The hotel was fantastic, the people were great! The only problem I had was they had a washer and dryer to use but it took 4 hours to do two loads of laundry that cost me $30.00. Because we were traveling backpack that was one of the most important things on our trip. So it was a great disappoin**ent. Other than that the hotel was fantastic and again the customer service was really good. I would definitely stay there again just make other plans to do laundry.

Everything was great, the staff, the location, the tranquility, the room, the cleanliness and the staff. Unfortunately there was no fridge in our room, a constraint in this heat.

The hotel is near the airport and has a free bus to pick up and drop off at the airport, which is super convenient. The hotel facilities, hygiene and service are very good. To go to the city, you can take a free bus to the airport first. There are many buses to the city, which is very convenient.

It is very convenient to have a shuttle bus to the airport. There is a very large botanical garden downstairs, where geese live freely and are not afraid of people chasing others and yelling loudly. like a zoo.

Very close to the airport, there is a free shuttle every 20 minutes. The breakfast is also very rich. A big thumbs up to the airport shuttle driver 👍 He also helped us push the cart into the airport.

With a free shuttle from the Brussels Airport 3 times per hour from about 4am-11pm this is a very convenient place for travelers. The hotel is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The dining room (open until 10 pm) and adjacent bar (open later) were both lovely places to relax after a busy travel day. I would recommend staying here if visiting and needing an airport-area hotel.

Very close to the airport. Shuttle bus leaves from the bus terminal every 25 minutes. Great garden view. Restaurant on the basement, Craft, is highly recommended.

Very basic rooms most suitable for business. Housekeeping would never leave the correct towels which became a running joke. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection on their buffet. Other restaurants and shopping very close by. A train station is across the street making it easier to start your day trip journey.

Perfect stay for our last night in Europe. Professional, clean and courteous staff.
