This is an excellent hotel, the hospitality and service are top notch and the location absolutely can't be beat. Our family stayed in 2 rooms during the Chris**as market season and both rooms were to our needs...big comfortable beds, quiet rooms, and equipped bathrooms (although small European showers). We arrived before check-in, and were offered complementary beverages while we waited for our rooms to be finished. We enjoyed a glass of wine, a beer, and a hot chocolate between the three of us which was exactly what we needed after a long drive. The hotel provided us in advance with very specific directions on how to get to their hotel and the nearby parking garage. The directions were excellent and took us right to it, and the garage is literally steps from the back entrance to the hotel. It could not have been more convenient, especially after a very recent heavy snowfall. It was also great that the parking garage was discounted by the hotel. And speaking of convenience, the hotel is a 10 minute walk from anything you may want to see, including the wonderful Chris**as market at the Thurn and Taxis palace. Breakfast was plentiful with everything you could want to get your day started. We would not hesitate to stay here again. If I had any suggestion to offer, it would be to provide some signage on how to use the shower system for your American guests. One of the water knobs was outside of the shower on the wall above the toilet while the other was inside the shower. It took some investigating to figure out how to adjust the hot and cold temperatures but I finally figured it out.

The staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly. the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable except the pillows were too soft. Both morning and evening staff were took time to help us plan our visit. Parking close by and free, all in all highly recommend

Very friendly, helpful stuff and service. The Hotel is inside the City, just next to St. Emeramm and the Park and Castle ,, Thurn and Taxis". Breakfast ist excellent. Our booked rooms are to small for 2 peoole with travel luggage for more travels. So its good for a 2 or 3 days stay.

The room is a bit on the small side, and the bathroom is even smaller. It's almost impossible to get into a shower if you are not tiny. Very clean, good breakfast and parking garage next door is very handy(discounted price from hotel). Great location for exploring the Regensburg.

Excellent service and food and the rooms were clean and very functional (mini fridge,plenty of storage, comfortable bed, and plenty of power sockets for recharging equipment. Situated close to the city centre it's quiet but still close to everything

We arrived at midday and were able to have our room straight away. We had a friendly welcome from the receptionist. The room was clean and modern although quite small. We were staying for 3 nights and there was little wardrobe and drawer space, having said that we were comfortable and the air conditioning was a bonus. It was only a short walk into the old town so we loved the location. Breakfasts were buffet style with lots of choice. I was particularly impressed when I asked a member of staff if there were any more croissants available as they had all been taken and he actually went across the road to buy some more! Now that’s what I call excellent customer service. Regensberg is such a lovely place to visit and the hotel complemented it well.

I enjoyed my stay immensely! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Shout out to the kitchen personnel who took care of the crowded masses for breakfast and did so with a genuine smile and grace, including an offer of Champagne for breakfast and Gluehwein (small charge) while staff are at the front desk. Front desk staff made checking in and out a breeze. The room was comfortable, as was the bed. The shower was great with plenty of hot water. The location is spot on for walking to the main sites. Good eateries near by and loads of shopping opportunities. Will definitely stay here again should I return to this adorable town.

This hotel is an easy walk from the main train station and also from the old city center. Our ground-floor room was off a secluded and quiet courtyard. The breakfast buffet was great and we appreciated the complimentary welcome drink.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights before boarding a Viking River Boat Cruise down the Danube River. It was a good location and we were able to walk everywhere in this very pretty small city. The hotel was very clean, reasonably priced and absolutely adequate for a few nights stay. The breakfast bar was excellent. The hotel receptionist, Bettina, was helpful in giving us directions and making recommendations for places to see. She also arranged for a taxi to get us to the cruise dock. We would definitely recommend staying at this hotel while in Regensburg and spending a day enjoying the city!

The ONLY issue we had were the very, very, very thin pullows which made it difficult to sleep
