a little table and 10 minutes later, nobody showed up, so l left. The room was clean but the hallway's carpets are disgusting! Gym is so basic. Again, no water or paper towells to clean the machines.
