Park Inn by Radisson may have seen its better days but is still charming in its vintage decor. Yes, many will argue that it need refurbishing and that may well be true but it does its purpose well, comfortable stay and sleep. It is on the other side when you go to Exit 3 on the Shanghai Railway station metro, turn left and walk about 100m around the building. The staff is polite, although with the lack of spoken english but there is mobile translator for that. The services live up to expectation, it is still a grand hotel and I can only imagine what it looked like in the glory days. I truly recommend this hotel as it is near a metro station and if you're not some spoiled brat, for sure you will like it.

Only 5 mins walk to the Shanghai station. Restaurants nearby. Perfect for a short stay.

The hotel is okay but needs renovation. The shower pressure was barely enough to wash myself. The bath drain was a bit rusty. The gym is poor quality with weights so loose as to be somewhat dangerous. The label “by Radisson” is not appropriate for this hotel.

The location is perfect. The hotel is a bit run-down and outdated, but besides that, it's a great place to stay. Stayed for 7 nights. Clean room, great bed, ok rom and good breakfast. There is no restaurant or bar in the hotel. The service is good but don't expect that the they speak more than a few words of english.
The location is perfect! Metro just around the corner and both railwayststiom and bus service.

Room was fine for a quick stay but wasn’t very comfortable for longer than a day because the AC was not working. Great location, close to the metro station and train station

Service is impeccable, room conditions up to expectations. As there was a tropical storm coming, my arranged airport transfer was cancelled. The front desk cree Sally Fen, Ms Zhou and two others assisted me to get a private transport to send us to the airport.This gesture is very much appreciated and I will forever use this hotel when I am traveling to Shanghai.
