Could be more understanding

Walking distance to pub and shops, great pool. However, they need blockout curtains in the bedrooms as the outside lights shine in the rooms through the thin blinds all night, and then the sun shines through from 4.30am so you can’t get any sleep! The lounge doors also need curtains for privacy, and to keep the lights and sun out.

The apartment was more than I expected. Absolutely lovely and so much space. Ladies at reception went above and beyond to assist us with our printing requirements. We throughly enjoyed our stay and definitely would recommend Lanai Apartments to friends and family.

The only thing i could fault was the mattress. It was oldcand hard.

Great location, rooms very comfortable. Only issue was the sun brightened the room too much in the morning. Overall a fantastic stay and the staff were wonderful with the few requests we had.

Fantastic place. Friendly staff. Great river view. Will stay again and would recommend to anyone looking for a fair priced apartment.

Great location, beautiful apartment - booked at the last minute, and very glad we did!!

Lovely property, however no hot water. After hours manager was very helpful and at least let us into another apartment to have a bath. Swimming pool was out of action.

The property was great , with awesome views, check in was easy and i would stay again

Our stay at Lanai apartments was part of our 10yr anniversary. We picked Lanai for the amenities i.e. pool and large spa. Upon checking in, I was notified the pool was out of service due to a major leak, which can happen. However the large spa was also not working. There was mould up stairs around this area as well. The rooms were very clean.

Lovely spacious three bed apartment in a quiet and convenient location. Excellent reception service. Thank you!

Great Stay at Lanai Mackay - after hours check in was easy , good easy access to parking and right in the middle of town close walking distance to everything. great walking and bike path right at the front door! , Pool was our of order for our stay which was a bit disapointing and the place including the apartment could of been a bit cleaner but over all a good stay.

Big room but a little tired looking. Pool was broken. (There was so much communication ahead of time but neglected to be told this important fact!) Upstairs BBQ area a mess too. Front desk manager was super nice though.

This is not the first time I have stayed here and as always it was a great stay
