When I checked in at the hotel, I asked for rooms upstairs. The front desk staff said no, only the first floor, okay! But when we went to the car to pick up our luggage and returned to the lobby, we saw that the guests behind us were arranged upstairs. My boyfriend said we should ask why they have room upstairs, I said forget it. Maybe they have other room types! So we went to rest. When we went out at 1pm the next day, we found that the rear window was broken and then we went to the front desk to report it. They said you need to call the police. Our hotel is not responsible. I said I parked in the parking lot of your hotel, the hotel front desk said that this parking lot is shared with the store next door! Then we asked about surveillance cameras. They said there was only one at the main entrance. But it can’t be photographed either! Anyway, they are not responsible. We had no choice And we have to call the police and insurance.What a shame, this is the first time and the last time here!

The room is not big, the decoration is very distinctive, and it feels very delicate. The decoration time should not be long, it looks quite new. The front desk and cleaning staff are very nice. There is a construction site around, which is a little noisy.

Very clean and the service staff are also very nice. Although breakfast is charged, coffee and lemonade are self-service. The fruit said 1 yuan per piece, but I had to pay for it, and the waiter said it would be given to me for free. The environment is also good. There are many restaurants across the road and the shopping mall is not far away. Overall, I am very satisfied. The only downside is that the air conditioner is too noisy, but given the weather in CA, it's okay not to turn it on. Some passengers were talking loudly at the front desk in the middle of the night, which was quite noisy.

None of the amenities listed were available. Bar was closed, no complimentary snacks as advertised and the renovations being done at the entrance of the hotel room with blue tape on the walls from painting was tacky. The room itself was very small and the deposit for the stay itself was more then the actual room.

Great hotel for access to downtown Sunnyvale and all the great things it has to offer! Clean, comfy, and hip, with great customer service!

The ALoft is a perfect location in Sunnyvale. 15 minutes from the airport and right across the street from the heritage area which has a multitude of restaurants to choose from. The desk clerk was personable, prompt and efficient, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Just what we were looking for.

Staff is absolutely wonderful but parking on the weekend we stayed was incredibly challenging. They seem to have a shared parking lot. Lots of businesses around, very urban-European feel. Very small rooms and narrow hallways. Wouldn’t stay here again. Very clean though. Guess we are old school...we like nice spacious rooms and breakfast in the AM LOL

Great centrally located place to stop over in the Bay Area while on our way North. Fairly new with clean rooms and plenty of amenities even if room was smaller than most. Walkable to downtown Sunnyvale, shops, restaurants and movie theaters. Will stay again whenever in the area.

It seems like the rooms in the first floor don't have fridges. but being my second stay it was good overall. Also, the TV was frozen.

This hotel is right in the main ***** in Downtown Sunnyvale, close to many bars and restaurants. Great location, but parking lot is small so it may be limited for some guests. If you are staying there on a Friday/Saturday the noise from the outside can get loud at night, but earplugs are provided.

the property and original check-in room had major issues, and the initial solving of this issue was substandard but due to a wonderful general manager and steps taken for this, my stay was wonderful

We had a great time... space is clean rooms has been updated. Bathroom super clean... great stay

The stay would have been fine, however the toilet seat in the hotel was broken. I brought it to the attention of the front desk twice, and the toilet was not fixed, nor was I moved to a working room.
