The check in was horrible. Somehow Trip.com didn't make the payment so they wanted me to pay again! I contacted Trip.com, Joyce was helpful but she tried calling the hotel and they didn't answer. Eventually the person who wasn't even there at the front desk contacted Trip.com and the payment went through. This whole process took 45 minutes. That kiosk systems isn't good, it is hard to understand the person and it takes forever. Once I was assigned the room, the key didn't work. Oh yeah, they told me there was no WiFi or TV.
The bed was good and the air condtioning was very good. The shower was one of those low flow ones. The room was okay. I would have been reasonable happy had the check in gone smoothly and there was WiFi.
