Besides the location and the gym, this hotel has little to offer. Getting a car takes at least 10 minutes and finding the place where to get into the car is no pick nick either. I requested a room with a window. Request was not granted. Fair enough. At around 2:30am it sounded like the smoke detector alarm went off in the room next to me. It went on for 5-10 minutes. Going off an on again several times. I checked outside my door, but no one else seemed to take it seriously as a fire hazard. The bedding was quite comfortable, so aside from the alarm going off, it was a good night’s sleep.

Bet CP value for staying near Hongqioa airport! Clean, smar decorated rooms, super breakfast, friendly staff. Location just opposite line 7 exit, 5 mins. Convenient walk to T1 terminal. Small setback is you need a local mobile number to access the WiFi. But staff is supporting you there. Very recommendable.

I stayed here for one night after a long trip from the US. They’re located right next to the airport and train station so it was perfect. The staff is incredibly polite and proactive with their service. They helped me up with my suitcases and the room was spacious and sooo comfortable. Yolanda and Chen were so great during the check out and she even gifted me a desk fan because she noticed I was hot. I would totally stay again!

The hotel and room was very clean but the toilet was not very private so I’ll definitely try a different bathroom situation next time. All the amenities were provided except for a clothing iron. The breakfast was good with many options to choose from. Hotel staff and reception were very nice and friendly and the check in was very quick. There are very few stores nearby McDonald’s, Starbucks etc. Hotel is 40 minutes from the city centre, but it’s very close to the airport so that’s convenient. I only stayed for a short time and I will definitely stay again whenever I have a flight at Hongqiao airport.

I came to Shanghai with my sister and booked CIMC Gemdale Executive Apartment Hotel, which was a pleasant surprise. The lady at the front desk, Xiao Hui, helped upgrade the deluxe king-size room, which was spacious and quiet. The whole hotel has a strong sense of high-end maturity. Whether it is the lobby or the elevator room on each floor, it is also full of high-end feeling without limit of vulgarity. If you drive, you can park for free. My son is an Ultraman fan and he loved staying at this hotel and enjoying at this theme park, similar level of excitement comparing with his last visit to the Ultraman hometown in Japan.  Despite there were some communication issues happened between the hotel and Trip.com, both teams tried their best to solve the issue and support us.  Special thanks to the Trip.com lady (sorry that I forgot to ask for her name) who spoke with me several rounds for exploring solutions.  Heartfelt thanks to Mr. Roger Yao (the manager on duty of Ultraman Hotel in the afternoon on 05Apr) who successfully made my son happy again after a disappointment.  Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

This is my second time around to stay here in the hotel.. easy access for MRT its not hard to find and theres a lot of cheap and good food around the area there is near bank that you can withdraw.. people and staff their are so accomodating and they assist what you need. I went to Songjiang for business and visited Guangfulin, so I chose a hotel that was relatively close, about 15 minutes by car. First of all, let me say about service. Obviously, since the hotel isn’t in touristic area, they don’t know English, but since I have a translation app, it’s easy to communicate . they helped me to receive parcels from Taobao and stored them until I came. They helped me to send parcel within China also, to call courier and ask where he is. Adorable and nice girls. The room is clear and pretty nice, as pictured. Nice soft bed and sheets. Everything you need is inside. Even more like additional disposable towels. The cleaner comes everyday to give you new tools even if you tell her no xD Metro station is in 10-15 minutes of pleasant straight walk through great local restaurants and a school, if kids will see you, they will try to say “hi!” On English, which is cute. Location of the hotel (Zhoupu station) might be not really close to centre, but it’s great to see how simple people live. Also, the bonus is KFS with fresh Kongee (rice and chicken porridge) each morning, which is surprisingly good for me as celiac.

Cleanliness always perfect, 3 nights with no worry even my room at the end of 6th floor. Location is good if you travel by bus because it require to take a bus to reach metro but nearby had many local restaurants with 1 local groceries shop and 1 family mart. 4 washing machine and 4 dryer that enough to clean your cloths and it free with detergent included. The room details and designs is very nice I love it, I remembered their logo and make me in brand loyalty already. I feel no worry when staying at hanting hotel. Some room at the end of hallway will have small stair step that weired for me. I did not try breakfast but I look into it, it seem ok.
