My wife and I had to take cold showers. No hot water and it didn’t seem to be an emergency for the front desk after reporting it. Never will I stay at this place again.

Stayed for one night while waiting for flight out of BWI. Not a bad hotel, staff was very friendly. Check in was very quick and easy. The only issue I had was we stayed in a room the was on the back side of the elevator and the noise from that kept us up all night ( they were old and loud). One of the elevators did not even work, the one that did was slow and old. The pool area was very outdated and almost looked dirty. For a one night it was not bad but the building definetly needs updating.

I had a good experience. The only exceptions are the phones are down, so I couldn't get airport shuttle information on arrival and I'm still waiting for my receipt to be emailed to me. Breakfast buffet was pretty good.

The gentleman that checked us in was outstanding. The issues we had were out of his control and he helped us the best he could. Elevator not working so we asked for a room on the first floor. When we got to the room it was apparent that someone had smoked a cigar. Walked back to lobby and he walked us to the next room. It seemed fine. Once we got in it was cold and we saw a window (on ground floor!) had been opened. We shut it and settled in. Not sure we will stay here again. It was great last year.

1. When you say breakfast is at 6am then one would expect it, not 7a. At least put coffee out. 2. Nasty winter coat worn while cooking when cook finally arrived to work.9 3. Front desk person needs a belt. Walking around with pants down. A little decency, please. 4. Eggs are watery.bacon is practically burnt. If you are going to charge for the food where's the quality?

Chose this specific airport hotel since its site claimed 24 hour shuttle service to the airport. At check in we were told that the shuttle service did not start until 6 am. However we need to be at the airport at 5:30 am. So we had to schedule Uber which cost us $50. There are many early morning flights at BWI that would require an shuttle earlier than 6 am.

I love this hotel and I stay there at least once per year. The location is great and the parking is great. I love the business center. One weird thing that happened is that I was given a room that had not been cleaned (there was trash in the trash cans, a used bar soap was stuck to the soap dish, dirty towels were on the counter, etc.). It was annoying that I had to go back to the desk and request another room. However, the person at the desk was very apologetic and immediately gave me a different room. Everything else was great!

Very disappointed that the shuttle did not run after my flight got in at 11 and I had to pay for my own way to the hotel since I chose it because it had the airport shuttle.

I got there late and was welcomed by a friendly staff member. I think that’s important to hire friendly people. I was informed of everything they offered. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Great stay

Good service and clean, well-maintained rooms. The shuttle that took us to dinner at a restaurant in the area was a nice plus. The only minus was that we didn't receive the wake-up call we requested. Luckily we also set an alarm.

Went to Baltimore to see the Ravens in the playoff. Hotel accommodation were fantastic.
