the location is unique at century city the staff is okay but the service is not good, the AC is old and make a lot of noise, room space is small, restaurant breakfast food same every day, there is no HALAL food

Not a great hotel. Rooms are very small and bathrooms even smaller. Also carpets are dirty and dusty. I was particularly upset with housekeeping. I left my room at 9am and saw them on the floor, right outside my room actually. Went to have the not so good breakfast (runny scrambled eggs and dry bacon) and returned 30min later. I noticed the towels were taken as well as a pillowcase from one of the pillows. I decided to leave and give housekeeping a chance to clean, I returned at 2pm (5 HOURS LATER) to find my room still not serviced! I proceeded to get ready for my event and housekeeping knocked on my door, wanting to service my room then. Told them to return to my room at 5pm when I have left. Needless to say they never came back but instead lied to the manager saying they came at 5:15pm and u was “in the room”. My transfer to my event was at my hotel at 16:30pm. I was at my work event at 5pm! Shocking the lies! I left very disappointed and won’t return! I did report this to the manager, who apologized. Will share this experience with my colleagues as well.

We like this hotel for its great location .It feels safe and it’s right next to Centuary Mall for shopping and plenty of eating places ..A straightforward drive from the airport in about 40 mins …. Friendly staff ..and a great breakfast …rooms are quite small and don’t have a fridge …it’s quiet and has a lovely outdoor pool and sitting area ..

We had a two night stay …it’s a great location no too far from the airport very clean and safe area ..excellant food dining shopping mall short walk away … The staff very friendly and helpful plus a good breakfast .

Ideally situated on the main highway in the city . Rates reasonable too. Hotel Rooms extremely small & cramped especially if you are family of 3 or 4. Sleeper couches not comfortable. Rooms needs an upgrade. Breakfasts very basic too and unfortunately NOT Halaal . Friendly & helpful staff

The hotel is planning a room refurbishment in the near future. All items on the buffet are Halaal, with only the bacon items kept separate on the buffet. Great stay with the family! Very nice hotel, excellent breakfast, very clean rooms and most important the fantastic team always smiling and ready to help. Special mention to the security guy (sorry cannot remember his name) who was there in the evenings always ready to assist with a smile. Just a little note for improvement: The pool needs a bit of regular cleaning

At your hotel, I was given wonderful service. I will suggest stay easy century city as the preferred lodging to everyone traveling to Cape Town. Additionally, the prices are fair, and because my office is nearby, it is convenient for me.I don't have to wait in heavy traffic

I checked in on 10 Aug at 6:15pm. Not even 10 minutes later got an emergency call from Dbn-KZN and had to leave immediately to Dbn. Spoke to the manager Amber and she said that she would speak to her manager and revert. She reverted stating that Juergen refused to honor and refund not even 50% back based on an unforeseen emergency fir which we had to leave CT immediately. What happens to humanity? Zero consideration? No empathy? Just business as usual. Disappointed indeed!!

On this date, the hotel was running at high occupancies due to groups in-house. As our housekeeping team leave the hotel at 16h30, we are in no position to clean and re-sell the room. Nice hotel.. very clean.. delicious and hot breakfast.. variety of local fruits.. Staff very helpful and welcoming.. Very very closed to canal walk shopping centre.. What really touched me was the breakfast they prepared for us as we had to leave the hotel at 4am due to an early flight.. Had a very memorable experience during our stay

I would like a side table on both sides of the bed (twin ). There is only one side table on the window's side of the two beds. The shower's water was only luke warm.
