business travel, the location is perfect as it's right next door to the office.

We had clearly confirmed that we would check out at 12:00 PM, but we were woken up three times by the cleaning staff starting at 9:00 AM. We couldn't sleep well and were quite frightened.

Great spot and free parking. We always choose this hotel when we are in town.

Nice hotel and convenient location, the only thing I can complain is the walls are paper thin at night.

Not friendly

When I checked in at the hotel, I asked for rooms upstairs. The front desk staff said no, only the first floor, okay! But when we went to the car to pick up our luggage and returned to the lobby, we saw that the guests behind us were arranged upstairs. My boyfriend said we should ask why they have room upstairs, I said forget it. Maybe they have other room types! So we went to rest. When we went out at 1pm the next day, we found that the rear window was broken and then we went to the front desk to report it. They said you need to call the police. Our hotel is not responsible. I said I parked in the parking lot of your hotel, the hotel front desk said that this parking lot is shared with the store next door! Then we asked about surveillance cameras. They said there was only one at the main entrance. But it can’t be photographed either! Anyway, they are not responsible. We had no choice And we have to call the police and insurance.What a shame, this is the first time and the last time here!

Good service

Very clean and the service staff are also very nice. Although breakfast is charged, coffee and lemonade are self-service. The fruit said 1 yuan per piece, but I had to pay for it, and the waiter said it would be given to me for free. The environment is also good. There are many restaurants across the road and the shopping mall is not far away. Overall, I am very satisfied. The only downside is that the air conditioner is too noisy, but given the weather in CA, it's okay not to turn it on. Some passengers were talking loudly at the front desk in the middle of the night, which was quite noisy.

每次來桑尼維爾都會在A loft落腳，每次都會留下滿意的回憶。在前台辦理入住時總會收到熱情的問候，退房時又會收到真誠的祝福。這次我們上午就到達酒店，前台小哥一邊熱情問候、一邊盯着屏幕搜尋着，很快就安排好一間客房讓我們提前入住，真是太感謝了。這裏的客房裝修簡潔、現代，樓下大堂便於休息和會客，健身房落地玻璃窗直對大街、視野很好。市中心的Target，Whole Foods Market和餐飲一條街都在步行幾分鐘的範圍內，漢家宴從上午11點一直開到晚上11點，不用擔心晚了沒地方吃飯了。比較有趣的是，酒店週末的價格比工作日價格低很多。
