This hotel is absolutely wonderful and cozy! We stayed for two nights with the kids. It's super close to Dongdu Wharf, making trips to Gulangyu Island a breeze. They have an outdoor swimming pool on the 3rd floor, and we even ordered swimsuits, goggles, and caps – the kids had a blast. Xiamen is really hot, so you sweat just by stepping outside, which made the self-service laundry on the 2nd floor incredibly convenient. If you turn left and walk about 300 meters, you'll find restaurants with some really authentic breakfast options. There's also a subway station right downstairs, but the lines are limited, so we mostly took taxis to the attractions.FromTRY 2,897

Twenty years ago, I stayed at the Marco Polo Hotel for a company training – back then, it had a different, more stylish name. 😉 Twenty years later, staying here again feels wonderfully familiar! The management here has a different, more welcoming vibe compared to hotels in mainland China. The front desk staff are all so friendly and chic! Cary, the lovely lady who checked me in, was a perfect example – her warm, friendly smile and thoughtful, detailed service made me feel fantastic. Thumbs up! Although the room felt a little on the smaller side, the enthusiasm of the executive floor staff, the housekeeper who kindly offered me water in the hallway before I left, and the curly-haired guy at the front desk who enthusiastically showed me the way when I couldn't find the gym on the third floor – every interaction demonstrated a true spirit of service. Even though the room was a bit small, a slight imperfection, looking back on these two nights, I have no regrets, only thoughts of coming back again. Thank you! 😊FromTRY 2,523

Overall, it was a good stay. The room facilities were moderately new, and the bathroom was quite nice, though it was a bit disappointing not to have a smart toilet. The room was very clean, and the view was also good. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices.
As an international brand, the service was impeccable and very thoughtful. For this price point in Xiamen, it offers excellent value for money.
It's worth mentioning that the Japanese Teppanyaki on the second floor is great value; the 129 yuan single set meal offers a generous amount of food.FromTRY 4,148

They proactively upgraded my room to a higher floor, and the sea-view room directly overlooked Gulangyu Island – the daytime and nighttime views were absolutely stunning. The hotel was clean and beautiful, with the deep-rooted charm of an old five-star establishment. What particularly touched me was when a greeter at the entrance saw me sitting there with my heel chafed, and thoughtfully brought over two band-aids. My heart truly warmed at that moment! I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit. [Attached are a few photos of the view from the hotel room.]FromTRY 4,019

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers pick-up and drop-off services. They even provide shuttle services to and from concert venues, which is a big plus! The room was spacious and well-lit, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. It would be great if the TV supported screen mirroring. After the concert, there were a lot of food delivery orders, and when the robots couldn't keep up, the front desk staff and security guards helped deliver them. This was my first stay at Huayi, and it was a pretty good experience. It's a large standalone building. While not directly on the island, the location isn't remote, which is acceptable if you're driving.
The room was quite luxurious with a great view and a bathtub. The breakfast was also delicious, and the swimming pool was large, though I didn't go in because there were a lot of people.
The underground parking garage is huge, but you have to go up a few steps to get to the hotel. There's also a small section near the hotel without an accessible ramp, so strollers or wheelchairs would need to be lifted slightly.
Finally, there are only four guest elevators, so you might have to wait a while during busy lunchtime hours.FromTRY 2,955

We were already very satisfied with our online booking for a triple family city-view room, which included both breakfast and supper. What made us even happier was that upon check-in, the hotel informed us that for a small extra charge, we could upgrade to a family sea-view room, which was larger than our original booking. The view from the sea-view room was a special surprise that truly excited the children. It's hard to describe or capture in photos, so I highly recommend experiencing it yourself – it's definitely worth it.
The hotel's location is excellent. There's a bus stop and a subway station right outside, and getting a taxi is also very convenient. It's close to Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, which is lively and just a short walk away. The service at the hotel was very attentive; they even provided a clothes drying rack. The breakfast and supper were part of the package and complimentary, featuring local specialty snacks, making them very rich and thoughtful. We were very pleased with our stay this time. Finally, I took a picture of the lobby and the night view from our room window. Thumbs up!

I spent the whole day at the hotel, enjoying the quiet and beautiful atmosphere.
However, it's not always easy to find peace and quiet at Haiyue Villa, haha, because it's full of families with kids. You'll find children of all ages, from babies in arms to preschoolers in strollers and elementary school kids running around. Teenagers might find it a bit boring.
When I was planning, I debated for a long time because some reviews mentioned it was an older hotel, about ten years old. But honestly, I found it perfectly acceptable.
The overall decor isn't super luxurious; the sofa and carpet patterns might be a bit old-fashioned, and it's not very high-tech, but the overall comfort was good, and my daughter loved it here.
The hotel is right next to Huangcuo Beach, just across the road. As soon as you enter the grounds, you feel instantly relaxed – full vacation mode! It's a huge property, lush with green trees, like a whole resort area itself. It's divided into the Main Building, Water Garden, and Mountain Villa, with prices increasing accordingly.
We booked a Deluxe Sea View room on the 4th floor and got a free upgrade on arrival to a Nalong (Milk Dragon) themed full sea view room on the 5th floor. The view was even more expansive, overlooking the pool, green trees, the ocean, and ships – absolutely beautiful, comparable to Sanya.
The room was spacious, 46 square meters, with a round bathtub on the balcony where you could soak while enjoying the sea view. That experience was absolutely amazing.
The Nalong theme was everywhere! There were Nalong duvet covers, two adorable Nalong plushies and throw pillows on the bed, a Nalong mat on the floor, and Nalong murals on the walls. Most importantly, there was a sizable Nalong tent, which kids would surely love.
I have to rave about the swimming pools. In the main building area, we visited the outdoor infinity pool and several other pools downstairs from the guest rooms. Not only were the pool views stunning, but they were also quite clean, and there were plenty of lifeguards. Swim rings and kickboards were provided free of charge, and there were also some paid activities to choose from.
Through the pool area, there's a small gate that you can open with your room card. After walking through an underpass, you arrive at Huangcuo Beach. Swimming doesn't seem to be allowed, but everyone was wading and playing in the water. Even though it's a public beach, it wasn't crowded. The sand was quite fine, and the waves weren't too big, though there were occasional bits of floating trash.
The breakfast buffet was good, but it was incredibly crowded and noisy. If you went later, you'd have to queue.
They offered a variety of Southern Fujian (Minan) snacks, and the Satay noodles, Mianxian paste, Guo Bian Hu (pot-side paste), and Peanut Soup were all delicious 😋 The fried dough sticks, pudding, and oatmeal bowls were also very tasty 😋
Oh, by the way, our butler, Xiao Bin, provided excellent service! He helped me book dinner reservations and even arranged a two-hour late check-out! Highly recommended!FromTRY 4,421

Le Méridien Xiamen Garden View Balcony King Room Stay Review: A Healing Retreat Amidst a Full House
The sky had already darkened upon arrival. Winding our way up the tree-lined paths of Xian'gueshan Mountain, the air gradually became moist and cool. It felt like a magical escape from the bustling, humid city, into a 'city oasis' nestled in the mountains. The moment I opened the room door after checking in, the fatigue from the journey instantly melted away.
Room | A Mountain Holiday Opened by a Courtyard
The room felt very spacious, with a layout of about 40 square meters that was just right. What surprised me the most, naturally, was the exquisite private balcony. Le Méridien's room types each offer different views, and I chose the garden view balcony room specifically for a quiet, relaxing stay. After all, in a mountain setting surrounded by dense vegetation, a few insects are perfectly normal, and the garden view neatly sidestepped that issue. Opening the window in the morning, the lush green central courtyard came into view. Instead of the city's hustle and bustle, I heard the crisp, pleasant chirping of morning birds and the sweet, fresh air blowing from the mountains. I couldn't help but close my eyes and take several deep breaths. Returning to the room in the evening, I lay on the balcony chair, clearing my mind, sipping an iced cola while enjoying the mountain breeze—this is exactly what a vacation should be like.
The room's hardware can be summed up in two words: solid and reliable. Beyond being clean and tidy, the 'rainforest' shower's stable water pressure and temperature were truly impressive. The hotel also thoughtfully implemented a dry-wet separation in the bathroom, completely eliminating the awkwardness of worrying about splashing the toilet while showering. The experience was very comfortable and smooth. The bedding, as always, maintained Le Méridien's high standards, soft, fluffy, and supportive, allowing me to sleep soundly until I woke up naturally.
Environment | French Romance Hidden in the Mountains
If the guest room brought surprise, then the entire hotel environment was stunning. Le Méridien Xiamen's location is meticulously chosen, nestled charmingly on the mountainside of Xian'gueshan. The overall architectural style leans towards a resort villa, so secluded and tranquil that it doesn't feel like it's in the bustling downtown area of the island. Compared to many coastal hotels that face the humidity and noise of sea winds, the mountain landscape here truly provides another level of spiritual enjoyment. The hotel's artistic atmosphere, from the corridors to the public spaces, everywhere you can feel the unique imprint of French aesthetics. Whether it's the artistic flair of the chandeliers or the fragrance in the lobby, everything constantly reminds me that I'm staying in a stylish Le Méridien. The dense vegetation surrounding the hotel makes it feel like living in a natural oxygen bar. A morning jog in Xian'gueshan Park, enjoying the pleasure of sweating freely in the mountains, is a unique experience that you can never feel in a hotel gym.
Service and Details | Thoughtfulness Hidden in Every Detail
The staff, from the front desk to the concierge, maintained a perfectly measured, welcoming smile. During check-in, the front desk lady patiently asked about my preferences. Knowing that I valued privacy and quiet, she specifically helped arrange a room set apart from other guests on the same floor, handling everything gently and efficiently, which was truly heartwarming. The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus service down the mountain, making it convenient to travel to the Seaworld shopping center and Dongdu Ferry Terminal. On weekends and holidays, there's even a free shuttle bus connecting to popular attractions like Zhongshan Road and Baicheng Beach. One evening, a guest was inconsiderately skipping rope upstairs; after calling the front desk, they responded immediately and resolved the issue quickly! Truly commendable!
Conclusion
On the day of check-out, the morning sun still gently warmed the garden view balcony, as if possessing a magic that made me reluctant to close the door and leave. To be honest, I've stayed in many hotels, but rarely have I felt such a pang of reluctance upon departure as this time. It embodies the entire mountain forest, yet never strays from the human world, truly interpreting the beautiful realm of 'hidden in the bustling city, yet nestled in the mountains.' If you long for a tranquil vacation experience, listening to the wind on the mountainside, then Le Méridien Xiamen's Garden View Balcony King Room is definitely worth unlocking!FromTRY 2,840

Here's my review:
**Pros:**
1. The environment is absolutely top-notch.
2. The service staff, including the security personnel, are exceptionally helpful and resolve any issues you might have. Other staff members proactively greet guests. I'd particularly like to mention Fiona, Sylvia Wang, and Doris Zhang by name, though all the other service staff were superb too! Give them a raise!
3. Fiona kindly brought me welcome snacks and a welcome gift.
**Cons:**
1. As soon as I entered the room, there was a strong, musty old furniture smell. It was incredibly heavy, and it even woke me up once during the night. The hotel really needs to replace its furniture, or at least some of the wooden elements like doors and wardrobes, as the moldy wood smell is too overpowering. The room door also looks very old and definitely needs replacing! (Fiona did provide an air purifier, but that's just a temporary fix).
2. As you can see in Picture 3, the hangers are also very old, and age makes them look dirty.
3. The small makeup mirror in the bathroom kept drooping and wouldn't stay up. It should be replaced.
4. The TV is also very old – an ancient Philips model. The remote control is sluggish, taking ages to change channels, which was frustrating to watch.
5. The hotel lacks robots. They should invest in delivery robots so guests can easily have food delivered to their rooms.
6. The breakfast selection is rich and varied. I highly recommend the wontons and waffles. The lady making waffles and the gentleman and lady cooking wontons were all very enthusiastic. (Give them a raise!)
In summary, the smell in the room is arguably this hotel's biggest flaw, but it's not something that can be changed quickly. It will depend on the owner's decision.FromTRY 5,090

I brought my child to Xiamen for two days during the summer and was pleasantly surprised by this Baisheng hotel! It feels like an established five-star hotel, with spacious rooms and an excellent breakfast. What I really want to commend them on is that the hotel actually provided children's toiletries, which was such a pleasant surprise! And they weren't some generic hotel brand; they were from the Daikexi brand. I've stayed in many hotels over the years, and very few provide children's toiletries. Even fewer, if any, use proper, well-known brands – most use generic factory-made products. So, they definitely deserve a thumbs-up for this!FromTRY 3,063

My family of three spent a weekend getaway at the Renaissance Xiamen, and we were absolutely thrilled with the experience!
**Facilities:** We booked a poolside room, and the space inside was incredibly spacious. All the amenities were complete and looked brand new. Being able to step right out to the pool was fantastic – our child spent the whole day splashing around and didn't want to leave.
**Service:** A special shout-out to all the hotel staff; their attitudes were exceptionally kind and attentive. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or restaurant service, any requests were responded to promptly.
**Dining:** On Saturday evening, we made sure to try the buffet dinner. It mainly featured mini hot pots, along with an abundance of crayfish. The variety of dishes was impressive, with seafood, hot dishes, and desserts all available. The ingredients were super fresh, and we left feeling very satisfied. The breakfast buffet the next day was also excellent.
**Environment:** The location is another big plus, being very close to the beach, making it super convenient for a stroll. We had a comfortable stay throughout, making it our top choice for a family vacation with kids. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Xiamen!FromTRY 4,306

Kids loved the family suite so much, they didn't want to leave! ❤️
We brought our child to Xiamen this time, and the hotel upgraded us to a Sun and Moon Valley family suite. The overall experience was even better than expected, perfect for a family vacation.
The room was very spacious. As soon as we entered, my child started exploring everywhere. The room was filled with animal-themed furniture and decorations – deer, ponies, a giraffe lamp, and many adorable plush toys. It was truly whimsical! Even my usually picky daughter had a blast, spending half the day just taking photos in the room.
The bed was huge, easily accommodating four people without feeling cramped. The overall decor had a Southeast Asian resort vibe. Although the hotel has been open for a while, it's well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, without that dated feel you sometimes get with older hotels.
The hotel itself has plenty of facilities for kids: billiards, table tennis, a swimming pool, and a children's activity area, all of which helped us pass the time. Our family also played a super-sized foosball game, which was a lot of fun. The hot spring area is right across the street, with a shuttle service running back and forth, making it incredibly convenient. After a relaxing soak, coming back to rest was a breeze.
The breakfast selection was also quite varied, with both Chinese and Western options, generally satisfying the tastes of our entire family. The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially towards families with children.FromTRY 3,350

Overall, it's pretty decent. Let's start with the positives: there's a kids' play area, which my child loved. The environment is also quite tranquil, with sea views and a chance to catch the sunrise. As for the downsides, some facilities are a bit old and could use some renovation – don't be so stingy with the budget! The smart light control buttons were sometimes hard to press, and mysteriously, all the lights came on in the middle of the night for no apparent reason. I saw the photo and felt great. I found that some of the photos were not from this one. They were next door. There were drying racks on the top floor. The room had a bathtub. The hot water was opened and the bath ball was sent, but it was not a hot spring. The windows of the room were very large. It was seen that the cars in the parking lot were all in the parking lot. There is also the master waiting for the guests in the car, and I can see the merchant next door, and the passers-by who have been pulling the curtains all the time, otherwise it is really embarrassing. Afternoon tea, I sent snacks and fruits. There are a lot of water on the first floor to replenish. I went to the first floor too early to put my luggage. When the room was ready, I also helped to climb the stairs to get it up. The bed was quite comfortable, the breakfast was wrong next door, because I thought it was the same family, the result was not, and I came back to eat this one. Back in 2012, after graduating from university, I visited Xiamen and stayed at a budget hotel on Zhongshan Road. Over a decade later, I brought my family to Xiamen and booked this very hotel, a bit of a nostalgic journey. It's a 4-star InterContinental property, and the service lives up to expectations! The view of Gulangyu Island directly across from the hotel is easily worth 80% of the room rate. Breakfast offers a good variety. The only downside is that the hotel might be a bit older, so the room facilities are showing some age, and the 30-square-meter room isn't particularly spacious. Overall, it's good! I was happy with this hotel from the moment I arrived. The doorman, whose name I didn't catch, proactively opened the car door and helped with my luggage. Seeing I had a child with me, he even took all my bags to the lobby while I checked in. Lin Jiankai at the front desk handled my check-in, patiently answering all my questions. I requested a quiet room and ended up on the top floor. The room was a good distance from the executive lounge, so it was very quiet, yet still conveniently located for easy access to the lounge.
My visit to Xiamen for the May Day holiday was primarily due to the hotel's excellent transportation links. It was a 30-minute taxi ride to the Botanical Garden (due to holiday traffic), and less than 10 minutes by taxi to SM and MixC malls. The hotel itself is connected to Panji Center, which offers a variety of dining options and a cinema. As soon as we checked in, we went to Tongren Siji Coconut Chicken, which was only about 50 meters from the front desk – so convenient and delicious!
When I got to the room, I initially thought it might not be very bright based on the online photos, but it was actually very well-lit. You could also request staff to open the windows. I didn't take photos when I first entered, and later the room got a bit messy, so I didn't bother. A few details about the room really stood out: a shoe shine kit and cloth, and by the bathtub, there were disposable tub liners, a loofah, and bath salts. These little touches are a huge plus for me, as many hotels only provide these upon request. The next day, the cleaning lady even left a pack of Heart to Heart facial tissues by the sink, which I think speaks to the quality of the hotel's amenities. Again, many five-star hotels have tissues that fall apart easily.
Now, for the executive lounge: The afternoon tea offers three types of pastries and fruit. While not extensive in variety, the quality of the pastries is superb and very tasty. As someone with high standards for desserts, I give Panji Hilton's desserts a five-star rating. Happy Hour, starting at 6:00 PM, is even more impressive, with at least seven or eight hot dishes. On the first night, there was black garlic duck soup, and on the second night, morel mushroom chicken soup, along with roasted lamb. The evening desserts were different from the afternoon selection, and again, they were absolutely delicious! Also, there's a lovely staff member in the lounge, Ms. Cao Mengying, who is incredibly professional. Not only did she provide meticulous service in the lounge, but since I was staying on that floor, she would always greet me whenever I left or returned, making me feel truly at home.
The hotel's smart features are also up-to-date, with an electric toilet in the room and robots that can deliver meals. Regarding service, I had an unexpected injury at the hotel. Trip.com's customer service followed up promptly and with concern, and the hotel also handled it very efficiently. They even called the next day to check on my wound and left a box of cheese sticks in the fridge for me. For other requests, like mineral water, Kung Fu tea sets, and bed rails, the hotel provided everything I needed. Thumbs up!

The only minor downside is that the pool isn't very big, but the water quality is excellent. Also, our butler, Merry, took great care of us. Very nice and class hotel. Very convenient, next to Wan Guo mall n lots of eateries nearby. We booked for 1 bedroom suites and upgraded to 2 bedrooms suites with top up of rmb 100, very worth it. With suites booking, we can enjoy tea break between 230-4pm and happy hours from 530pm to 830pm, we met Nora at happy hours, she make good cocktails for us based on our preferences. Will go back to this hotel when we travel to Xiamen again.FromTRY 3,012

The room key can be swiped normally for a while, and the lights are not on. After a while, I couldn't use it, and the socket in the room was shown in the picture, and I didn't pay attention to it after feedback to the front desk, which was a very big safety hazard.FromTRY 1,452

Upon entering the hotel lobby, I was impressed by its cleanliness and tidiness. The doorman was proactive and welcoming, and the front desk staff handled my check-in with warmth and thoroughness.
The room's window offered a beautiful, quiet view directly facing Yuandang Lake. While the single room's amenities were a bit dated, they were well-maintained, and the room was generously stocked with water bottles.
Breakfast was a major highlight; it was incredibly rich and varied, easily comparable to what you'd find at a five-star hotel.FromTRY 2,437

I had a truly fantastic stay this time! The hotel was spotlessly clean and tidy, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Both the beds and the bathroom were incredibly well-maintained, which made me feel completely at ease.
What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was consistently warm, friendly, and smiling, making me feel right at home. They were attentive, thoughtful, and always happy to help, which made the entire stay even more enjoyable.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting, and even the public areas were kept immaculate. I'd highly recommend this hotel, whether you're traveling for business or leisure. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!FromTRY 2,257

My stay at Xiamen C&D Hotel was absolutely perfect, I highly recommend it! The hotel's ambiance is elegant and grand, with a charming, antique-infused lobby featuring just the right amount of greenery, creating a peaceful oasis amidst the bustle. The guest rooms are clean, tidy, and spacious, with soft, comfortable bedding. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring an undisturbed night's sleep, and all amenities are complete and well-maintained.
The service was truly impeccable. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in was efficient and quick. A special shout-out to Lobby Manager Wu Yanzu for being so thoughtful and enthusiastic, and the housekeeping staff were meticulous and attentive. The service throughout our stay was proactive and thorough, with prompt responses to all our needs. The complimentary airport pick-up and shuttle service to tourist attractions were particularly thoughtful, and the staff patiently answered all our questions about getting around.
This established five-star hotel lives up to its reputation with a comfortable environment and heartwarming service. It's perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Xiamen.FromTRY 2,703

It was great, and most importantly, I was able to store my luggage there. I was going to Quanzhou for an overnight trip and didn't want to carry too many bags. The Hanting Hotel let me store my luggage, which was very convenient. I'll choose this hotel again next time I visit.FromTRY 1,618

My first stay at the Hyatt Regency Xiamen Wuyuan Bay last March left such a great impression that I couldn't stop thinking about it. So, when I specifically came to Xiamen for a concert this time, I didn't hesitate to choose this familiar hotel again.
Comparing my two stays:
Visiting again after a year, the overall experience had some subtle changes. Compared to last year, the doorman's enthusiasm seemed to have slightly waned, and the turndown service felt a bit perfunctory, although the service attitude was still quite good. Additionally, the food quality at the Club Lounge and the first-floor breakfast restaurant had a slight decline; it's no longer something I'd go out of my way to experience.
Highlights of my stay:
Despite the slight dip in dining details, the concierge service at the hotel remained consistently high-standard and was the biggest plus point of my entire stay. During the concert period, the hotel's exclusive shuttle bus service was well-organized, making the entire journey worry-free. I connected with Irene, the Concierge Manager, via WeChat a week in advance, and our communication was very smooth. Just like last year, upon returning to the hotel, there was still a handwritten welcome card and fresh fruit, a testament to the concierge team's thoughtfulness.
Club Lounge Suite:
Both stays offered different delightful room experiences. Last year, I stayed in room 1319. This time, traveling with my mother, I opted for the Club Lounge Suite 1815, which was perfectly suited for a family trip. The room was spacious and expansive, with a bright and open view, making for maximum living comfort. Although the hotel has been open for nine years, the guest rooms are very well-maintained. As night falls, the warm wooden textures in the room exude a sense of luxury, showcasing that classic Hyatt quality. Hyatt Hotels' Pharmacopia bath amenities are also a long-time favorite of mine.
Perhaps it's not the best hotel in Xiamen, but among my numerous trips to Xiamen, it remains my most reliable and preferred choice.FromTRY 4,270

Absolutely nothing good to say about this hotel:
Terrible front desk service!
The in-room Wi-Fi was abysmal!
Deliveries can only be picked up from a shelf outside the hotel entrance!
Honestly, besides the very kind security guard who helps with airport transfers, I can't find a single positive thing to mention.

I highly recommend NOA Hotel; it truly exceeded all my expectations! The location is fantastic, close to shopping districts and the subway, making it incredibly convenient for exploring and dining out. It's a lifesaver for those driving, as it has its own dedicated parking lot, so no more hunting for spaces. The entire hotel has a great aesthetic, with a sophisticated and timeless industrial design. Everywhere you look, from the lobby to the hallways, there are artistic details perfect for snapping photos. The rooms are incredibly stylish, with high ceilings complemented by wooden and metallic furnishings, creating a soft yet designer feel that's comfortable and relaxing. The food at DECK on the first floor is excellent, with solid and delicious ingredients for breakfast and light meals. In the evening, the bar offers a wide selection of drinks, and their signature cocktails and craft beers are superb. The front desk and staff were attentive and thoughtful throughout my stay, responding quickly and providing detailed service. It's perfect for both short business trips and leisure travel – it's definitely on my list for a return visit!FromTRY 2,200

We arrived on the island during a torrential downpour and booked a hotel on the spur of the moment. I'd only heard about the unique architecture of the hotel, but after checking in, everything was excellent. The service was especially attentive and responsive. I got caught in the rain on the way in, and the front desk staff provided hot ginger tea. After checking in, I requested afternoon tea, which was also promptly delivered to my room. I'm especially grateful for the laundry service and luggage delivery to the dock, which greatly enhanced my travel experience. The food at the hotel and its own restaurant was also excellent, saving me the trouble of dining out on rainy days. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.FromTRY 6,772
