The hotel is amazing. The location is quite central, near one of the gates of Nanjing city wall. The territory and the architecture of the complex are very inspiring and beautiful. Being located near the river amplifies the experience even more. The room was spacious and amazingly quiet. So it was easy to have a decent night sleep.

It was not as convenient where at night there are not much things nearby. However, the hotel environment is great where they have a security at the entrance.

The hotel is located near the main attractions. You can walk to Laomendong (about 15 minutes) and walk to Confucius Temple (about 20 minutes). Opposite is the Nanjing City Wall. The hotel is antique and is very photogenic. The only flaw is the breakfast variety. Few choices.
