Currently, Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park's opening hours are Mon–Sun: 11:00 to 18:00.

◼Health and Safety Measures

Following government COVID-19 rules from May 1, 2022, Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park maintains the following health and safety guidelines: Face masks are compulsory to be worn in indoor settings (e.g., on rides and attractions with indoor queue and loading areas); Physical distancing is no longer required; Vaccination check-in is no longer necessary.

◼Advisory Before the Visit

As of Aug 2022, certain rides, attractions, entertainment, and eateries may be unavailable. For example, Ice Age: Expedition Thin Ice, Invasion of the Planet of the Apes, and Mad Ramp Peak: Full Throttle Racing. Height requirements and restrictions apply to all rides. Please check the details either online or on-site before queueing. Also, ride-warning symbols are displayed at the entrance of each ride.

◼Reservation and Ticketing

Online ticket is a must for guaranteed entry. When buying a ticket online or through the mobile app, guests must select a date and time for their park ticket. It is possible to purchase tickets on the day. But as a limited number of tickets go on sale each day, it's best to buy online in advance to avoid a sold-out situation. Tickets are not transferable and can only be changed (date of visit) due to COVID-19 and increment weather reasons.

◼Rainy Day Guarantee

Due to weather conditions in Genting Highlands, the theme park has a "Rainy Day Guarantee" policy. If rides are suspended for more than 2 hours during your visit, you will be offered a free return visit on selected dates within 12 months of your initial visit.

The entire Resorts World Genting comprises several large parking bays dotted around various locations. To park close to Genting SkyWorlds, choose the parking bay at Genting Highlands Premium Outlets and take the Awana Skyway. Or, follow signs for SkyAvenue Parking, and Genting SkyWorlds main entrance is accessible via SkyAvenue, level 1.

On-site parking is only free for Genting Rewards Platinum, Gold, and SkyGold members. Parking fees differ for hotels, Genting Highland Premium Outlet (Public Parking), valet parking, weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Please check the updated parking details on the official website.
