The room is quite spacious, and you can see Hongqiao Station from it. I came here for an exam across the street, and it's within walking distance to the test center.

The breakfast is excellent, and it's very close to the convention center. Walking from Hongqiao Railway Station to the hotel is also quite convenient. I stay at this hotel every time there's an exhibition, and the gym is pretty good too.

The room was spacious enough for a good night's sleep, and the cleanliness was also acceptable. No major complaints.

The room and breakfast were both great, and the staff were friendly and responsible.

The Jiayu Hotel is right next to Jiaxuan, essentially two types of accommodations under one brand. Jiayu is more like an apartment-style hotel, which is a great option if you're traveling with children or elderly family members. You can choose a suite with a kitchen, complete with an induction cooktop, range hood, and dishwasher.

My stay was absolutely terrible, with several service and facility issues severely impacting my experience: 1. **Faulty Air Conditioning:** On the day I checked in, it was over 20 degrees Celsius outside, but the room's AC only blew hot air. I couldn't switch it to cooling, making the entire night unbearably stuffy and hot, despite multiple attempts to adjust it. 2. **Missing Essential Amenities:** The room didn't have a hairdryer. After washing my hair late at night, I couldn't dry it, which really disrupted my rest and plans for the next day. 3. **Extremely Unprofessional Service & Lack of Privacy:** I called the hotel in advance to request a late check-out until 2 PM, and it was explicitly approved. However, just 10 minutes later, a staff member rudely knocked on my door and, before I could even reach it, opened the door themselves without any regard for guest privacy. This behavior was completely inappropriate. As a paying guest, neither basic accommodation assurances nor privacy were respected. The overall experience was terrible, and I do not recommend staying here.
