We stayed at the hotel in May 2024 as a couple. The hotel has both positives and negatives. Firstly, it is a family hotel full of children. I would not rate it 5 stars, and it likely wouldn’t receive 5 stars in Europe. The rooms are clean and nice, but the daily cleaning service is subpar. They do not always change the towels or bed linens, and the minibar was not replenished. However, the staff were very friendly, greeting us with smiles and pleasantries. If you want to sleep well, I suggest booking a room with a land view because the sea view rooms are noisy with loud music until at least midnight. You can also hear your neighbors, so if you get a family with kids next door, good luck. The swimming pool area and the seaside are nice and clean. There are many bars, snack bars, and ice cream stands, so you will never be hungry or thirsty. The restaurant offers a wide variety of choices, but the quality is low, and some dishes had a strange taste. We even experienced some digestive issues, which might depend on individual sensitivity. The barbecue option, however, is very nice. The restaurant can be crowded, making it difficult to find a seat, and the staff do their best but sometimes you have to search for a while. The staff were very nice, though there is almost no English spoken apart from at the reception. The younger staff in the restaurant try to use their phones to translate if they don’t understand. Remember, you are in Turkey, and tips are expected, even if you are just getting a drink included in the price. Each evening, there is an entertainment program that is very nice, but the waiters there also expect tips. Lastly, the hotel was filled with 95% Russian guests, who often cut in line and displayed a lack of basic manners. It was an interesting and unique experience, but we would never return to this hotel.

we came to rest with the family, we did not expect that the rest would be sleeping on an armchair, which is uneven. The child's back hurt. When we turned to the staff, the problem was not solved, only rude communication. When I went to the bar and asked for a cocktail, I was told that it had run out. the family paid more than 3000 euros and we got a 17-year-old child to sleep on a hard and uneven sofa. vacation is ruined. The staff does not try to solve the problem so that the guests feel at least listened to. We do not recommend this hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel for vacation. Clean rooms, a lot of pools, nice beach, many bars where you can grab a drink or snacks. Also the personnel are very friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend not only for families, but couples or even going alone because you wont be sad being here!

The place,service,people that work here are very kind and friendly.Everything is clean and amazing views,I like everything about this hotel.Me and my husband are definitely coming back next year with out families.

Overall, the hotel is nice, it has been recently renovated, so everything looks really modern. There are a lot of activities for kids, however, there are also places where there is age restriction 16+, which is great if you are not a kids person. The staff is, mostly, very polite and helpful. They always try to provide assistance where necessary and really do their best. Now to the cons: 1. You will be surrounded by russians, their music, everything. The entertainment center puts on a lot of russian music both during the day activities, and in the evenings. Some of the staff even go as far as to assume that you speak their language, which is just weird to start a conversation in russian in an international hotel, why not English? 2. The entertainment center and the LAGO arena are loud, and very flashy, which is okay during the day, but imagine going to sleep at 1 am, and your room is full of light from the disco lights on the arena. 3. Cleanliness of some areas is questionable: there were excrements lying on the staircase of water slides for couple of days, before it was cleaned. Overall, the experience was not that bad, but honestly this hotel has so much potential of attracting more international public ( and we saw many guests from Poland, Germany and other countries), why focus so much on a country that brings so much horror into the world.

the Best hotel ever!! we were in Side more Times but this amazing hotel, with top service and more then one possibility of night program... we will deffinitely Come back, adults only zones everywhere. the Best food, 6 ala carte restaurants and muuuuch more

Hi, I was satisfied with my stay in Lago Hotel. The rooms were nice and cleaned. My daughter and her husband told me that service from the waiters was good and especially from the pool Ömer on rollerscater was great. One big thank you to Jamilah from the Spa who massage me 3 times. She is amazing.

Excelent hotel, very attentive staff, exceptional entertainment team, especially Kubi. Good food, everywhere is clean. Thanks for beautiful and unforgettable holiday. Lago hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. It's the perfect choice for anyone looking to combine luxury, comfort, and excellent service during their stay. I can't wait to return!

I recently stayed at Lago hotel and had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel was well organized, with a beautiful exterior and close proximity to the sea. The atmosphere was lovely, and the entertainment team was excellent. I want to especially thank Rumeysa and Kubilay for their efforts. They made the activities fun and engaging, adding a special touch to my stay. I highly recommend Lago hotel for a pleasant vacation.

Modern hotel with good finishing, space and facilities. Pretty much what should be the case for this price. Staff is extremely bad. Unfriendly, barely speak English or German, act like doing their job is an inconvenience. Any minor deviation from restaurant orders is based on luck: maybe they listen, maybe they don't. I had better experiences from 3 star hotels in Eastern Europe. Got a seaside view room for extra cost. But got put in the worst place of the entire hotel, right in the back where you mostly see the aquapark and barely any sea. Will never come back here. There are much better options for this type of money.

Very good hotel with nice cuisine and entertainment! It’s more suitable for family couples, there are a lot of children here. I personally came for the sea and it’s super clean and warm enough. The bar is great. And the waterpark is exceptional, loved it! Recommend 100%

We came with our family and everything is so great. We have visited A la Carte restaurants and the servis and food were very great. We really liked the hotel. Hotel staff, foods and drinks are very nice. Staff helps a lot and they are so kind. Thank the hotel very much for this beautiful vacation.

If you stay in this hotel you should try yoga class, there you can relax your mind and body! The teacher is really nice:) yoga class located is outside, it's a great place to do yoga, there you can feel the wind,see the sun. It was intersting to try!
