Nearby Hotels with Shanghai Pudong Airport Free Shuttle

Consider booking a room at a nearby hotel that offers free shuttle services if your arrival time is awkward. 👇👇👇

The hotel is conveniently located just 3km from Shanghai Pudong International Airport and 45km from Shanghai Railway Station. Just a short walk from Haitiansan Road Metro Station.

The hotel is located near to the airport and provides shuttle services every 30 minutes. It is relatively new, and everything is nice and clean.

There are many delicious places around, such as durian, fruit, mangosteen, and a snack center!

It was just perfect. So reasonably priced, breakfast included, airport shuttle each was included, Disney shuttle each way included. Everything ran on time. Can’t fault it for a layover location or Disney trip.

The room was really nice, it had a Mickey Mouse theme which made it a lot more aesthetically pleasing, especially for family with children. It was spacious and huge as well. I will definitely recommend travelers to stay at this hotel. The staffs there were really helpful and friendly.

The location is pretty near Pudong International Airport and the hotel provides free shuttle bus to and pro from Pudong International Airport and Shanghai Disneyland. 5 stars from me!!

Nice new hotel with a super comfortable bed. The hotel is near the Hongqiao airport and does provide shuttle bus service to the airport. Definitely a great choice for transit.

Because the flight was delayed, I chose Feiman Hotel. The service was really great. They served tea and water and helped to take the luggage to the room. In the morning, because it was raining, the handsome boy Xiao Guo also helped with the luggage, helped to hold the umbrella, and helped to send it to the car. The breakfast was also good and the room was very clean. There was also a midnight snack in the evening, and the robot helped to deliver it. Comrade Xiao Guo also helped to dry the clothes. The service was first-class. The hotel is really good and all the requirements that can be met will be met good👍

The hotel is located near Nanjing East Road Pedestrian Street in Huangpu District. Pros: 1. **Excellent Location** * Situated in the heart of Nanjing East Road's commercial area, it's close to attractions like The Bund, Yu Garden, and People's Square. The subway station is within walking distance, offering convenient transportation. * There are plenty of shopping and dining options nearby, making it ideal for travelers who enjoy urban convenience. 2. **Well-equipped Business Facilities** * The hotel features meeting rooms and a business center, suitable for business travelers. Some rooms are equipped with office facilities, and the internet connection is stable. 3. **Service and Cleanliness** * As a brand under the InterContinental Group, the service standards are high. The front desk is responsive, and room cleaning is thorough. 4. **Good Views from Some Rooms** * High-floor rooms offer expansive views of Nanjing East Road's streetscape or the city skyline. --- Things to Consider: 1. **Slightly Dated Facilities** * The hotel opened a while ago, so some areas have a more traditional decor, and room facilities might seem a bit old-fashioned. It may not suit travelers looking for trendy designs. 2. **Fluctuating Prices** * Room rates can be high during peak seasons or holidays, so value for money needs to be assessed based on the time of year. 3. **Noisy Surroundings** * Due to its location in a bustling area, lower-floor rooms might be affected by street noise. It's recommended to choose a higher floor or a room facing away from the street. 4. **Average Dining Experience** * Breakfast offers a good variety, but nothing particularly stands out. There are many dining options nearby, where you can try local specialties. --- Summary: * **Recommended for:** Business travelers and first-time visitors to Shanghai who prioritize convenience. * **Consider carefully if:** You have high expectations for hotel design or a quiet environment. * **Tip:** Book in advance and keep an eye on prices. Opting for a higher-floor room is recommended for a better experience. Overall, this hotel's prime location is its strongest asset, making it suitable for travelers whose primary need is convenient transportation.

This is my second time staying here. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. They try their best to accommodate us in all aspects. I bought a pair of shoes that would be delivered to the hotel on the next day, I informed the concierge and they thoroughly went through details of the expected parcel to prevent errors and miscommunication with the delivery. The next day when my parcel arrived, the concierge called and make sure the parcel delivering was the correct one for me. As for the house keeping, they noticed that we drank all 4 bottles of complimentary water everyday and from our 3rd day of staying onward they gave us 6 bottles without our request. Not to mention that I accidentally spilled milk over my bed in the rush, I informed the front desk before we headed out and they enthusiastically told me not to worry they would send the house keeper to change my bed sheet right away. In the morning of our last day, Oliver from the front desk called to confirm our check out and informed that hotel’s check out time was twelve noon. They also asked how many luggage we had and what time would we want the concierge to come collect them which I told them to come up around 11am, and at 11am sharp they rang on my door. Oliver from the front desk came along with the concierge, accompanied us down and helped us through the check out process and luggage deposit. Around 1:30 pm when we came back from lunch, our luggage was ready for us to pick up and headed out to the airport.

I've lost count how many times I've stayed at Agile 😊 and each time leaves an impression. This visit had a slight disappointment though: the pool 🏊‍♀️ was closed for a month-long renovation, and while there was a notice in the room, it was still a bit of a bummer 😞. However, the breakfast 🍳 for several consecutive days deserves high praise! We had two days of Chinese-style 🥢 and one day of Western-style breakfast, with a wide variety of delicious options that really satisfied our taste buds! Even during the New Year's Day holiday, despite the large number of diners, the restaurant staff actively guided guests and provided warm and thoughtful service! A special thanks again to Cashew (Yao Guo) for her wonderful service! Looking forward to 🥰 my next trip here!

I come to Shanghai every two or three months, and I always stay here. **Ambiance:** The red maple leaves in the garden have turned, and they're so beautiful. It truly lives up to its reputation as a Japanese-managed hotel; even the environmental details have that special touch. This is why I love this hotel. Plus, the express checkout is super convenient. **Service:** This time, I felt the service quality had declined a bit. I called for things to my room twice and had to wait a long time, then call to follow up. Especially when the room heating wasn't enough, I was freezing while waiting. Later, the housekeeper proactively brought an extra blanket. However, as a loyal guest, I didn't feel a special sense of belonging. **Facilities:** The remote control by the bed is really difficult to use. The settings jump around, and it's hard to tell what you're adjusting. It's usually fine, but in winter, the room temperature just wouldn't go up. It was truly freezing. **Breakfast:** Still delicious.

Five-star recommendation! A perfect stay at Pullman Shanghai Jing An. Choosing Pullman Jing An for my trip to Shanghai completely exceeded my expectations – it's truly a hidden gem! The location is absolutely unbeatable, just a 1-minute walk to Exit 5 of Shanghai Railway Station Metro, making it incredibly convenient for catching high-speed trains or exploring the city. Getting to the Bund or Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street takes only about ten minutes by taxi, so transportation is a breeze. The room was a genuine sanctuary of comfort. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning city views, and the bedding was so comfortable I never wanted to get up. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area and a rain shower, which was wonderfully refreshing after a long day. The hotel facilities were impressive. The 20-meter heated pool on the 6th floor has fantastic natural light, and the fitness center is equipped with state-of-the-art machines. After a workout, a relaxing spa session melted away all my travel fatigue. I have to commend the dining and service! The buffet breakfast offered a rich variety, with Chinese dim sum, Western pastries, hot dishes, and cold dishes all replenished promptly and fresh. The staff were consistently warm and attentive; check-in at the front desk was efficient, the concierge proactively helped with luggage, and any requests were handled super quickly. It felt as comfortable as being at home. I highly recommend this hotel for both business travelers and tourists. I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Shanghai!

This hotel is just beautiful and welcoming. People standing at the front will rush to help opening the door and unload your luggage from the car. The receptionist was really lovely and helpful and provide all the details in English. Then you will be brought to your room. The room was really lovely. The beds were a bit small for an adult and kids but this is based on foreigners size. The bathroom was not clean properly with stains on the wall, doors and bathtub ( picture attached) but this may be due of the fact that the room was old. There was a mini bar in the room but no price available. The hotel have a heated pool and multiple restaurant on site. The kids love the pool. The hotel is in the middle of all the places that need to be visited. If you go out from the hotel and turn right. You are 10 min walk from Nanjing Road. If you turn left, you are 10 min walk from YuYan Garden. And if you walk in direction of the back of the hotel, you are at the Bund. If you go straight you ll be most likely at people’s square. We had an amazing stay there and we were joined by our daughter’s friend who booked there aswell to make it convenient for the kids to see each other. I highly recommend this hotel for families and friends catch up. Really convenient location, really lovely and helpful staff.

Stayed for 7 days in the Family room in Dec 2025. Overall it was a comfortable stay although the hard product was old. Room was spacious with one king bed (good for 1 adult and 2 small sized kids) and a single rollaway bed (good for 1 adult). It came with a free mini bar (1 round) and we could get bottled water from housekeeping or from the hotel lobby. There was a stench in the toilet (suspected backflow of air from the sewer) which housekeeping attempted to solve by covering the drains using tissue paper. Hotel location was good, situated along the shopping street and subway. It is also within walking distance from the bund. Hotel service was relatively lacking. No attempt was made to assist me with my 4 big luggage at the lobby during arrival and departure. Would recommend the hotel for less fussy travellers who value convenience over services.

Although the room was small, it was very well-appointed. From the window, I could see iconic landmarks like Shanghai Tower and the Oriental Pearl, and Jing'an Temple was right in front of me. The service was standard and reliable, always responsive to requests. Breakfast had limited options but was exquisite. The in-room dining service was very convenient. The wonton noodles I ordered the first time were exceptionally delicious, so I ordered them again today for lunch, but the taste and texture were significantly different, and I'm not sure why. The cuisine at the second-floor restaurant, Yuanyuan, was good and reasonably priced. The service there wasn't overly enthusiastic but was very thorough.

I came to Shanghai for a book signing event this weekend. There are so many hotels in Shanghai that it's overwhelming! I saw that The Langham had a good location and high ratings, and remembering my excellent stay at The Langham in Hong Kong last time, I decisively booked here~ The service was truly exceptional. The day before my arrival, they even called to ask about my check-in time and any other requests~ Upon arrival, I discovered it's near Xintiandi, and there's a Harry Winston right downstairs~ The location is just perfect~ The manager, Sicily, added me on WeChat for easy contact~ I didn't expect it to be such a huge help! I encountered a small, unexpected situation and decided to ask her for assistance. Even though she had already gone home for the day, she quickly helped resolve it remotely~ Additionally, I specifically came for a book signing event, and before attending, I learned that phones weren't allowed, only photos. So I asked Sicily if the hotel had a printer~ Later, when I returned to my room, the color-printed photos were perfectly laid out on my table. If it weren't for Sicily, I might have missed this opportunity – it was truly amazing~ This is the first time I've written such a long review because I'm genuinely so happy~

Every time I come for a staycation, the hotel lobby feels bright and comfortable, and the service is excellent. I'd especially like to commend a lovely lady from Malaysia named ”Evelyn.” She's not only beautiful but also very professional and well-mannered! As soon as I arrived, she had already reserved a room for me on the 19th floor. The room was comfortable and tidy, and the housekeeping staff was also fantastic. Every time they saw me return, they knew my preferences and would specially prepare extra items I needed in the room. It truly felt like home, very warm and inviting. The coffee and tea used in the room and lounge are also imported. As for the hotel's breakfast, its quality hasn't declined over the years; in fact, it's gone up a level! The variety is richer, and the taste is superb! The hotel also has many other facilities, including a Shanghai cuisine restaurant, a Western restaurant, and a Cantonese Chinese restaurant. There's also a gym. The hotel also has a very comfortable terrace, perfect for chatting and relaxing~ I highly recommend everyone come and experience it; you definitely won't be disappointed!

The staff by the elevators were also very dedicated and helpful. I even checked out the swimming pool, and although I didn't go in, I could tell the staff's work ethic was excellent. The breakfast on the first floor was particularly rich and varied, and the dining service was warm and attentive, with great attention to detail. Overall, the staff made a great impression with their excellent service attitude 👍👍 I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The hotel service is general thoughtful. We asked for medicated oil as my mum was not feeling well, but there wasn't one available. Instead of just saying no, the customer service offered to send us oil essence that would help to improve headaches and stress. And this really helped my mum to feel and sleep better. F&B service staff at Elements and Chinese restaurant were attentive and competent. Generally, we did enjoy our stay in this hotel. Pillows are comfortable and housekeeping always did a thorough job everyday. Views from our rooms are nice and we could see the light up at 6pm everyday. Check-in service could be improved. We had never been kept waiting to check-in before as every hotel we went to made sure the guests don't wait for too long. After waiting in the line for 30mins, I observed that the front desk needs to input alot of information for each guest. Maybe more efficient system and better process flow would help the staff and have less customers complaining. Everyone around was were dismayed by the waiting time. Note that whenever travellers arrive to check in, most are tired and burdened with baggage and want to settle down as soon as possible. Last thing we want is to queue for a long time to check in. Having mentioned that, I would like to give credit to the front desk staff. Despite the pressure from the sounds of grumpy guests waiting in the line, they still handled each guest professionally and attending to all the enquiries patiently. This is not easy. Also, your porter service could be improved also. There are more people standing at the concierge counter indoors, and usually only 1 outside. Which is something I don't understand. During our 4-day stay here, no one helped us at all. Even when we checked out, it was our driver who helped us with our bags. The bell boy chose to help another car who was checking in. Usually we tip bell boy but we had no chance to tip at all here. The corridor to the rooms are mostly carpeted so it is really difficult to drag our luggage. The lifts are spread out along two long rows and I have seen a lady dragging her luggage from one lift to the next lift, and then to the next one cursing because she could not reach each lift in time before the door closed. We felt tired too through our stay here, turning 360 degrees to look out for lift doors opening. We do recommend the hotel for a guaranteed comfortable stay here as it is near to many major shopping malls and attractions and restaurants.

The singing bowl welcome ceremony and energy assessment were full of ritual; even with many people, the service remained excellent. The healthy snacks on the first day were great; they provided food tailored to each person's constitution. The 2 adults and 1 child 'Hengyue Hot Spring Spa & Heat Therapy' experience was perfect for kids, and the relaxation area was very therapeutic. Shanghai Disney Resort Shanghai|21.83km from city center
Because I was going to Disneyland for two days over the New Year, after considering various factors, I chose this hot spring hotel that I had been eyeing for a while. Let me start by mentioning the regrettable aspects for us: 1. Since we left early for Disneyland and didn't get back from extreme interactions until after 10 PM, breakfast was already over, so we didn't get to experience it. It would be great if they could extend the service hours or offer light meals. 2. The hot spring can only be experienced once during the stay. Although most people probably wouldn't use it multiple times, deciding how to best utilize that single session can be a bit perplexing. 3. The shuttle bus schedule is very clear, but I ultimately decided not to use it. Mainly because there's only one bus per hour in the afternoon, and during peak evening hours, reservations are required for the limited six seats. It's actually better to take International Resort Line 1, which costs 1 yuan, is only two stops, and has buses every 10 minutes or so. Of course, the good outweighs the bad. Having mentioned the downsides, there were also many things I was satisfied with: 1. Bicester Village is right across the street, offering plenty of shopping and dining options with numerous brands. 2. Each room is a standalone unit with its own access control, ensuring safety and privacy. 3. The rooms have air conditioning and underfloor heating, as well as complimentary beverages and a capsule coffee machine. 4. After adding the butler, any issues were promptly addressed and resolved efficiently. 5. The lobby offers a wide selection of self-service teas, and there's a farewell gift when checking out. 6. Although there are two indoor hot spring pools with original Taicang water and two outdoor pools with specially filtered soft water (with some occasional sales pitches), overall it's comfortable and not crowded. You can also enjoy a complimentary first milk or beverage with your wristband. The bath and skincare products are Moroccanoil, Half Acre Field, Gatsby, and Dyson hairdryers. Overall, the value for money is quite good. I would definitely consider coming back here next time to make up for the services I missed out on.

The hotel room facilities are good, with everything that should be there. The smoking area outside is also very beautiful. The breakfast in the morning is very good, it is self-service, and there are freshly made noodles to eat. If you are thirsty, you can go downstairs at any time to have some drinks and fruits, which are all included in the hotel package. Why the deduction? Like many reviews wrote, the water in the pool here is really too hot. It is the hottest of all the hot springs in Shanghai that I have been to. It feels too hot. I saw that several children could hardly soak in the water for a while. I don’t know why so many people complained. I saw that the management was still saying in the comments that it met the hot spring temperature requirements. What they said is that your water is too hot, and they are giving you suggestions. Everyone in the hot spring said that the water was hot, not that you violated any regulations... It takes talent to reply like this

This is an older hotel, but the service is excellent. I was especially touched by Ms. Una, who, knowing I had a meeting and might need a late check-out, extended it for me until 4 PM. This allowed me to finish my meeting at 3:30 PM, still have time to shower, and catch my evening flight. I really have to commend her for that. The amenities here are a pleasant surprise: Balmain toiletries, a Dyson hairdryer, super comfortable thick bathrobes, and a smart toilet. I saw some reviews mentioning outdated facilities, but for an old-brand hotel in Shanghai, I actually found them quite new and well-maintained. **Gym:** The gym isn't huge, but it has all the essential equipment. Working out on the elliptical machine with a view of the Oriental Pearl Tower was a great experience. **Swimming Pool:** The 16-meter pool has two lanes. It was clean and not crowded. Plus, there's a hot tub and sauna, which were very relaxing. **Executive Lounge (Guest House):** The executive lounge offers fantastic views. They have coffee, tea, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages, though the food selection is a bit limited. **Breakfast:** The breakfast spread is quite extensive. With fresh fruit and noodle toppings, I was more than satisfied. I'd highly recommend grabbing a table on the Western-style side for a beautiful view of the Oriental Pearl Tower.

It's right downstairs from Kerry Centre, just a few blocks from Jing'an Temple, and very convenient for getting to Nanjing West Road and Taikoo Hui. Before checking in, the hotel proactively asked for my arrival time. I mentioned to the hotel that it was our anniversary, and they sent a bottle of sparkling wine. The housekeeping service was perfect; they basically granted every request. I casually mentioned that the fruit they sent wasn't very fresh, and they immediately replaced it and brought a new plate to the room. When cleaning the room, they also helped organize and neatly arrange our belongings. The turndown service was also excellent. I've been going to Shanghai every year since before the pandemic, and at peak times, I went monthly. Almost every time, this hotel was my first choice. In August, I heard about The PuLi's renovation. My last stay in November didn't reveal any obvious changes, and I assumed my floor hadn't been renovated yet, so I was still looking forward to it. This time, seeing that the upgrade was supposedly complete, I stayed again. I feel very disappointed. My disappointment isn't about the widely discussed changes in the soft furnishings' style online. To be honest, if it weren't for the comparison photos online, I wouldn't have even noticed the new soft furnishings; they don't feel out of place. I think this kind of optimization is fine. But after so many years, you'd rather upgrade and replace soft furnishings than change your outdated equipment. PuLi, your hairdryer is still that old-fashioned model, and only suites get a Dyson. Is there a possibility that some people can't stay in a suite, rather than can't afford one? If you think a Dyson isn't worth the room rate, you could at least get a decent domestic brand. What is this hairdryer even blowing? It takes ages to dry my hair. Does your clientele really not own a Dyson? Do you know how much trouble it is to bring an extra hairdryer when traveling? Is holding an old-fashioned hairdryer for half an hour really a better experience than new soft furnishings? I've tolerated that toilet model that never flushes clean, and I've tolerated the lack of a heated seat in winter. But the flush button is still unfriendly to those with long nails. You don't even need to replace parts; just adding a flushing aid next to it would show thoughtfulness. How many beauty influencers promote your hotel for free? Doesn't that warrant a little consideration for their manicures? And the sink where the water splashes everywhere when you turn it on – that could be solved by just changing the faucet. To be fair, so many people have pointed out these issues over the years, yet nothing has improved. I'm truly disappointed. I won't be staying here again.

Five stars, no hesitation! This stay was absolutely perfect, from the ambiance to the service, everything was flawless. It truly is an architectural marvel that you *must* visit at least once in your life. I'm completely captivated after staying here. The hotel's environment is simply breathtaking! The world's only 88-meter-deep 'pit' hotel lives up to its reputation. Its unique design, built into the cliff face, exudes sophistication. The dynamic water curtain in the lobby is elegant and lively, and a glance out the window reveals stunning cliffside waterfalls. By day, you see the lush green mountains and rocky cliffs in perfect harmony; as evening falls, the lights illuminate, creating a serene and romantic atmosphere. Every corner showcases thoughtful design, incorporating a mining-inspired aesthetic. Every photo you take is magazine-worthy, offering an immersive experience of nature and architecture blending seamlessly. A special highlight was the 8:30 PM cliffside light and water show featuring themes from 'Shan Hai Jing' (Classic of Mountains and Seas) and a drone performance. Light and water intertwined, drones intricately depicted mythical imagery in the sky, and the cliff face transformed with dynamic light and shadow. The visual and auditory impact was incredible, creating an amazing atmosphere. It's an immersive dive into the collision of technology and culture, an experience definitely not to be missed. The room experience was a delightful surprise! The room design is simple yet grand, with meticulous attention to detail. The sapphire-themed interior felt luxurious. Thoughtful amenities like a Dyson hairdryer and high-end toiletries were provided, and the facilities were comprehensive and modern. The entire room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the independent bathtub and scenic balcony were definite bonuses. Waking up to the natural scenery in the morning was incredibly blissful, making for a perfectly comfortable stay. The dining experience was a culinary feast! The Chinese restaurant, Cai Feng Lou, lived up to its Black Pearl Restaurant rating. The beef was tender and juicy, and the soup was rich and flavorful. Every dish used high-quality ingredients and had authentic flavors, truly showcasing the essence of Chinese cuisine. The Western restaurant, Fish Eye, had an incredible ambiance, surrounded by an aquarium underwater. The seafood was fresh and sweet, and the Western dishes were exquisite and delicious, both visually appealing and tasty. Whether it was a main meal or a casual snack, everything was incredibly satisfying. And the service was impeccable! A special shout-out to our exclusive butler, Alice. From communicating our needs before check-in and providing detailed explanations of the facilities upon arrival, to offering thoughtful reminders and responding to requests throughout our trip, she was patient, attentive, and incredibly thorough. She anticipated every need, making the entire journey feel so warm and cared for. All the hotel staff were also enthusiastic and professional. Plus, it's just a few subway stops from either the train station or the airport. Getting to the hotel from Ziteng Road Metro Station: exit and enter the shopping mall through its main illuminated entrance. For the most straightforward path, *before* you reach the pedestrian street of the metro commercial area, follow the signs to take the elevator up to the second floor. From there, walk through the parking lot between Buildings A and B, and you'll arrive directly at the hotel, with no stairs to navigate. Overall, I feel the hotel's marketing efforts are insufficient. This hidden gem truly deserves to be discovered by more people.
